One meme says it all...

First off I'd like to apologize to you guys for my lack of participation lately.

I think more than anything, for the first time in my life I'm a little overwhelmed by what I see happening to my country today.

I'm going to post a photo that I think kind of sums up what I'm thinking and feeling right now.

And no, this piece of human garbage didn't start the whole thing but he sure as hell played a major part in it.

I don't know about you guys but for me and mine this week is all about getting ready for Christmas and enjoying being together whether the government likes it or not.

I suggest you all do the same...

Kevin McGinty

  2. Trump campaign takes fight over Penn. election to Supreme Court

President Trump’s campaign team on Sunday filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to reverse several cases by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to change the state’s mail balloting law before and after the 2020 presidential election. This is a developing story. Stay with Fox News for more details.

Guy sure does spend a lot of time typing up blathering, meandering, pretentious self aggrandizing comments just to have them deleted before anybody reads them.

But banned for life is banned for life. Some people just aren't fit company for patriotic Americans like the good folks here on America's Blog. So git on back to pretending to be an internet butt doc you pretentious asshole. Nobody here gives even a tiny shit what you have to say.

  10. Well this family never received a dime of the last Stimulus money, So I won't feel as bad losing this $600.00

$600 checks, $15 billion for airlines — what's inside this new relief bill?
Headline: $15BN For Airlines, Corporate Meal Tax Breaks And Other Pork: What's Inside The $900BN Stimulus bill

What's Up: The House and Senate worked all weekend to push a COVID-19 relief bill across the finish line as the clock ticks down on other relief benefits set to expire this week. Apparently, both sides needed to sacrifice some of their priorities in order for a bill to pass. They also managed to squeeze some "pork" into the nearly one trillion dollar package.

Quote: "First: the good news - the bill will include a fresh round of benefits for small businesses as well as the usual one-time pittance for peasants, amounting to a $600 check."

The First take: Our favorite statement on this agreement came from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell who told the media, "When we get this done, Congress will not deserve any special praise." We concur. Doing the basics of your job should never get an "atta boy." Spare us any victory laps, Congress. You commie rat bastards...

  11. Possibly the most infuriating story in all of 2020
Headline: Father who raped own child will receive tax-payer funding for gender transition and move to women's prison

What's Up: A Wisconsin judge has ruled a person currently serving a 34 year sentence in a man's prison must receive state-funded "gender confirmation" surgery and be moved to a women's prison following the operation. Additionally infuriating to many people, the man desiring to become a woman is in prison for raping his own child.

Quote: "In the decision, Judge Peterson argued, 'To be clear: an inmate's criminal history is irrelevant to whether she has a right to necessary medical treatment.'" — ThePostmillennial.com

The First take: Your tax dollars at work. We believe every prison inmate should receive all necessary medical treatment while in the custody of the state. What many question here is the definition of the word "necessary."

This, while the whole purpose of relief aid for the Covid crisis, which they have inflicted on the country, is just a second thought for some, knowing that a $600 payment will buy a hell of a lot of votes!

  27. In 1905, the U.S. Supreme Court was presented with Jacobson vs. Massachusetts, a case involving the subject of state enforced smallpox vaccination. The defendant argued on the grounds of the 14th Amendment that his bodily liberty was being violated by the state if he was subjected to arbitrary vaccination without his consent. The state and the Supreme Court felt differently (of course). The Supreme Court ruled against Jacobson on the grounds that his refusal to take the vaccine put other people "at risk," and that "for the common good" states have certain "police powers" that supersede personal liberties.

Whenever liberty movement activists argue against forced vaccinations on constitutional grounds, this is the counter-argument that the government and statists will make. They will bring up Jacobson vs. Massachusetts and then claim that is the end of the discussion.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Of course, the Supreme Court has been wrong many times in the past. In the Dred Scott case in 1834, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of slavery and the right of states to enforce the institution. The court's propensity is to defend states rights and the 10th Amendment when people's individual liberties are being quashed. But if a case involves states protecting citizens from federal intrusion, the court flips and attacks states rights when they work in favor of individual liberty.

For example, the Federal Government will run roughshod over citizen rights and state powers on drug use, gun rights and property rights when it suits them. The 10th Amendment is "outdated and states have no power beyond the federal government," they say. But they are also fine with the idea of states implementing body violating forced vaccination programs in the name of state power? Whether it is the federal government violating your constitutional rights or the state government violating your constitutional rights, the Supreme Court is often comfortable with both.

However, this is not how the constitution and the Bill of Rights works and it is not how it was intended to work. The bottom line in terms of the Bill of Right is that each American citizen has inherent liberties that supersede both federal and state power. These rights are inalienable. They cannot be violated today, and the law cannot be adjusted to violate them tomorrow. These rights and freedoms are eternal. Differ now if the Dem,s are in the Power... Good Grief what a mess.....

    ReplyDelete
  29. The Supreme Court talks of the "spirit of the constitution" but ignores the clear and concrete intent as stated by the Founders. Statists argue in favor of the "living document" philosophy when it suits them as a means to change the original meaning and laws put forth in the Bill of Rights because this allows them to violate citizen rights under the guise of "legality." But "legality" is not the same a morality. Legality is meaningless, and the Supreme Court is meaningless if it acts against the Bill of Rights as they did in the Dred Scott case.

So, if we cannot rely on legality to protect us from state tyranny, what can we rely on? Forced vaccine advocates will say that morality is on their side as well, for if a person does not vaccinate they are putting the rest of society at risk of infection. Therefore, your individual rights must be violated in order to protect the rights of the rest of society. The problem is that Jacobson vs Massachusetts makes no logical argument supporting this assertion, and neither do forced vaccine proponents.

Look at it this way: How can a person that is not vaccinated "harm" people that are vaccinated? How are they putting those people at risk? If the vaccine actually works, then the vaccinated people are safe from any infection, aren't they? So, the only person "at risk" is the person that chose not to vaccinate. This comes down to personal choice, there is no question of "the greater good" or social risk.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I suspect that contact tracers will end up doing more to track down unvaccinated people and liberty people than actually looking for infected people.

Beyond economic participation, there is also the question of economic collapse. Clearly, the U.S. economy is in a downward spiral, and whatever rises from the ashes will be a much leaner and smaller version of what we once had. This means that many people will likely become dependent on the government for aid, from welfare to food stamps to rations and handouts from FEMA.

I have no doubt that the government will require you to get an immunity passport and eventually get vaccinated in order to receive this aid. If the U.S. starts reverting to UBI (Universal Basic Income) in order to keep the population housed and fed, then vaccinations will be a prerequisite.

Some people will ask why we care about getting vaccinated at all? They will say it's "harmless" and "what are we worried about?" These people have no understanding of the history of vaccines and the dangers inherent in allowing governments controlled by globalists with a depopulation agenda to inject whatever they want into an individual's body. Beyond that fact, consider that the moment you allow the government the power to inject you with whatever they please, you have given them ownership of your body. You are basically a slave. All your other rights go out the door once you accept these kinds of conditions. Be Prepared Government is coming to control you!!!!

  31. My advice is--Stop carrying a cell phone. Leave it at home or throw it away entirely. I don't carry one and never will and I survived just fine without it. Many of us grew up without them, why do we need them now?

A cell phone is a tracking and surveillance device. That is all it is. It collates your habits and collects your personal contacts. It is a video monitoring device as well as a listening device and GPS. Get rid of it.

If you don't have a cell phone then contact tracing and monitoring your habits will be much more difficult. Linking you to some kind of "infection event" will be impossible.

    Full scale rebellion

There will come a point in which force will have to be met with force. The timing will be different depending on the people involved and the situation; but medical tyranny is unlikely to stop due to minor setbacks such a sabotage or falsified immunity passports alone.

Governments will eventually come after free communities of people with the intent to subjugate or destroy. Rebellions are sometimes peaceful, and sometimes they are not. Sometimes mass protests work, and sometimes they don't. Ultimately, the elites will never stop trying to gain control over every living person until they are removed as a threat. The danger will continue forever unless the root of the problem is dealt with.

These scenarios sound harsh, terrifying and maybe "over the top" or unbelievable to some, but they are very real. We will be facing them sooner rather than later. Those that want to be free will be made into criminals by the mere preponderance of their existence. Frankly, some laws are meant to be broken...
