Tale of Two Completely Different Americas...

Turn on the news, read your local newspaper, listen to a college professor, just about any democrat and an ever increasing number of republican lawmakers and you can't help but walk away thinking America is the most racist and horrible country this world's ever seen.

That's what we're supposed to think and like just about everything else pushed by today's so-called mainstream media and embedded politicians, it's all bullshit.

I'm not saying racism doesn't exist.

It does, it always has, and it always will.

But the vast majority of Americans don't give a second thought to the color of a person's skin as they go about the business of living their lives and raising their families.

Go out to eat any restaurant and you'll see what I mean.

You'll see white families, Hispanic families, black families, and any combination of mixed race families you care to think about.

And what are they doing?

They're enjoying their dinner and spending time together.

Nobody's mad at the people on the other side of the room.

Nobody cares.

In my line of work I deal with people of all sizes, colors, and nationalities and I've never been treated any different than anyone else.

Sure, every once in a while there's a language barrier to deal with but somehow we always manage to get our business taken care of.

Again, nobody cares.

That's the America most of us live in.

Hurricane Harvey and the horrendous flooding it caused in Texas provided the perfect example of just how good and decent the American people really are.

As soon as the authorities put out the call for citizens to help in the rescue efforts hundreds of people dropped everything they were doing, loaded up their boats and answered the call.

They didn't put their own safety at risk only to help white people.

It wasn't to help only black people.

It wasn't to help only Hispanic or Asian people.

They didn't stop to ask whether they were a republican or a democrat.

They didn't ask about their beliefs on abortion or gay marriage.

They were there to help save lives.

All lives.

Period.

But that's not going to stop the race baiters.

It's not going to keep the media from trying to divide us with their anti-American crap.

And it's not going to stop the left from doing everything they can to bring this country to it's knees.

But just like all other's before them who've tried to destroy this country, they'll fail.

And they'll fail spectacularly.

The American people will make sure of it...

Tax cuts! Finally!!!

Our President is pushing congress to produce a tax reform bill. He's going on the road to promote it and hopefully there are still enough Republicans left who love their country more than they love the swamp they live in to pass it. We shall see.


Look for the rabid insane left to go completely nuts over this one. It looks like they've given up on Russia Russia Russia and all the previous attempts to undermine the legal election of our President and now they are trying their latest tactic of the President is insane. This one is pretty laughable and is doomed to the dust bin like all the rest but we'll get some chuckles from it watching them jumping up and down, arms flailing, spit flying from their mouths while they screech and howl. Always funny stuff.


So it's Friday and none too soon. Here's a little of the late great Glen Campbell. One of the most underappreciated guitar players of our time.

So what about these statues anyway?

I know this subject has been beat to death, but I want to offer a couple thoughts. Some of you might not agree with me, but that's the beautiful thing about this blog. We can disagree and stay friends. Unlike the left where they are required to march in goosestep with each other, we have many different opinions. Conservatives truly are the party of diversity and independent thought.


So anyway, I don't for a second believe the godless left cares a bit about these statues. I don't believe they just suddenly woke up and were filled with angst over some statues. I think they went after one statue and when they saw the reaction they knew they had a hot button issue. After the Russia thing panned out and turned out to be another big nothing, and President Trump was proven right on North Korea and he backed them down this was where they went to generate hatred and division.


Remember, these statues were put up by democrats in the first place. They are theirs. Now they've turned it all around and people are defending the wrong side. I don't think this was a fight we should have ever engaged in. The talking point should have been the same every single time. Your party put the statues up, if you want them down, take them down. They're yours anyway.


These statues were just part of the democrat party trying to rehabilitate itself after the Civil War. Now here's where we may part company, but this is how I feel.


Despite the notion that the Civil War was fought for state's rights, it was not. It was fought over slavery. Read you history. The state's rights the south fought for was the right to keep slaves. The Republican party was born out of opposition to slavery. Lincoln was strongly opposed to slavery. The southern democrats started a war rather than submit to the nation's laws against slavery. That's all factual.


After the war, when reconstruction came along the south was allowed to restore it's dignity with the claim the fight was over independence and state's rights instead of what it really was about. This was something people allowed because the goal was to reunify the country and heal the wounds.


But the democrat party fought tooth and nail even after the war. They created the KKK. They were rabid segregationists. They fought the civil rights act and the voting rights act. Republicans passed those. To this day, they fight to keep blacks on the plantation and helpless dependents on the government. They fight to keep abortion free and easy even though a disproportionate number of black babies are aborted. Planned Parenthood and abortion were born from the openly racist eugenics movement which sought to exterminate the black race.


I know my history. Robert E Lee was a good and moral man, a Christian. He was a brilliant military leader. Lincoln offered him the command of the Union armies but he refused because he knew they would invade Virginia and he couldn't do that. But he also led the fight that killed an estimated 700,000 men in the fight to keep slavery. So despite all his positives, there is that one big negative.


I think when this started we played right into their hands. By fighting the statue issue we let them fan the flames and spread their hatred and violence and gave the media an opportunity to attack us even if it was based on lies. We opened the door for this one.


And we gave them the win when we made the fight in Charlottesville over statues. It was over freedom of speech. That's the fight we should have had. And that's the issue President Trumps should have been hitting on.


I say from here on when they want a statue of a confederate general taken down, the response should be you people put it up so you can take it down.


I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on this one. I know not everybody agrees with me but that's OK. We don't have to agree. Let me know what you think.

And to tell you the truth when I started this thing I never even thought about it.

And what a press conference it was!

I know by now most of you have either seen or at least listened to the press conference President Trump held at Trump Tower yesterday.



He minced no words.

And no one with an ounce of integrity could walk away not understanding exactly what he was saying.

Unfortunately, integrity seems to be a thing of the past in America today.

Take a quick look at how CNN covered it.



These people are so full of hate that there's nothing they won't say or do in order to make Trump look bad.

They twist his words to make it seem like he said something he never said.

There's no level they won't stoop to in order to bring him down.

It's kind of funny how there wasn't a single question regarding the fact that North Korea backed down from their threats to nuke America.

Seemed like a pretty big deal to me.

They just can't wrap their minds around the fact that left-wing violence even exists.

They refuse to report on the million plus jobs that have been created since he's taken office.

They won't cover the fact unemployment is at the lowest level it's been in decades.

They can't possibly admit the stock market is setting record highs on a weekly basis.

Nope, can't do it.

He must be destroyed.

And the will of the American people must be overturned.

Screw em all.

Like it or not President Trump is doing exactly what he said he'd do.

And unlike most politicians, he's doing everything possible to keep the promises he made.

Well, I had this rant all worked out in my head this morning.

I had my notes ready.

I had my facts all in a row.

And just before I sat down I went out back to drink one last cup of coffee and have a quick smoke.

As usual I had my phone with me and started scrolling through Facebook when I came across this guy's video.

I realized he had touched on almost every point I had planned on making.

Only he did it better than I ever could.

So instead of me babbling on I'll just turn it over to a fellow patriot and let him explain it in his own (colorful) words.



These bastards have spent the last 8 years doing everything they could to start a race war.

Well, they got it.

And from my perspective, yesterday, with only one person killed, they got off lucky.

The war drums are beating. The crazy Norks are nuke ready thanks to Bill Clinton. And they are talking about launching. Bad news.

So our President gives them a clear message. Pull that shit at your own peril. And Mad Dog Mattis echoes his statement. Pretty clear. Zero tolerance.

And what do the godless liberals have to say about it? In their ongoing raging hatred for our President they are of course calling his actions everything they always call his actions. Even the brain tumor addled John McCain suddenly opposes standing up to the crazies.

obama, who dropped more bombs than Johnson was at war his entire two terms. Clinton bombed Serbia like it was Viet Nam. And not a peep. But suddenly it's time to negotiate. With crazy people who are beyond negotiation.

I swear, these people will sacrifice anything to overturn our election. They would let fat boy and the Norks fire off nukes and kill millions if they thought they could get political leverage from it. These people are traitorous seditious enemies of America. And I'm talking about the godless left. Not the Norks. We know where they stand. It's the enemy within that worries me more.

The swamp is doing it's job. I heard this morning that 73% of people say they don't trust what they hear from this white house. Now I know, these are the same polls that told us Donald Trump couldn't win the primary and then couldn't win the election so I take it for what it's worth.

But the fact is the nonstop barrage of lies and excrement from the godless left is doing it's job. It's keeping our President from doing what we elected him to do. And that's bad.

When the TEA party rose up the swamp crushed it after a few years. And that's what got them Donald Trump. We the people elected him. And for good reason. And they are scared.

They seem to think if they can crush him, then we will give up and slink away into the night. Wrong.

Donald Trump isn't our last chance. He's their last chance. We have spoken. Things have to change. If they are able to overturn a fair and lawful election and overturn the will of the people using a bunch of democrat hack lawyers what comes next will not be pretty.

This President was elected by the people. Simple as that. Accept it, or don't. Frankly, I don't care. But that's the way it is. And the people aren't going to sit by and let their vote be nullified by an out of control left wing media and a corrupt and godless democrat party aided by a bunch of equally corrupt and godless Republicans.

If they drive Donald Trump out of office what comes next will be bad. Bad for them. Really bad. I don't know what it will look like, but it will be ugly. Trust me on this friends. Really ugly.


And I just heard today that the city of Chicago via the mayor Rahm "the ballerina" Emmanual is suing the Federal Government for enforcing immigration laws.


Now let that soak in for a minute. They claim that enforcing the immigration laws is "unconstitutional".


The last time this happened was when the Federal government passed laws affecting slavery, and the democrats considered the nullified because they didn't like them. That led to secession and a civil war. This is insane.


But this is what we are up against. And I don't doubt these seditious bastards will find some obama appointed federal judge who will rule against the rule of law and side with the anarchists. Seems to happen pretty regularly.


 fear for our country. I fear for what will follow if they are successful at this rebellion against us. In the end, it will all be bad. The Civil War ended slavery but 700,000 men died to settle it. Quite a price.


And this one won't be much better I fear.

Why?

The American Party?

There's a reason I asked our friend and fellow patriot Still Safe At Home to join me as a co-host in this little blog of ours.

And that reason is because more often than not we're on the same page.

Like most Americans we're both fed up with what's going on in this country of ours.

We're fed up with the corruption.

We're fed up with the lies.

We're fed up with a republican party that seems hell bent on destroying itself.

Anyway, in the final hours of the last blog Safe brought up what at one time I thought would be a stupid idea.

The idea of a third party.

I've always been of the opinion that the only thing a third party could accomplish would be to destroy the republican party.

But all you need to do is to look at the last 6 months to see they're already doing that by themselves.

Has the time for a legitimate third party finally arrived?

I don't know but it's a conversation worth having.

So without further ado I'm just going to post Safe's comment and let you guys take it from there...

"I think it may be time to think about a third party. This may finally be the time. Nothing says President Trump can't create a third party right now. The American Party. Announce he is no longer a Republican since they are working against him, at least some of them. And probably more than we think behind the scenes. And the democrat party has gone full on communist now, anti American attempting to overthrow our election. So what's left? Third party.

Create the party and tell those Republicans who really do want to Make America Great Again they can switch. Let the rest wallow in the swamp they love so much. Crust McCain can be their leader.

I think the time is right. I think Americans are sick of both parties. And they might just be on board for flushing that toilet that is Washington and getting rid of the turds that are stinking it up.

Maybe more on this later. Just a seed of an idea right now.

Anybody think it might be time? Seems like right before an election is a really bad time. But if the President and a bunch of patriotic Republicans do it now, might just work.

It will drive a bunch of godless left wing democrats and the godless democrat controlled media crazy. So it's worth that at least."
