Thanks to A. K. Ascott's blog over at cjonline the other day we learned a little about the Obama administration's plans to install government officials into news rooms across the country to monitor which stories they covered.
But there's more to the story.
A lot more.
I'd say the vast majority of Americans probably never even heard of the story. Not because it's a non-story that should be dismissed.
It's because the majority of the news reporters, station managers and such have all received their journalism indoctrination through the various George Soros funded left-wing Schools of Journalism and don't consider this a story we need to know anything about.
That and the fact that they don't want to antagonize their sugar daddy, George Soros who has donated a little over $52 million to help prop up various media outlets over the last ten years.
The Obama administration's FCC (Federal Communication Commission) has been working with two schools, The University of Southern California's School for Communication and Journalism and The University of Wisconsin-Madison's Center for Communication and Democacy to put together a study to try to find out who's covering what and why they're covering it.
Combined these two so-called Journalism Schools (left-wing indoctrination centers) have received $1.8 million directly from George Soros' Open Society Foundations since 2000.
This so-called study is to make sure media outlets are providing the masses with news the Obama administration considers critical and I'm sure the Global Warming Bogeyman, minimum wage, amnesty, income inequality, racism and gay weddings at the Grammys will be at the top of their list as we head into the mid-term elections this November.
The FCC released a statement last Friday claiming that due to public backlash they were backing off the study.
They're not backing off of anything.
They're simply reworking and rewording their study and it will soon rear it's ugly communist like head in news rooms across the nation as soon as they figure out a way to slip it in under the cover of darkness.
And no, I don't expect you Obama followers to believe anything I've said here today. Click on the link below and read for yourself the Op-Ed written by FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai (an Obama appointee) published in the Wall Street Journal had to say about it.
One last thought:
Since it was this Op-Ed that outed the Obama adminstration's plans to control the news we receive I'll bet Mr. Pai will soon be freed from the pressures and constraints of being job locked and will soon have the time to pursue his dreams of becoming a poet.
Stay safe and be well, my friends.
This country ain't what it use to be...
