But every once in a while it is important to put it aside.
At least for a day.
And like everybody else here I'm painfully aware of the heartache life can hand us.
But even then if we take the time to think about it or maybe just look around we can always find something to be thankful for.

ReplyDeleteWell this has been a pretty good year up till the elections. So I am happy that at least we have had a couple of really good years after those 8 bad ones. And we all will have to suck up a little in the next one until we can get those Libtards under control and booted. So Happy Thanksgiving and hope the next one is as good as these last two. And now back to my dessert.

DeleteJust so you know out of habit I was up at 3:30 this morning for maybe ten minutes.
ReplyDeleteAnd since I'm still on vacation I realized just how stupid an idea it was and brawled my old ass back under the covers and slept like a baby till about 7:30.
Life on vacation is good...
YA YA I got up at 3;30 also out of a 50 year habit, and stayed up. acting like i was a tough guy.... and I am not even on vacation.
