Democrats Creme of the Crop...

When you consider just how deep their hatred for Donald Trump and those of us who support him runs you'd almost think the democrats would at least try to come up with a serious candidate that could actually beat him in 2020.

Just for the fun of it I thought we'd take a quick look at a few of their top candidates.

1) Crazy Socialist/Communist Bernie Sanders:  Sure, he has the full and unconditional support of the indoctrinated college kids who've been taught they're somehow owed a living.

2) Creepy Uncle Joe Biden:  Depending in which poll you believe in Creepy Uncle Joe is actually blowing the rest of the clown show line up out of the water. However, that's about to change. His well known and mostly either ignored or accepted public groping of female and little kids is about to come crashing down around his perverted little head now that the #MeToo Movement has decided to take him out.

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/03/29/democrat-makes-metoo-claim-against-joe-biden-he-smelled-me-and-kissed-my-head/

"I was taking deep breaths and preparing myself to make my case to the crowd, I felt two hands on my shoulders. I froze. “Why is the vice-president of the United States touching me?” I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified. I thought to myself, “I didn’t wash my hair today and the vice-president of the United States is smelling it. And also, what in the actual fuck? Why is the vice-president of the United States smelling my hair?” He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head. My brain couldn’t process what was happening. I was embarrassed. I was shocked. I was confused. There is a Spanish saying, “tragame tierra,” it means, “earth, swallow me whole.” I couldn’t move and I couldn’t say anything. I wanted nothing more than to get Biden away from me. My name was called and I was never happier to get on stage in front of an audience."

3) Fake Mexican Beto O'Dork: Nothing says "I'm Presidential material" quite like a guy with a criminal record, hates old people and injured vets, and once upon a time fantasized about running over and killing little kids with his car.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/beto-orourke-wrote-murder-fantasy-children-was-part-of-famed-hacking-group-report

4) Fake Indian Elizabeth Warren: What can one say about this specimen other than, she's a proven liar who's as far out of her league as she is her mind.

5) Socialist Wannabe Home Wrecker Kamala Harris: I'm sorry, but the one and only way to describe this one can be summed up in three little words... Gold Digging Bitch...

6) Social Justice Warrior Corey Booker: If it weren't for his delusions of grandeur he'd have nothing at all.

7) Gun Grabbing Reality Denier Eric Swalwell:  Just another lying, corrupt democrat with a history of sexual harassment and dreams of destroying the 2nd amendment. Poor ol' Eric seems to be having a lot of trouble accepting the reality that the Russia Conspiracy he's participated in for the last two years has fallen apart.

I suppose I've babbled on long enough for now. But don't worry, there's plenty more to come.

Good luck with your clown show, Blue.

You're gonna need it...

Stronger Than Ever Before Friday...

In case you haven't already heard President Trump held a high power rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan last night.

The crowd inside the arena was massive.

And like always the crowd outside was just as massive.

You desperate democrats may have cheered your party leaders on as they went about trying to destroy him and his family for the last two years.

Some of the die hard believers are no doubt cheering them on as they struggle coming to grips with the reality that it's over.

But take my word for it when I tell you that once again, you've screwed the pooch.

You've overplayed your hand like you always do.

And just like in 2016 you're going to lose.

Because the only thing you've accomplished in the eyes of the American people is to make Donald Trump stronger than ever.

The president's approval ratings jumped up 5 points overnight while the main stream media's rating's crashed and burned.

So here's the deal.

You might as well get used to the idea that Donald Trump is your president because he's here to stay.

And as you sit there wondering how it happened all you have to do is to look in a mirror.

Oh, and got to thinking that since it's alright for what's become of today's democrat party to publicly call The President of The United States a Mother ##ucker I figured the following video was only fitting.

Here goes.

Enjoy your Friday...

You were all repeatedly lied to...

Nothing special, just another video I came across a little while ago and decided it was just too good to pass up.

Enjoy....

And I threw this one in just for the fun of it.

Winning Baby!!!

Really bad week for the democrats... And it's only Wednesday...

Sorry you lunatics are having such a bad week.

Not really, truth is, I'm loving every minute of it.

Let's recap, shall we?

Oh, and keep in mind, it's only Wednesday.

1) Your worst nightmare came true early Monday morning as you woke up to the news that President Trump has been vindicated and your made up Russia Collusion pipe dream has been exposed as the fraud the rest of us have always known it was.

2) President Trump's National Emergency declaration is still standing tall after Nancy Pelosi's promise to override the president's veto fell flat on it's face.

3) The "Creepy Porn Lawyer" Michael Avenatti you once pinned all your hopes and dreams on has been arrested (again) and charged with several federal felony charges including extortion and other silly stuff that democrats normally get a pass on.

Remember how you cheered him on?

Remember how he promised he'd be the one who finally destroyed the president you hate with all your cold little hearts?

Remember how you believed him?

I do.

4) Your fellow Race Baiter and Hate Hoaxer Jussie Smollett used his connections in high places (Michelle and Barack Hussein Obama) to highlight once again the two tiered justice system that exists in America by having his case sealed and dismissed.

5) And just yesterday your favorite socialist AOC's Green New Deal crashed and burned on the floor of the senate after Mitch McConnell forced those who've been spouting off about how this $93 trillion farce of a bill was the way to go to either put up or shut up.

It's telling how your party masters who've been running around the country screaming that if we don't enact the ridiculous bill the world will end in 12 years didn't even have the guts to vote for it.

Without exception they all voted "Present."

I'm gonna need more popcorn...

Winners and Losers... Too Good not to share...

I came across an article written by one of my favorite political writers, John Nolte on Breitbart this morning.

As usual he nailed it.

Nolte: Winners and Losers in the Debunked Russia Collusion Hoax

It all began when, using the firm of Perkins Coie to hide the transaction, Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National Committee hired a foreign national, Christopher Steele, who colluded with the Russians to manufacture a phony dossier that smeared then-candidate Donald Trump as a compromised tool of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During the 2016 presidential campaign, countless Dirty Cops in both the Justice Department and intelligence community used Hillary’s discredited oppo-research to meddle in the election, to win it for Hillary, and to ensure there was an “insurance policy” should she lose. This meddling included strategic (and illegal) media leaks, outright spying on the Trump campaign, and wiretaps.
After Trump won, the Dirty Cops activated the insurance policy by plotting a slow-motion coup. Again, there were strategic and illegal media leaks and, finally, the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his gang of partisan lawyers, who would go on a two-year rampage that ruined countless lives in what ended up being a failed quest to overturn a presidential election.
The corporate media also played a crucial, conscious, and active role in this coup attempt.
To begin with, CNN’s Jake Tapper colluded with the Deep State to legitimize the phony dossier/insurance policy as “news” by having disgraced former-FBI Director James Comey “brief” Trump on it. You see, the act of the briefing was the excuse the far-left Tapper needed to justify publicizing the existence of the phony dossier, and by extension, Trump being a Russian spy.
BuzzFeed’s Ben Smith then used Tapper’s report to justify publishing the phony dossier, and from there the entire establishment media was off and running with a two-year hoax fueled by a fire hose of fake news, invented sources, and countless ad hominem attacks against Trump and his family as traitors – attacks the media never challenged.
Now that it’s all finally over, here’s a list of the winners and losers:
WINNERS
Conservative Media:
We did our jobs. We kept our heads during the worst of the hysteria. We examined the evidence, held on to our healthy skepticism, stuck to the facts, and got the story exactly right. Our analysis, skepticism, insight, reporting, sources, and common sense delivered the truth.
From Breitbart News to the Washington Examiner‘s Byron York to Fox News’s Sean Hannity and Catherine Herridge, to the Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway to the Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross to the Wall Street Journal’s Kimberly Strassel to National Review’sAndrew McCarthy…
This is where sensible people looking for truth and sober analysis turned, and we all got it right.
Talk Radio:
Rush Limbaugh and many others in talk radio were one more oasis away from all the fake Russian news and hysteria.
Alan Dershowitz:
Famed attorney (and lifetime Democrat) sealed his legacy with clear, legal-based analysis which cost him many friends and career opportunities.
Jonathan Turley:
Another legal analyst who kept his head, dealt only in facts, and told the truth.
Gregg Jarrett
Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA):
Next to Trump, no one was scapegoated by the corrupt media with as much venom as Nunes, whose own committee has now been vindicated in its own finding of “no Russia collusion.” On top of that, Nunes’ fearless pursuit of the full truth around RussiaGate, the inconvenient truth about all the dirty tricks and Dirty Cops in the Justice Department and intelligence community, has been beyond vital to preserving the rule of law.
If there is a hero in RussiaGate, it is Devin Nunes.
Sara Carter
Superb and accurate reporting throughout.
Glenn Greenwald:
The Intercept’s Glenn Greenwald is proof that political beliefs have nothing to do with integrity. There is nothing Greenwald and I agree on, but he is an honest man.
President Trump and His Family:
Forget the politics for a moment and try to imagine the personal hell Trump and his family suffered while being falsely accused of treason for two years — of worrying about indictments and prison, of seeing the people you love repeatedly smeared in every corner of the establishment news media.
In the end, though, they stood strong and came out the other end fully exonerated. The president also deserves credit for keeping his eye on the ball. Thanks to his policies, America is enjoying the first era of peace and prosperity since September 11, 2001.
LOSERS
The Establishment Media:
This list will single out the worst of the worst in the media, but the debunking of the Russia Collusion Hoax is the not the beginning of the end of the media’s credibility … it’s the end.
Where to begin?
Well, how about at the beginning — here’s the corrupt media’s fake news’s rap sheet over the last five or so years…
  • Trayvon Martin Murdered By Racist White Man
  • Michael Brown Yelled “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot!” Before Racist Cop Murdered Him
  • Brett Kavanaugh: Serial Rapist
  • Trump Ordered His Attorney to Lie
  • The Racist White Boys from Covington High School
  • Trump Can’t Defeat Hillary
  • Trump Is a Russian Manchurian Candidate
Nevertheless, the media will not change the way they do business because to do so would be to admit they had done something wrong.
The good news, though, is that this broken and corrupt institution has undermined all the power it once had to sway public opinion. And so, all the media can do now is hang on to what’s left of its audience — the crazies who want to be hoaxed, who cannot face reality. Those loons are the media’s customer base.
Other losers…
Hillary Clinton
You lost, cupcake, deal with it…
Fox News’s Judge  Napolitano:
What a horse’s ass.
Meet the Press Moderator Chuck Todd:
Mueller’s got the receipts! Mueller’s got the receipts!
Lie to me James Clapper! Please, please, please lie to me. Tell baby what he wants to hear!
Barack Obama:
The Al Capone of the Russia Collusion Hoax.
FISA Court:
If this kangaroo court allows a bunch of Dirty Cops to hoodwink it into spying on a presidential campaign, imagine what’s being done to everyday Americans.
Weekly Standard Employees:
Other than a few of their trolls, these staffers are all out work now because their useless bosses, Bill Kristol and Stephen Hayes, went the full-hoax.
Axios’s Mike Allen
“D.C.’s most wired reporter” is as much a conspiracy theorist as he is a moron.
Watch Forrest Gump connects the dots.
Idiot.
Fox News’s Shepard Smith:
Napolitano and Shep Smith. Put them together and you’ve got almost half a wit and not an ounce of integrity.
Jake Tapper:
Once one of America’s most respected journalists, he has since lost his audience and all of his credibility as a stooge for the intelligence community. So blinded by his own virtue, Tapper probably believes being a Deep State cuck is patriotism.
What a fall.
Brian Stelter:
Tater: The Walking Punchline.
Rachel Maddow:
For two years Maddow breathlessly — night after night after night — promised her audience Mueller had the goods. Most of her cult will probably stick with her, but she’s exposed now and exposed cult leaders never last long.
Robert Mueller:
This dirty cop leading a gang of dirty cops spent two years digging a dry hole while destroying the lives of who knows how many innocent people bled white by unnecessary legal fees. Shame on him forever.
Morning Joe:
Joe Scarborough’s track record for getting everything exactly wrong marches on.
CNN:
This fake news network deliberately deceived its audience for two years with an all-in gamble that the Mueller Report would vindicate all those lies. CNN’s ratings cannot get much worse than they already are, but who in their right mind would give these snake oil salesmen even a minute of their time?
No one will ever believe anything CNN reports again, and no one should.
CNN is now just infotainment for #Resistance stupes.
Jennifer Rubin:
Because she’s so shrill, not only do we all know she’s a joke, so does every dog within 60 miles of the Washington Post.
At least she didn’t try to hide her McCarthyism.
Max Boot:
I didn’t make this up.
The FBI:
A den of Dirty Partisan Cops meddling in our elections.
McCabe, Strzok, Comey, the lady homewrecker, arresting celebrities over college applications to kill a negative news cycle.
The FBI is a cancer on democracy.
Former CIA Director John Brennan:
Perjurer and liar.
Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper:
Perjurer and liar.
BuzzFeed:
Such shameless liars Robert freakin’ Mueller called them out.
John McCain:
Because his legacy as a petty, grudge-holding, preening peacock who planned his funeral to satisfy his own smite was not already damaging enough, we now know he was peddling the phony Russia dossier to media outlets.
Washington Post:
Only CNN saves the far-left Post from taking the crown.
Never Trump:
Every fake news “bombshell” these simpering quislings swallowed and spread with unbridled glee.
What a bunch of mindless cows.
Fact Checkers
They told us Devin Nunes and Sean Hannity were wrong about everything and that conspiracy theorists like Jake Tapper and Chris Cuomo were right about everything.
Oh, and Washington Post fact checker Glenn Kessler is still claiming Trump colluded with the Russians.
The Left-Wing Media
From Talking Points Memo to the HuffPost, there was not a moment of sanity, just paranoia and lies and red-baiting.
Intelligence Community
From WMD to Russian Collusion to partisan leaks and lies… More goddamned Dirty Cops who should never be believed again.
CNN’s Drew Griffin
Griffin used to be seen as a pretty good investigative reporter. Now he will only be remembered as a bully who harasses old ladies based on conspiracy theories.
Hollywood Leftists
Every time Rob Reiner tweets a gay, black man registers as a Republican.
David Corn and Michael Isikoff
Mother Jones’ David Corn and Michael Isikoff, the hack who sat on the Monica Lewinsky scandal until Matt Drudge forced his hand, wrote a whole book about how Trump colluded with Russia.
Seriously, a whole book.
Can you retract a whole book?
CNN’s Carl Bernstein
While his Watergate partner Bob Woodward was smart enough to stay out of RussiaGate, Bernstein sold his soul and not only got caught lying, he invented a source that doesn’t exist.

BIGGEST LOSERS
2018 Midterm Voters
Millions voted under the false impression our president may have done something wrong. In other words, not only did the media and Deep State meddle in the 2016 presidential election, they also meddled in the 2018 midterms.
The American People
We the people went to the polls in 2016 and chose Donald Trump to lead our country, which means that every injustice against our president, most especially at the hands of unelected Dirty Cops and their media minions, is an injustice against us and our God-given right to choose our own leaders.
For two years this hoax hamstrung his (our) agenda and weakened his (our) ability to do business overseas… This is unforgivable, un-American, and the wrongdoers must be held accountable.
This crime against Trump was also a crime against us, against America, and our Constitution…
The only way to compound this crime is to sweep it under the rug.
This cannot be allowed to happen.

Happy No Collusion Day America!!!

Noooooooooooooooo!!!

Remember back when all you left-wing lunatics promised Trump would never win the republican nomination for president?

And when he proved you all wrong you promised he'd never be president.

Remember that?

I do.

Remember the day he was sworn into office?

Remember how sad and distraught you were?

I do.

I still remember how much I enjoyed watching you cry.

But then you got mad.

Your masters promised they had an insurance policy in place to destroy him for making you sad.

Remember how you rejoiced and were happy again?

I do.

That promised insurance policy came in the form of Robert Mueller's Special Counsel Russia Collusion investigation which finally wrapped late last Friday afternoon.

And just a little while ago Attorney General William Barr released the findings that exonerates President Trump, every one of his family members, and his entire campaign staff of the made up Russia Collusion you've placed all your hopes and dreams on.

Sorry Bitches, Trump wins again.

Why you ask?

Because winning is what winners do.

https://drudgereport.com/

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/03/24/special-counsel-no-russia-collusion-despite-multiple-offers/

Attorney General William Barr sent Congress a letter Sunday summarizing the findings of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report into the 2016 presidential election, and found there was no collusion between President Donald Trump’s campaign and the Russian government, “despite several efforts” by Russian agents or intermediaries.

The letter, released to the press and the public, effectively exonerates the president and destroys one of the major attacks by Democrats and the media against the Trump administration.
In part, the letter reads:
The Special Counsel’s investigation did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 US. presidential election. As the report states: “[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”
The Special Counsel found that Russian government actors successfully hacked into computers and obtained emails from persons affiliated with the Clinton campaign and Democratic Party organizations, and publicly disseminated those materials through various intermediaries, including WikiLeaks. Based on these activities, the Special Counsel brought criminal charges against a number of Russian military officers for conspiring to hack into computers in the United States for purposes of influencing the election. But as noted above, the Special Counsel did not find that the Trump campaign, or anyone associated with it, conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in these efforts, despite multiple offers from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign.
Barr notes that the investigation included information from 13 foreign governments and 500 witnesses.
The letter also explains that the question of obstruction of justice into the investigation “did not draw a conclusion one way or the other” and merely presented arguments for both sides of the question.
Attorney General Barr notes: “The Special Counsel states that while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.” However, he says, that after consulting with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, “the evidence developed during the Special Counsel?s investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.”
Barr noted, finally, that he had asked the Special Counsel to help determine how much of the material could be made public without violating federal grand jury protections.

Life lessons for our dimwitted friends on the losing side...

I'm not going to get into the whole big thing here but I would like to address something our local internet doctor said today.

"So, you want a small group that for instance, to make political decisions?"

Small group my ass, Blue.

You see, Blue, the electoral college was put in place specifically so that every county and every state has a say in electing a president.

You don't like it?

I don't care.

And then our good friend and fellow patriot Hammertime spoke a little about ongoing efforts in forming The Convention of States.

The Convention of States Movement is real and here to stay.

Maybe those of you in the know would help explain what it is.

What it means.

What it can accomplish.

What are the benefits?

What are the perils?

We did it--the Convention of States Project application, HCR 5009 passed through the House Federal and State Affairs Committee by a vote of 12-10!
This was only possible because so many of you stood up, showed up, and spoke up. Thank you!
Now we move to the floor of the House of Representatives. Your State Representative will be back in district for the next couple of weeks. Please try and talk to Jim Gartner about Convention of States (HCR 5009) and get back to me about how it went.
As a reminder, a Convention of States is the way to bypass Congress and the rest of the federal government to actually drain the swamp in Washington D.C. This is a state run process that your State Representative is in charge of.
Jim Gartner has the power to help call a convention to propose amendments like Term Limits on Congress and a Balanced Budget Amendment, but they need to act NOW. HCR 5009 is the ticket for Kansas to join the effort, but we need you to help!
I can help you get in contact with Jim Gartner, just click on the TAKE ACTION button, and at no charge, I'll connect you directly!
In liberty,
David P. Schneider - Regional Director

What say you?

Bringing it home Friday...

Before we get started today I'd like to give a tip of the hat to my friend and partner for his successful move to California.

Picking up and moving across the country has to be hard but if you're determined to be close to your family and to watch your grandson grow up it's what you do.

Well done, Sir.

Not to make a big deal out of it but I'm in the process of making a few changes in my life as well.

No, I'm not packing up and moving anywhere.

In fact, the changes I'm making are just the opposite.

I'm coming home.

The company I work for has taken on a bunch of new business locally which means they've added several local dedicated runs.

I've taken one of them.

After more than 20 years of running up and down the highways in every kind weather imaginable, living out of a suitcase, eating at crappy truck stops and being gone for days and or weeks at a time my old ass is coming home to stay.

Of course it'll be an adjustment.

Probably more so for my loving wife of 40 years.

I assured her it will give me more time to help get her organized around the house and to manage her time a little better.

Can you believe she told me to shut up and called me a dork?

I was shocked!

Spring has finally arrived, guys.

Get out there and enjoy it...

What would God do?

So many things I'd like to talk about today but because of a discussion that was started on the last edition of Room 235 (America's Blog) I'm reluctant to do so.

The conversation centered around religion. And more specifically it had to do with the left's use of scripture as a means to justify their open borders agenda.

I'm woefully unqualified to speak on the topic of religion so instead of even trying I'm going to move a few of the comments over here and see where it goes from there.

And even though I'm unqualified to speak about such things I would like to offer up one little observation.

I find it more than a little hypocritical of those who have done everything in their power to remove God from the public square only to turn around and try to use his word to influence Federal Immigration Policy.

But then if you took away the left's hypocrisy they'd have nothing at all.

Here goes...

Good morning, read a lot but don't comment much. To busy arguing with idiot pagans that call themselves ELCA clergy. But I will admit that Moran posted me off with his vote.
ReplyDelete

Just curious, but how would you explain your position to Jesus ? I'm not a member of your church, but I suspect my parish priest would have some problems. But, I look for your comments to help understand your thinking. I'd also ask that you respond in light of the following scripture passages

Matthew 25:31-46 – “…I was a stranger and you welcomed me.”

Luke 3:11 – “Whoever has two coats must share with anyone who has none…”

Luke 4:16-21 – “…Bring good news to the poor…release to the captives…sight to the blind...let the oppressed go free.”

Romans 12:13 – “Mark of the true Christian: “…Extend hospitality to strangers…”

II Corinthians 8:13-15 – “It is a question of a fair balance between your present abundance and their need…”

Ephesians 2:11-22 – “So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are citizens with the saints and also members of the household of God.”

Hebrews 13:1-2 – “…show hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels…”

Jim 1-36 Ian is a asshole, and Jim 1-37, stay away from Ian the asshole...

Oh, look out Dennis! I think Old Blue thinks he can pin you into a corner! LOL! Do you think he really wants you to 'explain" your position to Jesus or just wants to try to do the "good Liberal thing" and take his shots at a minister? Do you really seriously care, Blue, what Jesus would think? Somehow, I doubt it!
ReplyDelete

Not a trick question at all. I await to be enlightened. I have never advocated a totally open border, and I don't think everybody should be let in. I've said that for years. Nonetheless, it's a legitimate theological issue. If I'm going to be asked on judgment day "so what did you do for the poor little brown ones ( as Poppy Bush called them ), I figure I had better have an answer.

Yea, a second rate doctor is gonna try and twist logic and words with a religious leader.
I see what you did there, Ian.

Maybe you'll try and straighten out the religious, too?
Insinuating you have leaned neither direction on immigration, yet you are willing to try and use scripture as an argument?

Satan. You are Satan.

You want no good. Only trouble.
That's why you are here.

And continuing to waste gov't dollars doing it....

Beware of narrow minded liberals who twist Bible verses to suit their narrow mindedness in an ill fated attempt to make a trap. Note for Ian: Get thee behind us Satan!
ReplyDelete

He has proven over and over again he is the "GODLESS" left doing satan's work. Trying to get a person of faith to engage him so he can twist and try to turn the person around. Wont work with any one here. So you might as well go to hell and stay there.

Looks like the resident irritant is trying a different angle?

Always entertaining when a godless commie lectures Christians on how Christians are supposed to act.

Stay in your lane comrade bedpan. You know nothing about what God thinks and probably never will. Stick to spreading commie propaganda and copy and pasting commie talking points as the Apparatus sends them to you. Don't presume you know anything about what God is telling his believers since you ain't one of them.

Busy day but here is my answer blue.
1. In the Hebrew wording of the Old Testament there are two root words that are translated; foreigner, stranger, sojourner, etc. They are ger/gar and Nekhar/nehar. They mean very different things in the Hebrew. Ger means invited guest, a travler who request to make a home, one who adopts the rituals/customs/practices of the people group that they travel with or settle within their land. Ger are full members of the Jewish society, they are welcome to join in the worship rituals of the Hebrews (to remain a ger it is required that you adopt and follow the religious rituals), if they become needy, orphaned, widowed, lamed, etc. they receive the same gleaning privileges that the Hebrew people did.

The other word Nekhar is always used to denote an invader or an uninvited and very unwelcome guest. When the Philistines or Moabites pillaged the land in the book of judges they were nekhar. Abraham was nekhar in the land of Canaan, he was not to make it his home. Conversely when in his travels he came to Egypt he was the gar of the Pharaoh. Just as when Joseph extended the invitation to his family to join him in Egypt they were nekhar. But over time when a pharaoh arose that did "not know" Joseph they became nekhar. Nekhar always carried the underlying meaning of unwelcome or unwanted.

The nekhar were not allowed to glean the field edges or harvest the fallen fruit from orchards. Neither were they allowed to harvest the fields in the seventh year when the Hebrews were told to not harvest and let the poor, lame, widowed and orphaned harvest the fields, vineyards and orchards, the gar/ger were allowed to join the Hebrews in the seventh year harvests.

2. God established boundaries and borders multiple times in the Old Testament. When the Hebrews came into Canaan, each tribe except for Levi were given specific areas of land and each clan and family within the tribes were given land inside those areas. God even limited the scope of the land that he promised the Jews. He sat borders and they were to respect those borders and not to lay claim to the lands of those who dwelt in them.

During the Exodus and the 40 years of travel in the wilderness multiple times the Hebrews came to the borders of nations. God always told them to ask permission to travel through the lands and if they were denied permission he led them around the nations.

3. Our nations immigration laws are to be obeyed by Christians, Jesus Christ, Peter and Paul were very explicit in the command to obey the ruling authorities.

4. It is extremely unchristian to have the chaos and violence that results from the past two administrations border policies. Hundreds of murders are committed annual by illegal aliens, thousands of rapes, thefts and assaults. Then there is the sex trafficking and the rape of women and children along the way. Plus the drug cartels forcing of carrying drugs on illegals. All of this would decrease if we closed our borders and tightly regulated immigration. It is not love to help one neighbor at the cost of violence to another, which is what is happening because of our border policies.

4. It is also no just for illegals who can walk across our borders to be given access to immigration in the USA when there are millions of foreigners in Asia, Africa, etc. whose only access to immigration is to go through the proper channels and wait. Our current system is hurting, not loving, those who do not live on the America's continents by unjustly giving them access when others cannot do this.

5. It is unchristian to take from another to give to another. And this is what is being done through taxation and all the free healthcare, education, etc. that is given to illegals. Nowhere does Jesus speak about national charity, He always spoke about personal charity.

Lastly Christian are to obey a nation's laws, unless the law causes them to sin. Obeying our immigration laws does not cause a Christian to sin. Disobeying them is sinful because thousands of people annually are hurt by the crime that accompanies sanctuary cities and states as well as the criminals that come unfettered into this nation. If a Christian wants to help the nekhar they are welcome to do a foreign mission. Heck, they can sell all they have and give it to the poor in Honduras, Mexico, Guatemala, etc.

That is a very condensed version of the four part Bible Study I taught to my churches on immigration.

And before you give me the heterodox answer of "Jesus never said anything about immigration." or "Jesus was an illegal immigrant in Egypt." Jesus said this about the Old Testament: "For if you believed Moses, you would believe me; for he wrote of me."and Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."

Every time in the Old Testament that God spoke, Father, Son and the Holy Spirit were speaking in unison with Him. So Jesus said a lot about immigration, divorce, homosexuality and everything else that heterodox Christians say "Jesus never said..." about.

And is so far as Egypt and Jesus are concerned it is comparable to moving from Kansas to Washington DC. A shitty choice, but still just a move within a sovereign state's borders from one province to another.

Someone commented that " i bet that Ian won't come back... HA HA Dennis is gonna shut him up. " Or something like that. Well, yeah.. sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I have been suffering the flu and have been home for four days, and catching up on paper work. The internet helps pass the time. And before all the fine people here begin to dance in the street, PediaSure is great for re-hydration, and brought my temp down in no time. Nice to have a wifey who is a family doc. Works out great. So I will live.

Thank you Mr. Beckmann for your thoughtful exegesis. I will assume this comment however - was somewhat tongue in cheek. "  And is so far as Egypt and Jesus are concerned it is comparable to moving from Kansas to Washington DC. A shitty choice, but still just a move within a sovereign state's borders from one province to another."All I can say is not that many years ago while driving around Topeka, my wife and I noticed a nude man running around the VA hospital. I didn't know what to say... but my wife began to quietly cry. I asked what was wrong... and she presented a litany - " that horrible Fred Phelps person, everything falling apart, a clearly insane nude elderly man... and NOBODY seems to care." So you can stay in Kansas, I'll be more than happy right here big evil D.C.

Now, for your answer. And I really do appreciate it. But it doesn't ring right to me. Not being trained in theology I will defer to those who are. The problem with that there is hardly one interpretation of Scripture, or of the meaning of Jesus, or ... on and on. Do you believe in transubstantiation ? You mentioned something about 'those ignorant ELCA' people or something like that. So are you Lutheran ? Missouri Synod ? Something else ?You touched on many things in your exposition. One that stood out to me, your notion that Jesus along with God the father, and the Holy Spirit speak with one voice. Specifically, " Every time in the Old Testament that God spoke, Father, Son and the Holy Spirit were speaking in unison with Him. " So..... that means we remain under the authority, for instance, of the Laws of Leviticus ? Does your wife refrain from wearing garments made of two kinds of material ? In my humble opinion Jesus was an iconoclast. But, you're the ... I assume orthodox theologian, so I will step aside. Funny that word heterodox.... THE Orthodox would point to YOU and rant "HETERODOX" and likely hit you over the head with a very heavy icon. Ah organized religion, never a dull moment.

This from another exegete Mathew Schmalz, Prof at College of the Holy Cross, Amherst  BA, Univ. of Chicago MA, Univ of Chicago Ph.D. ... and all around smart guy.

"We Will All Be strangers, Sometime
The Bible affirms – strongly and unequivocally – the obligation to treat strangers with dignity and hospitality.“Love the Stranger,” an article written for the annual meeting of the College Theological Society in 1991, biblical scholar Alice Laffey stated that in the Hebrew Bible, the words “gûr” and “gÄ“r” are the ones most often glossed as referring to the “stranger,” though they are also translated as “newcomer” and “alien” or “resident alien,” respectively. In the Pentateuch, the first five books of the Hebrew Bible, the word “gÄ“r” appears almost 50 times, and the fifth book, Deuteronomy, delineates a number of specific provisions for treating “the stranger” not just with courtesy but also with active support and provision. For example, the book of Deuteronomy sets out the requirement that a portion of produce be set aside by farmers every third year for strangers, widows and orphans. In the “temple sermon” attributed to the prophet Jeremiah, the Jewish people are exhorted to “not oppress the sojourner.”Within the Hebrew Bible the requirements of hospitality are sometimes affirmed in very striking ways, as in the story from the book of Judges in which a host offers his own daughter to ruffians in order to safeguard his guest.Of course, the Israelites themselves were “strangers” during their enslavement in Egypt and captivity in Babylon. The Hebrew Bible recognizes that every one of us can be a stranger and, for that very reason, we need to overcome our fear of those who live among us whom we do not know. The stranger is Jesus in disguise.

Within the New Testament, which Christians read in continuity with the Hebrew Bible or “The Old Testament,” the most often cited passage dealing with welcoming the stranger is from Matthew 25: 31-40.This section speaks of the Final Judgment, when the righteous will be granted paradise and unrepentant sinners will be consigned to eternal fire. Christ says to those at his right hand that they are “blessed” because“I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.”The righteous then ask,“When did we see you, a stranger, and welcome you?”Christ replies,“‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”As Matthew 25 makes clear, the Christians should see everyone as “Christ” in the flesh. Indeed, scholars argue that in the New Testament, “stranger” and “neighbor” are in fact synonymous. Thus the Golden Rule, “love your neighbor as yourself,” refers not just to people whom you know – your “neighbors” in a conventional sense – but also to people whom you do not know.Beyond this, in the letters written by Paul of Tarsus (one of the most notable of early Christian missionaries), often known as the Pauline “Epistles,” it is made clear that in Christ,“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave[g] nor free, there is no male and female.”

From this perspective, being “one in Christ” should be taken literally as acknowledging no fundamental differences in kind among human beings. It is true that the application of biblical principles to contemporary matters of policy is less than clear to the many Christians who have taken opposing sides regarding how the United States should deal with immigrants, undocumented workers and refugees. However, in my reading of the Bible, the principles regarding welcoming the stranger are broad-reaching and unambiguous."( end of quotation )

Just my observation reverend, but it seems your approach to Scripture is somewhat legalistic, and perhaps literalist. Just curious, but are you a creationist ? We probably can find a defense for almost anything somewhere in Scripture. Slave owners certainly did during the antebellum period. Jesus spoke very clearly about divorce. Do you find Donald Trump an solid example of Christian morality in light of his two divorces ? How do you think Jesus would react to the sight of children being held as illegal immigrants in ... cages ? Thank you for your anticipated response.

I would say fundamentalist not legalistic. A difference only a believer would understand. As for literalist, what other interpretation is acceptable? Godless commie “anything goes whatever feels good”? Telling people that’s OK is condemning them to hell. Did Jesus die on the cross so man could continue living in sin without understanding the consequences? I think not. Living for Christ is not about living for self. That’s godless hedonism.

Living for Christ is hard. It calls for choices. It calls for rejecting sin. It calls for believing the word of God and rejection the siren call of Satan.

Comrade Bedpan, you are exactly who God warned us about.

Get thee behind me Satan. You and your fellow workers of inequity are enemies of God and of us.

Repent, reject the lies of Satan and there is still hope for you. Otherwise there is none. Your imagined intellect won’t save you in the day of judgement. God will say, “depart from me, I never knew you”.
