But down where my daughter lives it broke 120. Crazy hot. And the commies can't keep the power on because they are idiots and shut down reliable power plants and built solar plants that can't supply enough power. ReplyDeleteThe fires are crazy. The closest one is also the biggest one, in the upper central mountain area. It's zero percent contained. The smoke from that fire moves into our valley every night. It's just the way the mountains are laid out that causes it. So we wake up every morning with our valley filled with smoke so bad you can't even see the mountains. Very bad air. So we tend to stay inside. We have air conditioning but most people up here have swamp coolers which don't filter the air so they are in a real pickle. It's crazy and probably won't end until the fire is out.
These fires are the fault of the commies who refuse to do controlled burns and clear dead tress which are fuel. They shut down logging and won't allow prevention because they are stupid ass commies. This state will burn until we get rid of the commies which probably won't happen.
They are having rolling blackouts because they can't produce enough power. The last time they did this the Governor was Gray Davis and he called recalled for that stupid shit. My roommate is 95 and has always had her own radio, but before I received one, she would never let me listen to hers, even when she was napping. The other day her radio fell off the night stand and broke into a lot of pieces. It was awful and she was in tears.
Her distress over the broken radio touched me and I knew this was God's way of answering my prayers. She asked me if she could listen to mine, and I told her to kiss my ass.

ReplyDeleteBut simply stated, live rounds would of cost us far less and ended this shit week ago. No doubt. And seriously I think that it might take that, and most likely from intervening civilian(s) tired of the whole charade, unfortunately.
Never have I found myself a "end justifies means" person. I like morals, standards, law, love, and peaceably being outspoken as an individual that wouldn't stoop to the adversary. I also advocate for the protection of individual liberties for all entitled fellow country men.
But, DAM.
This shit needs to cease.
