And our idiot president still thinks "Climate Change" is our biggest threat.
And how does the world react?
They Laugh at us...
We can't get rid of this guy soon enough...
Kevin McGinty
I haven't really talked about it much but every other weekend I usually head out by myself. It's usually the day I seek out new fis...
Kevin, stuff like this stokes the fire of the ol revolution. It's embarrassing, irresponsible, and hard to take. This is what represents America. But, my hope is that it is changing, and the rest of the world isn't so foolish to think we are what portrays us to be. If isis does it will cost them, only after they bring it to us. God forbid...
ReplyDeleteBTW, love the picture of Buster. Looks like a great partner. I haven't even been able to bring myself to get another dog since Zeke passed. Kind of selfish considering my boys would enjoy a dog, but I can't do it....
Thanks Hammer, that means a lot.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, he was an awesome little partner and to tell you the truth I'm having a hell of a time getting past it.
Here's the deal. Ol' Buster never left my side.
My wife works nights so it was just the two of us and whether it was cooking supper, doing the dishes, mowing the yard, taking out the trash, running down to the store or changing the oil in my truck we did everything together.
But like they say the show must go on.
I'm just not sure how to make that happen...
I empathize with you completely Kevin. We truly have to move on, like it or not. Not trying to sound cold, but just real. They say a new partner can help, but I'm not sure about that. That's where I am at today. I certainly hope you are doing better than I was. I consider myself fairly tough, but Zeke passing broke me down. Hang tough brother. Anyway, enough of that.....
ReplyDeleteI'm not a big analogy guy but heard a good one repeated today many times. If you had 100 M&Ms all different colors in front of you, but just one was toxic, would you eat any of them? Not sure that I would. This brings about thoughts of whether today's administration would consider toxicity stateside, ignoring it's responsibility to the body, or native core it supposed to protect in the first place. Without that core, there is no America or set of ideals that allow asylum seeking refugees to come and be a part of. It is not a racist belief to first protect the homeland. In fact it should be your first priority. The Boston Marathon bombers were refugees, and how fast the liberals forget about that...
Taking a chance, even a small one, is not what our current administration should be in the business of. Unless, it's the goal....
Be well, Kevin
