No Dive, I'm most certainly not blind...

DivemasterFebruary 10, 2018 at 7:25 PM

Am I the only one that gets tired of Fox News and all the interviews they do have people that just run their mouth blowing smoke and nothing gets done. All the other networks are clear that nothing is wrong and we are deplorable looneys. But Fox and those that appear on Fox blow smoke. Bottom line I don't think anything will happen, no one is going to jail or being prosecuted. Something worse than Watergate, but a world that just has sunk into a moral cesspool that they don't care. You get down to the root of the problem, it's that we don't have any moral values in our government/judicial system.

You give up way too easy, Dive...

Sure, it is good to get information from Fox. I even listen to the mainstream media, it is wise to know the thought pattern of the enemy! I don't think I would call it giving up, I just have no faith anything will be done. Look at the track record or are you too blind? The way I see it you have continued to have false hopes, that hasn't worked out to well for you so far. Just look at how many folks been thrown in jail for Hillary lying and clearing out data on servers and on and on. How many have even been charged?

But there is nothing wrong if it makes you feel better and you will soon forget what has happen the last two years and have something new come up with high hopes once again.

There is only one way to solve this problem and it won't happen in a committee investigation, speculating or via Fox News. It may make you feel empowered or relieve stress, but doesn't punish the evil.

Not trying to pick a fight with you, Dive. But you did kinda start it.

You brought up several things I take issue with and deserve a response.

First and foremost I agree with you about the moral decay in our government/judicial system.

But I'd take it a step further and apply the same moral decay to society as a whole.

So there's that. (A line I stole from Safe)

You mockingly accused me of being blind to the track record of the last two years.

Alright then.

How bout just for the fun of it we look back at the track record of the last two years?

This time two years ago Obama was in his 8th year of "Fundamentally Transforming the United States of America."

We were told Hillary Clinton was absolutely going to be the next President and there was nothing we could do to stop her.

We were being told to sit down, shut up, and go to the back of the line.

We were called a dying breed who would never have a voice in America ever again.

We were told we had to accept the inevitable American decline in the world as the new normal.

We were labeled "Deplorable."

Then along came Donald Trump and everything changed.

It's important to keep in mind everything he was up against.

We saw the rise and fall of left-wing terrorist groups such as BLM and Antifa.

We witnessed the murder of America's police officers.

We watched the non-stop hatred and violence against Trump supporters at his campaign rallies.

We never gave up or backed down, we didn't sit down, and we refused to shut up.

On November 6, 2016 "We The People" took the first steps in reclaiming our country.

Since that historic first step, little by little, day by day, the depth of government corruption is being exposed.

The FBI, CIA, DOJ, democrat, republican establishment types are being exposed for who and what they truly are.

The media has been forever tarnished.

Hollywood hypocrites have shown their true colors.

The NFL chose sides and are now paying the price for it.

Jobs are returning to our shores.

Wages are rising.

Unemployment is close to an all time low.

Once again we have a president that puts American interests first in every decision he makes.

Yeah, that's what my president does and he does it every single day of the week.

That, my wavering friend is the record of the last two years.

Obviously I have no idea what the future holds.

I can't tell you whether or not there'll be indictments coming or if anyone will go to jail for the crimes that have been committed.

But in my mind that's not what this fight's even about.

It's about winning the heart and soul of the nation.

It's about taking our country back from these treasonous bastards.

Dive, you can mock me about being blind and having false hopes till the next thing comes along all you want.

But you'd be dead wrong.

I've been in this fight from the very beginning. I pay attention. And not once have I wavered.

I've been through the highs as well as the lows.

But if you care to take an honest look at the record from the last two years you'll see I've been on the winning side every step of the way.

It's not going to be quick nor will it be easy.

Nothing worthwhile ever is.

I'm 100% all in and will remain so for however long it takes...

The party isn't over yet there Dive old boy. Hang in there or throw in the towel, ya got to be a fighter, hate to see you turn into a snowflake. And if you think people out here only get their info from Fox you are dead wrong, you got plenty of Negatives but no solutions, why is that?

Well, let me present my take.

This problem wasn't even started with me or my generation. If some of you folks would of simply gotten the hippies and commies under control when this began to really take shape years ago, we wouldn't be in this situation. A whole generation of folks after WWII certainly failed to see the dangers taking hold. The children of those boys that came home from Europe and the Pacific failed to grasp how fragile democracy and freedom can be.

With that said, we are left with the generations of today to reverse this trend. Futile? Maybe. But I wouldn't even take much stock in any arrest or indictment of these pukes in DC right now. My eyes are to the future, and long term. Three generations fucked it up before me, and it could take three to fix it if America has it in her.

Everyday I try so hard to instill into my boys the fragile nature of freedom and how important it is. And how so many would give it up,or take it. Radical Muslims worldwide have taken to the womb to push their cause and I am willing to do the same for mine. For America and freedom.

Personally I don't give a shit what any mainstream media source trys tell me. Ultimately I know the victory is a long ways down the road, and I may never see it. It's nice to see little battles won along the way, it freshens the feet. So I wouldn't say good news or possibilities are useless. I'm in this for the long haul, accept the attrition tactics, and pray to the Lord to give my boys the strength to teach their children. That's how you get to victory.

Take joy in the good news, but never take your boots off. Roll up the sleeves. America is worth it. My boys are worth it. And I fully expect anyone standing with me to do the same. It's your obligation to our country. Better it with the same will those commies want to tear it down with.

Side by side, or back to back I'm in it till my last breath with all ya'll. And God willing two boys who become men will replace me.
And maybe reverse the damage caused by generations before me, contributing to the cure....

Again, just my silly little take.
Can't ever question the fire in me.
And will gladly put you to sleep with a goodnight rant.😉

    Peace and chicken grease folks.

Fox has some short-comings, in my opinion, but without them we probably would not have ever had any of this stuff come out. Sean Hannity, with the top investigative reporting of Sara Carter and John Solomon of Circa news, have been on this story from the beginning, now going on for over a year. They are the ones who put some sunshine on the deep, dark State!
The only way we will ever see any justice out of this, is if Jeff Sessions gets off his ass, or if someone else takes over for him, takes all of the information uncovered, and starts charging these criminals, bringing them before a grand jury and getting them indited!
I am just afraid that the statute of limitations may run out on many of these, in particular Hillary and her e-mails, before justice is done!
Many of those on Fox are putting their reputation on the line in continuing to get these stories out. Makes me wonder how many of them also may have a price on their heads, with the checks being signed by Hillary and Obama! Obama's name is finally being brought into this, and needs to be brought in to be questioned by the House and Senate Investigations.

Hammer you are right, it will be a long road to repair. Even if we get a victory or two now, it won't fix the problem. I have grandchildren and even one great grandchild that I don't see a good world in their future- unless thing change.

I do remember a time when we did the Lords prayer and Pledge Allegiance every morning in school. People weren't perfect, many did things that weren't right. But they seem to try, they would admit, "yea that isn't good, wish I didn't do that", now days there is a large majority that just don't care or know the difference in right and wrong. In fact wrong becomes their normal lifestyle. There are many reasons for this change in mindset, none of it happened overnight, it has been a process bought on by evil which only wants to kill and destroy. Will it turn around or continue on toward the end times? If you look at history, other empires have fallen that were considered world leaders longer than America. Then look at why they fell, mostly greed and moral decay within, allowed other to take over from the outside.

    ReplyDelete
  7. catsncats February 11, 2018 at 9:51 AM

Dive, that fallen empire may happen anyhow, despite our best efforts. History teaches that while giving the reasons. Cyclic in nature. But for those of us who believe deeply in the right to live freely and responsibly, we don't stop trying regardless of consequence. Nor do we do "can't beat 'em then join 'em" or the "I me mine" memes.
Right now our fight for what we believe in seems futile; as if corruption is winning out. But I have a picture of my little grandson kneeling at a soldier's grave and placing a flag on it, taken last Memorial Day. That gives me faith. Collapse or not, as long as moms and dads out there are doing the same, freedom and honor have a fighting chance.

  10. The “journalists” at CNN engage in a lot of wishful thinking that involves Donald Trump, none more so than the appropriately named Phil Mudd.

Last August, Mudd — whose credentials include having served as deputy director of the CIA’s Counterterrorist Center and the FBI’s National Security Branch — teased the tantalizing idea that the intelligence community was going to assassinate Trump for his disloyalty to them:

The government’s going to kill this guy. He defends Vladimir Putin. There are State Department and CIA officers coming home, and at Langley and at Foggy Bottom, CIA and State, they’re saying, “This is how you defend us?”

  11. On Friday after the release of the Nunes FISA memo, Mudd was at it again. Insinuating that the president released the memo in the hopes of derailing the Mueller investigation (Mudd once worked under Mueller), he said the “boots” at the FBI (as opposed to the “suits”) weren’t going to take this sitting down…

  14. I too will never give up. I continue to post my feeling on facebook and have been asked why I do this. My answer is always the same, I do it because I love my country. If I see a post from others that is not true I will correct them and I inform them their post is erroneous. At least now, some will try to verify their information before posting. I think it every little bit helps.

Years ago I taught and worked with special needs children. The school was in a very affluent neighborhood and I can honestly say most of the children were very well behaved. My girlfriend is still teaching at this school and she told me after 20 plus years of teaching (and being nominated for teacher of the year) she is finally going to quit. She told me the kids have changed so much within the last five years. She told me the kids spit on each other, scream and call her a bad person and they tell her their parents tell they don't have to listen to her. She said
Told me administration has their hands tied and there is little support.

I met my friend for lunch last week and I was shocked when I saw the population of the school. Over half the children were wearing black headscarves. The majority of the other half were children of color. My friend also told me she had to take mandatory classes (after school hours) to learn basic foreign language terms to better facilitate the children. I am not a racist. Really, I am not, but rather I post this message to inform y'all of the dramatic and rapid demographic changes occurring in some of our schools.

If some one thinks they need to sit by on the side line until joe blow comes along, well I got some real bad news for you all. Joe blow aint coming. So get up or get out of the way. We either have to be in this for all we got or you might as well kiss every thing you have good bye. Think that wont happen Think again. We have lost so many rights that our for fathers died for. Look how long it took Obamma and his little band of bandits to put us down. Look at the Liberal's play book some time. Freedom of speech, freedom of press, gun rights. Look at gun laws in Liberal states if you dont think its not happening. My whole take is a quote from one of our great presidents and founders. They knew what was coming.
"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood 0f patriots and tyrants' And she's looking very thirsty

  17. If you folks think sitting at home all comfortable and posting will change anything, just have at it and see how well that works out for you. Perhaps it is that passive behavior that has let things get to the point we are at?

What if conservatives gathered and had marches across the country like the snowflakes? We should be able to outnumber those liberal marches and make government/corporations notice. I went to the Franklin Graham gathering at the statehouse, there were only about 2,500 people there, that was awful! People should have showed up until there wasn't a blade of green grass visible. Nope, they stayed home!

Posting your thoughts won't get crap done, that is not the way to win a war. That doesn't mean it bad or wrong, in fact it is good to exchange ideas and keep informed, but it takes action to make change.

  18. Dive, I do the best I can when I can. I do believe posting opinions does help in a small way. If I lived in Topeka I would have attended the Franklin Graham event.

I am in the process of gathering a group women who have like minded political concerns. So far I have a group comprised of fifteen women. My goal is to help educate these ladies by encouraging them to read current events, books on politics so we can discuss what our politicians are really doing for or against us. We will comprise letters and send these letters to our political representatives to inform them of our concerns. One member is in charge of recording events like the Franklin Graham event, and we attend these events as a group. Our group is small but it is growing by one or two new members a month. We have a number of influential women that meet with us, but only as their busy schedule allows. One lady is in charge of scheduling speakers for our group. We are quietly getting our voices heard, but watch out, we are gathering steam.

  20. I doubt you'll be surprised to learn I disagree with almost everything in your last comment, Divemaster.

What you refer to as being comfortable and passive is exactly what we should be doing.

Obviously this little Underground Bunker doesn't have the reach I wish it did but when you add our voices to those of tens of millions fellow American citizens we definitely have an impact.

    Don't think so?

Why do you think cjonline and haters like Batshit work so hard to silence us?

Why does Zuckerburg go to such lengths to shut down conservative voices?

Why have so many conservative Twitter accounts been deleted?

Why do you suppose our words and messages been deemed Hate Speech by those hell bent on destroying a sitting president?

The reason I started this mission I've undertaken in the first place was to assure other like minded people they were not alone and that it was alright to call these bastards out for the America Hating sons of bitches they are.

Taking our message to the internet allows us to reach more people than ever before and it's really the only way we have to get around what passes as today's mainstream media

I don't consider my lone voice any more important or effective than anyone else's but combined with millions of others we make up one of the strongest movements this world has ever seen.

I am saying it won't solve the problem. What Rose explained she is doing, I believe can be more effective. They are meeting and have a plan, writing letters to our political representatives. That gets information out of the blog to the folks making laws. Also, she has a plan to go out and build her group to write even more letters. hat takes more effort and can be discouraging. Every person has one or more special talents or ways to get the message out. Just because some don't attend every single gathering doesn't mean we are not doing our part. We all do this in the way that we know how and can afford. It gets done with enough people doing what they can. Even if it looks like people are on here are just standing on their soap box. Maybe just maybe ONE person will read it and it will open their eyes. It takes a whole lot of people with a whole lot of ideas to win. One idea wont win.

To add to that, as a whole, we are sitting around and not being as aggressive as the opposition. If we continue to not meet their tactics with equal or greater action, we lose and have no one to blame but ourselves.

Thank you Kevin for starting this blog. And thanks to all who support it by writing their opinions and taking the time and fortitude to post comments. Each and everyone of you makes a difference by being and staying informed, and we all know knowledge can be a very powerful tool.

Good morning everyone, and just for the hell of it.. Lock and load. Dilly Dilly 🍺

  32. Guess I'll jump in here. Good blog, really lit a fire.

I don't think Kevin or I believe this blog by itself is going to change the world. But it might make some difference. This is one of thousands, probably hundreds of thousands of blogs out there. They are all read by somebody. Some a lot. Some a few. We get a lot of views, look at our numbers. So some people are reading us.

I know if you read this blog you have seen a link you followed, or heard a thought you never had. Or you posted something because you agreed or disagreed with somebody. But it makes you think. Remember when we did this over on the urinal? We got shut down, booted off, censored and deleted all the time. The godless left had free reign there, because the urinal is a godless left wing newspaper. But we didn't stop, did we? We kept coming back. And the only way the shut us down was to wipe the whole thing. And now they pretty much have no community comments at all. But nobody reads them anyways, so who cares?

The godless left ran the show there, because the urinal is a godless left place. Here, we run the show. And do you ever see the godless lefties making any contributions? Debating? Discussing? Presenting any points of view? No. You don't. Because they are all a bunch of chickenshit pseudo communists who hide in their safe spaces and spew nonsense.

So we'll do what we can. If this is all you can do, then do it. If you can do more, write letters, send emails, campaign, donate, run for office, then do that.

Will there come a time when we take to the streets? Not right now. We have made more progress in the last year than the last 30. So why think like the communists? Riots and demonstrations and vandalism and destruction has done them no good whatsoever. And it would only hurt us. We are doing what we can do, each of us.

And I'm glad we all feel like we can say what we think here, and discuss it like the good patriots we are. We may disagree on some things, but in the end we will be standing side by side. Disagreement is healthy. Not what the godless left does, but what we do. We're in this fight together. And we're making progress. Can't please everybody, but so far everybody is getting something. And that's a good thing.

  33. I would take you back to a time in our history before blogs on the internet, but when people did the same thing. During our revolutionary days, anonymous writers were prolific. Newpapers and pamphlets abounded.

The Federalist Papers were published anonymously under the name Publius.

The primary form of communication of thought and opinion was pamphlets and letters to newspapers, usually written anonymously.

This is the same thing we do now. Our small part is to spread conservative thought in a rational and digestible manner to the general public. You don't persuade anybody be yelling at them, or attacking them violently. That's why the left is losing. You persuade by making your case rationally.

So this is one tiny part of the revolution. There's a lot of us, just as there were a lot of us in 1776. It's our history. It's the American way. And we'll keep doing this.

We are winning. It may not look like it sometimes. But we are. And the fight is taking place in Washington DC, and Topeka Kansas and all around this country. Big and small. And we are all in the fight. Doing whatever we can. No contribution is too small.

And we are winning. We are Making America Great Again

And it is Morning in America

  34. Well said Safe, and though I may be for going to the street, I am not for vandalism or other activities that destroy or break the laws. Yes I do see some gains and footholds have been made, but also see more corruption that makes for anger.

You know I often wonder if there has always been this much corruption and we just didn't know? With today's technology it makes it harder to coverup and hide. I don't think there use to be this much, some, but not to this level. I still believe people use to at least try and be civil and do what was right. Now, it seems we are morally bankrupt.

    1. Dive, I don't know how much, but yes, corruption has long been a problem especially after the progressives started infecting both political parties (Woodrow Wilson). David Barton is one of the best on the history side of things. Nationalizing education. That infernal tax code. Those two things alone come to mind...and both are Marxist ideas. We see what's happened over time on account of it. They learned early on that they could "progress" their crap by incrementalism and "making government work for you"...people bought the lie. The internet has enabled us to take a look at just how destructive those tactics have become. It won't be undone overnight.

  35. And a pretty one at that! Bright sunshine, with a hint of spring in the air. I keep a water bowl on my porch for the feral cats around here and noticed the change in the air when I refilled it.
I am glad for this blog especially for these times when discussions get a bit heated...sometimes it's needed because it's how the country got organized and founded after 1776. Those old farts argued loudly and some of them couldn't stand each other but they founded this place so they must have gotten something right...

  36. Thomas Jefferson and James Madison hated John Adams and fought him tooth and nail while he was President. George Washington had many political squabbles.

There was a great fight at that time between the Republicans and Federalists. The Republicans believed the states would control the government, with the federal portion being small and limited. The Federalists believed the states would get out of control if left to their own governance. Washington, Adams and Hamilton were Federalists. Hamilton always felt Adams was weak and not "pure" enough for the Federalist cause. He campaigned hard against him during his reelection, writing many letters and having many pieces published with greatly exaggerated claims of the damage that would come from Adams. Hamilton had a scheme to get another candidate elected, or that even having Jefferson in office would be better than a "weak" President like Adams.

The damage Hamilton did to the Federalist cause with his inflammatory rhetoric virtually killed the party. Jefferson won, and Republicans controlled the White House for several terms. Jefferson, Madison, Monroe. All Republicans. So Hamilton threw out the baby with the bath water, so to speak.

This eventually led to the Southern slave holding states gaining great power and the Civil War, which was based on the foundation of state's rights over federal dominance.

So yes. It's always been this way. Those times were filled with some pretty nasty stuff coming from both sides.

Who won in the end? Well, it's still not decided. Todays Republicans still believe mostly in states rights, in a limited federal government with limited and enumerated powers, but a lot of them do not. Those are the "swamp" people.

Democrats today believe in a growing and powerful federal government, wielding power over the states with an iron fist. Except when they don't believe it. Unlike their Federalist ancestors they believe in a totalitarian fascist federal state. Controlled by them and unyielding unrelenting ever more powerful.

So things change but don't change.

  40. I could go for some good old wild west justice. My family came over here from Switzerland in the late 1800s. They were farmers and actually were asked to come to this country. They kept diaries etc while coming across to Kansas. I don't have it in front of me, but remember reading how they were pretty much forced to stand guard while a guy got hung for stealing a horse, just one day earlier. They did mention they didn't volunteer for the guard job and they never wanted to see another hanging.

On these obvious guilty case, justice needs to be swift, like max 48 hours. Hanging is good and should be public, might make people think twice if they watched?

Also, they should give Divey the franchise for the beer sales at all hangings.

Giant revolving door for trial attorneys, court system and every worthless do-gooder liberal rehab program (also comes with fees) that comes along...and police are on the bottom rung of that ladder. But, bet you knew I would have a but in here, when are they going to get just a serious on people driving and texting/surfing internet while driving? We hear of more wrecks that people go left of center and kill themselves and/or other innocent people. Also, hear of drivers going off to the right killing themselves or passengers. I would bet we have all seen people driving all over the road and then find that they are on some electronic device. Many could care less who see them, the device is in their hands at top of steering wheel. I sent letters to county sheriff and head of Highway Patrol asking why they aren't putting more effort to stop this and report accidents that are related to using electronic devices. Neither Sheriff or HP responded. It seems to me their head is in the sand and more people will die until it gets as much attention as DUI.

  62. Good Morning y'all -

Just a passing thought on a way to help the liberal idiots understand why a lot of us are so upset with illegal immigrants - DACA - etc.

Imagine if you will a comfortable abode for you and your family. Nice back yard that's fenced so you can have a play set and a pet for your kids to have fun with and a nice shade tree providing shade for the dog house. A comfortable abode that provides for your family's sheltering needs and also safety. You have worked very hard, very diligently working up the pay scale to provide for your family, you pay your taxes, you're a very responsible person.

Enter into the picture someone who sees your house and comes in uninvited, brings their family to move in also. You are working harder to make ends meet because this someone and other family are using your things as though they earned the right to utilize your stuff.

This is illegal immigration and DACA - What's the damned hold up on illegal immigrants and these children who were brought here illegally from attaining US Citizenship???!!! Not a damned thing holding them back. Nope, none whatsoever! They just want to enjoy the freeloaders ride at our expense.

Getting back to the comfortable abode scenerio.... this represents America - the someone and their family who uninvitedly moved in represents illegal immigrants and their children (anchor babies).....the working harder to make ends meet because this someone and other family are using your things as though they earned the right to utilize your stuff.....this represents the cost on that American tax paying citizens are enduring because of Obama's legacy and the libtard idea on protecting illegal immigrants, DACA, etc.

Note to illegal immigrants - if you want to live here, apply for and attain American citizenship, get a job and learn to take care of yourselves and stop expecting us to pay for your health care, education, etc.

It's not that we don't want you here, we just want you to go through the legal channels in becoming American citizens if you're going to live here, be self sufficient instead of looking for hand outs.

    !!

  66. Following is a story that was in Osage County paper this week.

    If you thought Saturday’s
    “Drag the Flag” event
    planned in Lawrence evaporated
    due to a change of
    patriotic heart among the
    town’s broad contingent of
    radical liberals,
    be careful
    where you lay
    the credit.
    Most likely,
    there was
    more to “the
    protest that
    wasn’t” than
    meets the
    eye - and it
    probably leads
    all the back
    to Kansas’
    Second District Congressional
    race.
    According to Facebook
    (and who doesn’t believe
    everything they see on Facebook,
    after all?) the flag draggers
    planned an Old Glory
    desecration event in downtown
    Lawrence last Saturday
at 10 a.m., but when the
    contingent of inspired Flag
    Defenders rolled up Mass
Street to counter protest in a
    gleeful torrent of red, white
and blue, all they found were
    a few testy comments about
    their taste in camouflage and
a bunch of bars that weren’t
    open yet.
    Huh?
    It seems, for whatever
    reason, the flag draggers
opted to stay home in mom’s
    basement and continue binge
    watching “Frasier.”

  70. Electoral College Wisdom... Need to get this in before the next blog so the Dim's can understand.

In their infinite wisdom, the founders of our country created a structure called the "Electoral College" as a control system and to ensure the individual states were fairly represented. Otherwise one or two densely populated areas would speak for the whole of the nation. It was not created as a device to favor Democrats, Republicans, Whigs, Tories or any other political affiliation. It was created as a system of "checks and balances" to guard against any small vocal area, with a specific agenda, speaking for the whole of the nation.

The following list of statistics should put an end to the argument as to why the Electoral College makes sense.

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.

Trump won 3,084 of them. Clinton won 57.

There are 62 counties in New York State.

Trump won 46 of them. Clinton won 16.

Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.

In the 5 counties that encompass NYC (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump.
In other words, these Five (5) counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote for the entire country ! These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles. The United States is comprised of 3,797,000 square miles. When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election. Large, densely populated cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc.) do not and should not speak for the rest of our country...and somehow the geniuses who founded our country understood this and created a system to avoid that circumstance.

And now you understand the supreme importance of the Electoral College.

Do share this. It needs to be understood by all the morons..

  71. The Department of Education has decided it will not investigate or interfere if transgender students complain they are barred from bathrooms that match their chosen gender, according to Buzzfeed News.

On Thursday, Buzzfeed asked Liz Hill, a spokesperson for the Department of Education, if restroom complaints from transgender students are not covered by a 1972 federal civil rights law called Title IX. Hill answered, “Yes, that’s what the law says,” adding on Friday, “Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, not gender identity.”

    Hill made it clear that some complaints by transgender students will indeed be investigated, but bathroom complaints will not be among them. She stated, “Where students, including transgender students, are penalized or harassed for failing to conform to sex-based stereotypes, that is sex discrimination prohibited by Title IX. In the case of bathrooms, however, long-standing regulations provide that separating facilities on the basis of sex is not a form of discrimination prohibited by Title IX.” Read more;

After 30 years, if he refuses to follow the law, throw his ass in jail! Then after a few years deport him! Now I may be missing something here, but after 30 years, he should have followed some procedure to be legal. I am sick of pick and choose what laws are enforced.
