The best is yet to come...

Perhaps one of the greatest campaign ads ever produced.

Due to the fact that life as we've always known seems to be grinding to a halt the timing couldn't be better.

In order for this country to survive as we know it we need strong competent leaders.

The wannabe communist nor the frail bumbling Joe Biden won't cut it.

Godspeed Mr. President...

DNC Chairman Tom Perez: 'I don't know what faith' Trump supporters follow
By Jessica Chasmar - The Washington Times - Monday, March 16, 2020

Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez said in a new interview that he finds it challenging to understand how Christians can support President Trump.

Speaking with “Axios on HBO” on Sunday, Mr. Perez spoke about faith after he was asked to address his 2017 comments that the Democratic Party’s pro-abortion stance was “not negotiable.” Axios’ Jonathan Swan brought up Cardinal Timothy Dolan, archbishop of New York, who criticized Mr. Perez’s comments at the time and accused the Democratic Party of slamming the door on Catholics.

Mr. Perez fired back Sunday by citing scripture.

“Actually, the majority of the Catholics voted for Democrats in 2016,” he said. “So apparently the Cardinal may not understand that Matthew 25 is a pretty important teaching. And Matthew 25 says, you know, ‘When you are hungry, I fed you. When you were naked, I provided you with clothing. When you were an immigrant, I welcomed you.’”

“I think one of the reasons why so many people are moving away from Donald Trump is that he’s abandoned all of those values,” he added.

Mr. Perez then appeared to question how people who attend church can also attend Trump rallies.

“The challenge that I see among a lot of people that go to Donald Trump rallies and then they will go to church on Sunday — and I don’t know what faith they are worshipping — Donald Trump has done more to hurt the least of us, among us, than just about any president I can think of,” he said.

It pisses me off when people twist scripture for personal gain...or in this instance..... political gain!

Matthew Chapter 25 (NIV) is the chapter with the Parable of the Ten Virgins (Matt. 25:1-13) and the Parable of the Bags of Gold (Matt. 25:14-30). Matt. 25:31-46 talks about the sheep and the goats.

Absolutely NO WHERE in this scripture does it say "When you were an immigrant, I welcomed you."

Tom Perez knowingly, willfully is deceiving!!!! Here is the scripture in it's accuracy....

    Matt. 25:34-40

"Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of this world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. "Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?' "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'

How dare Tom Perez deliberately willfully misquote scripture for political gain....just to show his support for illegal immigrants!!!

I am so fed up with the DUMBOcrats caring more for the illegals than the hard working American tax paying citizens some of whom are Veterans!!!

There are laws that the illegals must adhere to in order to live here in the United States.... Yes we are a country of immigrants.... our ancestors of generations past came from other countries for a variety of reasons.... Not one of my ancestors and I know y'all can say the same thing.... not one of my ancestors cheated their way into the United States - they came, adhered to law and became legal citizens.

Yes we need a border wall - yes we need to protect our borders - if the damned idiot DUMBOcrats are so gungho on helping the illegals live in the United States, they can personally open their personal residences, their food pantries, and their homes to these illegals..... then you will see the DUMBOcrats change their tune on illegal immigration so fast that it would have the appearance of them being struck by lightening!!!!

  7. Here's the scripture forbidding adding to or taking away from the WORD....

    Deuteronomy 4:2 (NIV)
"Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you."

I also like the King James Version (KJV)

"Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you."

Here's another good scripture warning us not to alter the scriptures!

    Deuteronomy 12:32 (KJV)
"What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it."

  9. Tom Perez is once again just trying to poison Trump supporters, hoping to get them to vote for ole Sleepy Joe! It always amazes me how critical they get about people who take their religion seriously! Of all people to judge religious people, Perez and company! Fine ones who also claim that church and state should be separated but don't know why a christian can't separate their beliefs from THEIR interpretation of what a religious person should think! I, for one, think that I and Trump don't think that much differently about religion and God only knows how PERFECT I am!! LOL! I always tell people to not do anything that I wouldn't do, and they are always so relieved that they can do almost whatever they want with a clear conscience! LOL!

Only thing I didn't get was dry beans. But I have enough already so no big deal. Every isle was a empty mess.

All I got to say is that if something really bad happens there are going to be more people killed from looting and stealing than any other thing. These people have NO idea of survival and planning. Prepping is not hoarding. I hope some of them will learn from this.

I was able to snag a couple of corned beef's and I bought four pounds of bacon and buttermilk for pancakes. The store was out of cabbage and bagged potatoes. I was able to buy russet potatoes but I prefer red potatoes with my corned beef and of course cabbage but I will check a couple of other stores in the area for cabbage. The store was even out of chicken. I am stocked up on other supplies but it was so weird walking around the store seeing all the empty shelves. I got to talking with a lady at the check out counter and she asked if I would like to come over and work on putting some puzzles together. I swear, every time I go out in public I get asked some of the weirdest questions. LOL. A man asked me what I was going to do with the corned beef???? WTH? I just smiled and said "well they are out of toilet paper". Let him think on that for a while. My husband just shakes his head and says I am being mean. WTH does that man think I am going to do with the corned beef?????? Why didn't he ask me about the bacon or buttermilk?

There is something very strange happening in our country. It is almost like we are living in a Stephen King novel. It makes me wonder if the dems are trying to push us to the brink just to see how much we will put up with. I know it may sound like crazy talk but I think a lot of this has been planned just to cause anarchy. The dems hate PTrump and they will do ANYTHING to make sure he is not re-elected. They are acting like crazed animals. I posted a couple articles on FB about San Antonio and other cities that are now stating the police will not arrest the thugs for various crimes such as burglary, theft and other crimes. They definitely have an agenda.

  26. America is in a haze right now. It seems like half the country is in denial of the danger while the other half is awaking from apathy and frantically trying to prepare. This is creating a fog of confusion as one side screams "it's nothing but the flu, stop buying up the grocery store...!" and the other side just keeps stocking goods, though in an inexperienced way that prioritizes comfort over practicality.

Suddenly, the prepper movement doesn't look so "crazy" after all, and average people are now turning to prepper forums and websites to ask us for information on how to plan more effectively. The people who used to accuse us of being "chicken littles" and "doom mongers" are eerily silent. I almost miss them. At the very least, everyone is now concerned about the situation, if not for different reasons.

  28. This is a far cry from the past two months, when governments around the world as well as the U.N.'s WHO continually downplayed the pandemic threat and offered the public nothing in terms of usable advice. The establishment deliberately kept the public in the dark, not just on the virus and its capabilities but also on the vast weaknesses in the global economy. Suddenly in the past week they suggest that a threat is ahead and now millions of people are scrambling to prepare however they can.

As I have noted in previous Blogs Thanks to Kevin, there is a reason why the establishment refused to inform the citizenry of the instabilities inherent in the pandemic scenario; as reality strikes, chaos ensues, and it is chaos that can be exploited to push forward numerous agendas. These agendas include global centralization as well as the erasure of constitutional liberties.

  30. Now that a national collapse event is slowly being accepted by many as a legitimate possibility, there is a debate rising as to what measures the government should take or should be allowed to take. Those of us in the prepper and liberty movements always knew this day was coming; a day when the public would start considering trading away an array of freedoms in exchange for promises of security.

Even now, government officials are still trying to tell people that this event will be "short-lived." I say do what you always have done be prepared for anything, keep your powder dry and have plenty of ammo on hand to protect your family and friends... HEAR ME!

  31. No, you don't. You see what you what to see. News about the virus in China first happened in November and look at where we are now. This past 3 years, our dear leader pissed away his authority with his juvenile tweets and bullying rhetoric. Looked at his decision on Jan 31 to ban foreign nationals on entering this country if they were recently in China. This was a good decision as his decision today to return illegals back to Mexico if entering this country illegally. But what did our fearless leader do after Jan 31--NOTHING. He went to Mar-de-Lago, rallies, tweeted, etc. There was no preparations on fighting the "boomer removal." Look how South Korea received the World Health virus testing kits and have turned the corner on fighting the disease. Did we do that? Of course not as we don't have anything to do with the UN.

  34. And now I'm buying ammo and what happened?

First of all I've always bought ammo and the only thing I'm running short on are shotgun shells and .22s for my wife's Rugar. I have plenty of regular rounds but because her 22 won't do much damage I wanted to get her some hollow points in order to give her a fighting chance should the occasion arise.

    As for what happened.

I'm out in the stores here in Topeka as well as several surrounding towns and the stories are all the same.

When this whole thing started it was pretty much limited to a few items. People were a little annoyed but most were talking it all in stride.

The more bad news that comes along the more restaurants, bars, etc that are forced to close, the schools are now closed the bigger and more aggressive the crowds become.

Stores are right now as we speak being stripped of almost every necessity we've always taken for granted.

Food, paper goods, medical suppliers are doing everything possible to get caught up buy they're all losing a little more ground every day.

Right now we're skating a thin line between scared and worried and desperation.

The longer this goes on the more likely it'll that people will resort to breaking into homes in search of food and or other supplies.

That's where the ammo comes in.

    Am I overreacting and paranoid?

    I hope so.

What I really hope for is that sometime this summer this will all blow over and I can't waste all that ammo on a whole bunch of clay pigeons...

  50. The virus is in fact more destructive than any flu in recent memory — it's not a plague on the level of the Black Death (at least not so far), but if it continues to kill at a rate of 3 percent to 5 percent at it has been then this puts a large number of human beings at risk. It is not something to be taken lightly, and those people that are actively trying to discourage others from preparing for it are truly narcissistic in their ideology. If you don't think it's a threat, then don't prepare, but don't scream at others for taking precautions just because you desperately want to be right, and don't come around demanding food and supplies from those same people when the ceiling comes crashing down on your head.

Also, understand that COVID-19 is only part of the problem. The bigger crisis is in the economy itself; a collapse has been baked into this cake for years now, and the virus has little to do with it. As I have noted time and time again over the past few years, the Everything Bubble only needed one major trigger event to fully implode, but the international banks and central banks created that precarious bubble in the first place, and they set up all the conditions which made it so dangerous. The virus is not the cause of the crash, it is just very good cover for the banks who are the real perpetrators. Be Prepared.

    ReplyDelete
  51. In terms of COVID-19, there is no "herd immunity" by the establishment definition anyway, because it is a brand-new virus. There is no vaccine and the vast majority of people have no antibodies. No one can make the argument that people need to be forcefully locked down in order to maintain a herd immunity that doesn't exist.

Finally, there is a question of agenda and motive behind the rising call for martial law-like measures over the pandemic. For example, Champaign, Illinois, mayor Deborah Frank Feinen has given herself executive powers in response to the coronavirus infection that are outright Soviet in their violations. Among other things, she demand the power to enforce curfews, ban public gatherings, ban alcohol, ban or confiscate firearms, as well as confiscate any supplies from any citizen if those supplies are "needed for emergency response."

Is this really about protecting the public? How does it protect the public to confiscate their only means of defense, or confiscate their food and supplies? This type of thing is usually done in communist countries, and it is done to protect government power, not protect the people.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Understand also that the Champaign mayor is not the only official calling for these types of actions. From New York to LA and beyond, those of us who are paying attention have noticed a swift and quiet implementation of orders that are whittling down American freedoms. Do not expect Donald Trump to operate differently, either. Do expect him to initiate martial law measures (though he may not call in "martial law") in the next few months. Do expect him to activate Executive Order 13603, which was created by Barack Obama in 2012 and allows the federal government to appropriate everything from land to food to firearms in the event of a national emergency. This is going to happen. Count on it.

The pandemic is not an excuse for tyranny, and I for one will not comply. I and many I know will self-quarantine for a time with the expectation that we will eventually contract the virus, and hopefully our immune systems are strong enough to fight it. In the meantime, I will not be allowing any government officials to confiscate my supplies or my firearms. I will not sit idle while checkpoints are set up in my county to enforce travel restrictions or demand people test for symptoms. I will not be signing up for government rations in exchange for my biometric data. I will not be visiting the local FEMA center for government aid. And I will fight anyone that tries to assert martial law tactics in my area. Be Prepared people hand writing is on the wall..

    ReplyDelete
  53. A message to the government: I know you won't, but I suggest you leave people alone and let them self-isolate in peace. Most of us don't need your help. You and the financial elites that reside over you created this mess, and we do not trust you to clean it up. At bottom, this disaster should result in your removal from power. You should be fired and replaced.

The system itself needs to be rebuilt from the ground up and principles of liberty need to return to the forefront of our society. Centralization and globalization have caused untold grief and terror to humanity; this collapse only reinforces the argument that we need to try something different. They will say that the world was "not centralized enough" and that a more totalitarian framework is the solution. But of course, who really benefits from that in the end? The common man, or the elites?

They can offer any rationalization they want in the name of public safety, but we know what the real play is here. I plan to fight. Not just for me, but for the next generation. Because if I do not, those children may grow up in the world never knowing what freedom truly is. There are fates worse than death, and a life of tyranny and slavery is one of them. And I am done for today, Unless someone pisses me off. Later

The Republicans are working for all Americans.... unlike the do nothing Dems.

  65. I like facts.

Not statements from non-medical professionals who study history of epidemics, pandemics, and health policy, that start out several times with answers to questions with "I think..."

Sounds very unscientific, for a scientific journal.
Especially when the last two paragraphs "might" completely contradict the whole article. Herd immunity is what we should of stuck with. And as controversial as that is, he even indicates it could work.

    Let's go with facts.
You still haven't responded to my facts.

Aren't you scared of 16,000 deaths?

Try again with a better link.
    Dont give up. Keep trying.

    2. Did you just post Facebook? That's where you want facts?

That's why we are where we are.

And BTW, a journal regarding technology and society isn't scientific?
But you use it to push scientific ideas like herd immunity and such?

      Let that sink in.

Better go back to FB to get your propaganda.
