Good morning boys and girls.
And most of all I'd like to wish each and every one of you and yours a blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.
Regardless of the disappointments and challenges we've all faced during the last year we can all find something to be thankful for.
I know for a fact I can.
Despite the efforts of some, I'm still gainfully employed. And while there have been a few challenges in the last year, my family (the source of my strength) is still intact and as strong as ever.
In past years I'd probably extend and olive branch to those I disagree with and sincerely wish them well.
I'd probably post a nice, fuzzy Thanksgiving photo to go along with it all.
This year things are a little different though.
Too many things have happened and too many things have been said and done.
The non-stop and never ending attacks from those who seek to destroy this country as founded has left me bitter.
The ongoing attacks on my Constitutional rights.
The stolen election.
The government mandated lockdowns.
The government imposed face mask mandate.
The fake and exaggerated news surrounding the coronavirus.
The government imposed hysteria that goes along with it.
The government imposed limits of how many people we're allowed to have in our own homes.
The government imposed snitch lines to report your neighbors for violating their overreaching and completely unconstitutional orders.
It's just too much.
Sorry, that's just the way it is.
So.
Speaking on behalf of myself and my family, and yes, I do speak for all of us.
We'll gather.
We'll celebrate the holiday.
We'll most definitely be in violation of your overreaching, jack booted orders.
And most importantly.
Under no circumstances will we comply.

ReplyDeleteJust about every law enforcement agency in the central and southern California area has said they would not enforce Newsome's mandates. In other words, Sic semper tyrannis.
Up where I live, Sheriff Donny Youngblood said a long time ago he would not enforce any of the bullshit. When Newsome rolled us back and said all restaurants had to stop indoor service that left only the health department to enforce his mandates. Yesterday the Kern County Health Department announced they would not enforce any of the mandates. I truly do live in one of the last remaining pockets of sanity in California. And I thank God every day for bringing me here.
Last note, our President pardoned General Flynn, an American patriot and hero after the commie left railroaded him and set him up. And then even refused to follow court orders to drop the charges. Damn commie anarchists. But our President did the right thing. And I suspect that won't be the last pardon coming. Hope not.
We'll survive this. We survived the Marxist from Kenya. We survived the last Civil War. We've survived every attempt to destroy us and they won't beat us now.

DeleteSounds like y'all had a very nice Thanksgiving. This is the first Thanksgiving where I didn't cook the Thanksgiving meal. My husband and I are spending a week visiting small towns in Texas and taking in the small town experience. The last two days have been spent in Jefferson, Tx and tomorrow we will head out to Marshall, Tx. Small towns hold a special charm. We are staying in a sweet southern bed and breakfast and it is the perfect southern home. The citizens of the town have started decorating for Christmas and the Christmas lights and decorations are beautiful. We watched the activities taking place on the city square and we strolled the streets this evening and stopped to talk to the friendly neighbors. I love this town. Tomorrow we will check into a historic bed and breakfast in Marshal, Tx and we will take a riverboat tour on the Caddo Lake. The boat tour starts in the early evening and we hear the sights are beautiful when the sun sets. After visiting Marshal, we will check out other small towns, maybe stay a few more nights in the area and then head back home.I am amazed at all the Trump signs we are seeing! These small towns still carry support for President Trump and they are PROUD to show their support. I still have hope and I will never give up. We have so much to be thankful for and I pray the truth will be exposed. Stay safe.

If you need a store of food so you're prepared to weather any kind of emergency, here is what we feel is the best emergency food you can get anywhere:
The main idea is to prepare. That way, if the U.S. should take a turn for the worse, you won't find yourself on a diet of meager meals, scraping to get by.
Water storage is even more crucial than food, as a person will die in two or three days without water.

To figure how much water you need, multiply two gallons by the number of people in your family and the number of days for which you want to prepare. For large quantities, large plastic storage drums are available from survivalist stores and online.
It's also a good idea to have on hand the materials you need to purify water, which can be done by boiling, use of chemicals (such as bleach or iodine) or purification tablets available from an outdoor supply store. Beprepared, there is much more you should store, do a little research.
If you are serious about storing food and water for a survival situation it's a good idea to buy a book or two on the subject. One good one is Emergency Food Storage and Survival Handbook by Peggy Layton. But there are many others available that will help to set you on the right course.

If lyin biden is rammed through and ends up temporarily occupying the office of president, I fully expect him to receive the same treatment as Trump, as much as we can. If we retain the Senate, then that means endless investigations and probes revealing the depths of his depravity. That means people like us constantly sounding the trumpet. That means demonstrations, parades, marches and rallies. That means never letting up.
The most important thing right now is winning the Senate seats. If we lose the Senate, we might as well forget it all. We'll be powerless in weeks and it's all over. America becomes Venezuela and we'll be standing in line for bread.

For example, many people make themselves easy to control by remaining dependent on governments during crisis events and emergencies; if you actually believe the government will protect you from any and all eventualities then why would you ever learn to protect and provide for yourself? The infantilization of society makes it easy to dominate.
ReplyDeleteAnother example would be instilling a fear of "standing out" among one's peers — many people are uncomfortable with the idea of being seen as aberrant or in opposition to the "majority" and will seek to fit in, even when they fundamentally disagree. A ruling elite merely needs to manufacture the assumption or impression that the "majority" of the population agree with oppressive measures. Even if this is not the case, the perception of a majority can be used to control those people that would otherwise rebel.
Controlling a population is more about thought control or "perception management" than it is about direct force. Power is an illusion, no large group of people can be controlled by force alone; eventually, they will find a way to wear down the system and destroy it. So, the people must be tricked into enslaving themselves and each other. The people must police the prison they are trapped in, otherwise, they could simply walk away anytime they wished. It's the only way a tyranny can survive for longer than a single generation.

I have to say, their rhetoric is not at all surprising, but I think some analysis is needed to understand the root of their ideology and how they are able to rationalize their behavior.
In order to disrupt speech that offends their tender emotions, leftists consistently misapply accusations of racism and hate speech as a tool to silence opposition. Everything is racist, according to these lunatics, therefore everything can be censored if they deem it necessary. And, of course, they have declared themselves the arbiters of what is racist and what is not, therefore they become the arbiters of who gets to speak and what social platforms are allowed to exist.

Sure, there will be debates, but they will be meaningless fodder. You will be allowed to argue about which groups are more oppressed, but you will never be allowed to question the idea of the oppression Olympics and their validity.
You will be allowed to debate which brand of socialism is most effective, but you will never be allowed to take a stand against socialism as a system. You will be allowed to criticize certain people based on their victim group status, but not others. If you are straight, white and male you won't be allowed to criticize anyone or anything ever, even if you're the smartest person in the room....
Lets see, collectivists, Marxists, leftists, whatever you want to call them, they want submission more than anything else. They want thought control. They want you to want to be a part of the hive, and if you don't then you must be punished or reeducated. You cannot walk away peacefully and live in your own way.

He left us with a recession that was much worse than the one B-HO inherited. Try buying a house with 18% interest rates. But Jimmy Carter gave us Ronald Reagan. He turned it all around and restored us to who we were before Carter.
Then came Clinton and Bush. Both phony presidents who made many mistakes, which led us to...B-HO. No need to even talk about what he did. Decimate the military. Destroy the economy. Open the borders. Create a race war that is raging today. But he gave us Trump.
America's attention span seems to be getting shorter. I blame the public schools, poorly educating children who have now grown to be voters. Ignorant, greedy, envious. Wanting what others have without working for it. Hungry for the poison pill of communism. And being fed by a democrat party deep in the control of communists.
Do we have another turn around in the future? Will America wake up to the clear and present danger the democrat/fascist party represents?
Don't know. But we can hope so. I fear we are in for a couple rough years. I don't know about you, but if this turns out the way it's heading, I'm going to reposition my investments to prepare for the economic harm the democrats are preparing for us.
And buy guns and ammunition just in case.

A recent Reuters article tells us that for the first time, "Facebook ... disclosed numbers on the prevalence of hate speech on its platform, saying that out of every 10,000 content views in the third quarter, 10 to 11 included hate speech."
ReplyDeleteThere is no such thing as "hate speech." Speech is speech. That's it... and it's protected. The 1st Amendment was specifically written to protect speech that some or many might deem "offensive."
The 1st amendment is just one example of what's under attack.

Freedom of speech in America is supposed to mean people are free to express themselves regardless of who gets their feelings hurt. But of late the Woke Left doesn't seem to like that idea. He wrote it anonymously and it helped to foment the ideas that led to a revolution. That should be a particularly poignant thought coming to the year of the 245th birthday of our Republic.
Six media giants now control 90 percent of what we read, watch and listen to. These corporations are large feeders at the corporatist, government trough, often receiving special dispensation — thanks to the lobbying efforts of former members of the political class — as bills are crafted, like the proposals to criminalize "hate speech." Beyond that is the revolving door between Congressional and Presidential staffs and government agencies and the major media outlets. These are primarily statists, progressives and neocons, ensuring that their fake phrases are continuously injected into the mainstream.

It is virtue signaling for political correctness, which is the opposite of tolerance. PC is about conformity to government- and elite-approved thought, speech and deed. Political conformity and compliance are what PC is all about. It is fascism. It is anathema to liberty.

Zero tolerance policies like branding opinion deemed offensive as "hate speech" squelch free speech and the exchange of ideas.
Sometime early in the last century, free-thinking republicanism was recast as democracy. It came about gradually, but purposefully. The idea of American exceptionalism was shoved down the memory hole. Over the course of the past several decades, it has been replaced with democratic exceptionalism: the idea that a national "popular vote" (which also doesn't exist) should rule all instead of the individual states – of these United States — doing so as intended.
Those who do seek reality read regularly and long for information outside of conventional wisdom. They question everything, particularly the propaganda disseminated by the elites and their media mouthpieces. They usually converse with others of like mind. Those conversations are protected by the 1st amendment. Allowing them to be banned, outlawed, criminalized, marginalized or otherwise deemed offensive is itself offensive to any true American.

In all of these discussions, usual buzzwords and propaganda will be used to distract and deflect the real nature of the debate.

Those outside the system, like you and I, must continue to work to awaken the slumbering masses to the ongoing destruction of the Constitution and foundational ideals of the Nation. In Sacramento CA while patriots attended a pro Trump rally, the terrorists vandalized their cars. Slashed tires, broken windows and other damage. This is who these people are. Simple as that. Cowards, chickenshits afraid to face the people they hate, so they sneak around and vandalize their cars.
