2020 has turned me this way...

Good morning boys and girls.

And most of all I'd like to wish each and every one of you and yours a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.

Regardless of the disappointments and challenges we've all faced during the last year we can all find something to be thankful for.

I know for a fact I can.

Despite the efforts of some, I'm still gainfully employed. And while there have been a few challenges in the last year, my family (the source of my strength) is still intact and as strong as ever.

In past years I'd probably extend and olive branch to those I disagree with and sincerely wish them well.

I'd probably post a nice, fuzzy Thanksgiving photo to go along with it all.

This year things are a little different though.

Too many things have happened and too many things have been said and done.

The non-stop and never ending attacks from those who seek to destroy this country as founded has left me bitter.

The ongoing attacks on my Constitutional rights.

The stolen election.

The government mandated lockdowns.

The government imposed face mask mandate.

The fake and exaggerated news surrounding the coronavirus.

The government imposed hysteria that goes along with it.

The government imposed limits of how many people we're allowed to have in our own homes.

The government imposed snitch lines to report your neighbors for violating their overreaching and completely unconstitutional orders.

It's just too much.

Sorry, that's just the way it is.

So.

Speaking on behalf of myself and my family, and yes, I do speak for all of us.

We'll gather.

We'll celebrate the holiday.

We'll most definitely be in violation of your overreaching, jack booted orders.

And most importantly.

Under no circumstances will we comply.

Ancient history or a sign of things to come?

I came across this article early this morning and thought I'd share it here.

The thing is, what we're seeing today from the democrat party is nothing new.

They've always been corrupt.

The difference between 1946 and today is that they've transformed from manipulating local elections to a nationwide machine enabled by a weak kneed cowardly republican party, the media, corrupt to the core government agencies, and a lazy, dumbed down and compliant population.

Am I calling for all out armed rebellion?

No.

But I'm not opposed to the idea either.

I hate to be the one to have to say this but the further we get away from the sham election we just went through the more it looks like they're going to get away with what they've done.

I have no answers to provide and I don't know what the future holds.

What I do know is that:

I will not sit down.

I will not shut up.

And I absolutely will not comply...

August, 1946: The citizens of Athens, Tennessee stage an armed revolt against their corrupt local government. People had long been outraged by the local Democratic machine, headed by Boss E.H. Crump, which maintained power through graft and electoral fraud, and used the local sheriff's department as a tool of oppression and brutality. The machine also kept tight control over the region's newspapers and its grasp extended to every part of local government: said one veteran returning from WWII, "You couldn't even get hired as a schoolteacher without their okay, or any other job." The sheriff's department routinely rousted returning G.I.s and hit them with trumped up fees and fines to steal as much of their pay as possible.

Receiving no help from the federal government - The Department of Justice had investigated election fraud in 1940, 1942, and 1944, but had failed to take any effective action - tensions grew until the August 1946 election, when a group of G.I.s put forward their own slate of candidates in an attempt to overthrow the Crump machine once and for all. They were met on Election day by false arrests, vote fraud, and voter intimidation. Things finally came to a head when an elderly black farmer was turned away from the polls, and subsequently beaten by a policeman with brass knuckles when he and the veteran assigned as a poll watcher objected. The farmer tried to escape, but was shot in the back and killed.

The people had had enough. A group of veterans and other citizens gathered together and, still desperate for a government solution, telegraphed the Governor of Tennessee and the US Attorney General pleading for help. But when no response came, and they learned that the sheriff had sent armed deputies to the polling places, the citizens decided that a show of force was necessary. A small group of men broke into the National Guard Armory and stole 60 rifles and a couple of tommyguns, armed the crowd, and went on the march.

By then, word had spread that the sheriff's deputies had seized the ballot boxes and taken them to the local jail. Using the military tactics that they had learned in WWII, the vets quickly developed a battle plan and laid siege to the jail. They knew that they had to take control of the ballots before the Crump machine could arrange for reinforcements, and before they could complete any plans for vote manipulation. Several hundred armed citizens surrounded the jail and traded gunfire with the sheriff and his deputies. The fighting continued through the night, with small arms fire and even dynamite, but by 3:30 AM the deputies were beaten and finally surrendered.

With their surrender, the ballot boxes were recovered; the G.I. candidates had defeated the Crump machine candidates by a 3:1 margin.

At the end of the day it's not going to matter who voted for what.

The Supreme Court will have no choice but to invalidate the election and congress will be forced to decide the winner.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Orders Another Coronavirus Lockdown

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced another coronavirus lockdown on Sunday night, issuing a string of directives related to businesses and activities.

Despite a long list of mask mandates, social distancing orders, and others relating to curtailing the spread of the virus dating back months, Whitmer doubled down as cases are on the rise.

The Detroit News reported:

The new policies will temporarily halt in-person instruction at high schools and colleges, dine-in service at restaurants and bars, and high school athletics as well as close some businesses, including movie theaters, bowling alleys and casinos.

The restrictions, imposed through a Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) order, will take effect Wednesday, will be in place for three weeks and will end Dec. 8. Under the order, indoor residential gatherings will be limited to two households at any one time.

The MDHHS billed the action as a three-week “pause.”

Whitmer is shuttering in-person learning for high schoolers, arguing that population has the most contact with their peers. Amateur organized sports, including the current high school playoff seasons, are also “paused.”

Indoor dining at restaurants and bars is also banned in the new order. As are theaters, movie theaters, stadiums, arenas, bowling centers, ice skating rinks, indoor water parks, bingo halls, casinos, and arcades. Group fitness classes were also nixed.

The Republican-led legislature has largely been impotent amid Whitmer’s avalanche of orders.

Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey (R) said Sunday night that he was “disappointed” with Whitmer’s announcement.

“We are disappointed that Gov. Whitmer chose to go it alone, again. The Senate Republicans will continue working with our doctors and the medical community on ways we can combat this virus and are ready to work with the Governor when she decides to work as a team to fight this virus,” he said.

House Speaker Lee Chatfield (R) said, “The people of Michigan deserve a seat at the table when major decisions like these are made, and those decisions are made better and safer when they do,” according to WXYZ.

“As always, we stand ready to act in a bipartisan way when the governor decides it is worth her time. Until then, we are still reviewing the details of this order like everyone else.”

Joe Biden, presumed the winner of the presidential election according to mainstream media networks, issued a call for “unity” Saturday evening after a bruising campaign in which he had compared President Donald Trump to Nazis, including Adolf Hitler.

Biden, who called his campaign a “battle for the soul of our nation,” launched his campaign in April 29 with the false claim that Trump had referred to neo-Nazis as “very fine people.” (Trump in fact said that they should be “condemned totally.”)

When confronted with that fact, Biden continued to insist on his version of events, despite evidence to the contrary.

Biden referred to Trump and his supporters as racists, saying 10 to 15 percent of Americans were “not very good people.”

In the last weeks of his campaign, Biden compared Trump to Nazi propaganda chief Joseph Goebbels, a vicious antisemite who was one of Hitler’s most trusted aides. In late October, his campaign released a video recorded by the Black Eyed Peas that compared Trump to Hitler himself, and implied that his supporters were like Germans who saluted the Nazi regime.

“It’s time to put away the harsh rhetoric, see each other again, listen to each other again. And to make progress, we have to stop treating our opponents as our enemies. They are not our enemies. They are Americans,” Biden said on Saturday.

Some of his supporters — attacking effigies of President Trump — seem not to have heeded that message.
