To say things in my life have changed drastically in the last few months would be an understatement.
My health has gone from doing just fine to shit pretty much in the blink of an eye.
But I'm still plugging away and getting by the best I can, so at least there's that.
Anyway, like always, I have no idea what the future holds for this country of ours. But like my health, to say things have changed drastically in the last few months would be an understatement.
There are those who actively trying to destroy it that for some reason or another are being held up as heroes.
And on the other side (my side) trying to salvage what's left of the America we all grew up in who are being portrayed as extremists.
What a damn mess.
Socialism and communism are good.
Capitalism which has raised and lifted more people out of poverty than any system the world has ever seen is bad.
Global warming is gonna kill us all.
Men are suddenly women and now get pregnant.
Men strutting around with their penis hanging out running around middle school lockers rooms is now normal.
Drag queens reading to our kindergarten kid is fine but don't you dare mention God in their presence.
I do believe we3'll be able to slow our destruction down somewhat in November by electing republicans to the House and Senate.
But slowing it down is about all we'll do.
Sooner or later the dam will break.
Evil will eventually prevail.
I've been working toward that eventuality for the last year.
My wife and I have been working on saving our souls.
The day of judgement is coming. That's just a fact.
And when that day comes you'll either be ready for it or you won't.
Just like the culture wars raging through our country today I've chosen which side I'm on.
And when the day comes I'll proudly stand with each and every one of you when we're all called home.

What you say is true, I don't things will ever get back to this being a Godly country like it was, hope I am wrong, I pray daily I am wrong. I think of all the veterans that gave so much and we have folks in power now that want to let all they tried to preserve go down the tube. I see it is both the Rs and Ds. But then I know how the story goes in the final book of Revolutions, it talks about times like this will happen. However, read to the end chapter 21 and 22, we will be alright. Romans 10:9 is another good place to read a couple verses. Sorry to hear about your health problems, we just never know when something is going to knock us around. But don't give up hope, sometimes I believe we get tested and none of us like that. I been a bit concern about Safe, haven't seen any post from him. Visited with him and his wife one day, we knew a lot of the same people. I am friends with the Pastor that married them, hope he is okay. Take care and as an old pastor friend of mine said, "Keep looking up".

A large part of the problem is that many of the "Republicans", which we are basically counting on to win the mid-terms and "take back" the government, have become a large part of the problem and can not be depended on to come through when we really need them to do their jobs. Remember Obama-Care? And, as much as we would like to think that the Republicans already have a plan, that once they win the majority back, they can immediately get to work to "fix" every problem that Biden and his criminal administration and party have created, I am sure that we will find they have done exactly ALMOST NOTHING to get the process started! You might even start to think that they want what the Democrats want, with minor exceptions! Most of them probably really don't want Trump back in office. They too, like someone that they have some control over and someone who "understands" what it is to be a political "life-time" swamp dweller and the personal advantage that it is to be one.
Yes, our real America may be no more, as we once knew it, and the parents of the children are also at fault, along with the government and educational system for not keeping the life and breath of America alive in our children's hearts and souls!

Seems that the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, that he started using up supposedly to help bring down gas prices, is instead being sold to, of all nations, China! DeleteDemocrats have signaled they are all in on removing guns from the American people, and the Biden administration is willing to issue as many illegal executive orders and use emergency proclamations and "regulations" from the Department of Health to get their way. They are already doing this with "red flag"-type bills and amendments to remove weapons from "dangerous people" and eventually a true bill will pass Congress and be signed by the president. Under "red flag" laws, anyone can report to authorities that a person is potentially dangerous and law enforcement can confiscate his weapons. This is a blatant violation of due process, but the Constitution is meaningless in this day and age. There will also be moves — some successful, some not — to require insurance to own firearms, register to purchase ammo, etc. Economic gun control will continue with banksters and credit card companies squeezing gun and ammo manufacturers and sellers and big tech shutting down any information on weapons-related products. Americans will, by and large, capitulate. There has never been a more dangerous time to your liberties than now.

Americans think their rights come "from" government and the Constitution (if they even remember that august document exists at all) instead of realizing their rights are inherent to them naturally, and the Constitution ensures them, and the government is there to defend them, not take them away.

Voters are pissed. They are pissed about the damage done, and the fact the dems are ignoring it. Denying it and lying about it. And now they see old joe going to drastic measures to stop the imaginary climate change, of which they could care less at this point in time. So he's taking drastic action on imaginary issues but doing nothing about the stuff that is affecting their lives every day. And they'll make him pay for it.

Shutting down real power plants, converting everything to solar and wind. And they can't come close to powering the state. New houses are required to have solar panels, and no gas. All electric.
Meantime, we're paying $6 for gas. And this price drop won't last. Plus gruesome newsome is dedicated to stopping all oil drilling in the state. I live near oil country, Bakersfield. It will literally kill their economy.
So we're getting by. We live in the small conservative stronghold of Kern County, so it's nothing like Southern or Northern California.
All in all, it was probably a mistake to move here. We see our grandson and family, but that's the only bright spot to it all. And we pay for the priviledge.
We're looking at Idaho. Lots to offer but still close enough to see the family. Idaho is a lot like Kansas which makes it appealing.
So, still kicking so far. My health isn't great, like many of you. Old age and a lifetime of bad habits. And the healthcare here is pretty awful. We had to go to the ER a couple weeks ago. It's an hour drive each way, then over eight hours waiting. Filled with people speaking spanish. Not pleasant. But that's pretty much California in a nutshell.

They know that they can't abandon him, because if they do, they lose his supporters. But they also know that Trump hurts the GOP because there are a lot Republicans who want Trump to go away.
So if Trump dies, Republicans can be rid of him, but still say "I never gave up on him".
I had heard that Fox News is also starting to kick Trump to the curb. Apparently the "Highest UPs" ( The Murdoch family) had banned him on the network for at least 100 days and anything associated with news about him has to be run by them before they can put it on the air.

My preferences at this point would be either Mike Pompeo or Ron DeSantis I'm sure that he would never do it but I think Trump would make a really good Secretary of State!

I normally go with him but decided to stay home this trip because my immune system is compromised and to be honest I don't care for New Orleans. Well, he and the entire sales team came down with Covid. I was tested two different times and so far I am Covid free. It has been six days since he tested positive and yet he is still coughing. My doctor told me to keep my distance from him for a few more days.

What does it tell us when the Department of Justice and the Attorney General continue to break the laws, and attack the citizens (including Former Presidents) that they have sworn to protect?
ReplyDeleteIt seems that they really don't care if anything is found in the 15 boxes of material that they confiscated from Mar-Lar-go, because the main purpose was to put on a show so that it will appear that Trump has broken the law. That, along with the January 6 scam, they hope will be enough to eventually keep Trump off of the ticket. They know if he runs, and gets back in, along with the
perceived taking of the House and possibly the Senate by Republicans, at least some of them are going to get busted for their crimes.
For sure, Christopher Wray, the scum-bag FBI Director needs to be fired and kicked out, and replaced on day 1 by whoever the Republican President might be! Of course Merrick Garland has to go! Can you even imagine if he had gotten put on the Supreme Court, based on how he has so far handled his job, and allowed law breaking and failing to investigate and charge "Real" criminals, as Attorney General?

The main flaw in our current Criminal Justice System is that there is no real way to eliminate the "bad people" because the ones in charge of investigating, charging, and convicting them are as bad and corrupt as the persons that they should be charging!
Instead of more 30,000 + IRS agents they should put 30,000 + agents on the border and keep illegals out. I wrote Moran and Marshall telling them to get off their butts and speak up about weaponizing FBI and Justice Dept. Also, asked for a response- bet I never get any response. The FBI is just as crooked as when they had a sniper shoot and kill a women holding her baby,, you all may not remember that, they also shot a 13 year old in the back.

Biden's liar in charge says nobody that earns under $400K will be audited by the IRS army. Only one percent of the population earns less than $400K. So they needed 87 thousand new agents to audit one percent of the taxpayers? If you believe that then you have to be a democrat commie rat bastard.

Merrick Garland is a worthless turd, IMO! Thank God that he did not get put on the Court! Most likely, the only reason that he approved the "RAID" (YES, IT WAS A RAID!) was to try to keep his job, because Joe wants him to act more like a prosecutor and less like a Judge??? But it left him looking pretty stupid if all that he has come up with so far is some trivial stuff. They say that Obama has thousands of pages of documents etc. that he was going to get digitized, but still hasn't done it yet . So when is the raid on his stuff?

But you all know the deal, about how everyone of the Democrats that should be getting nailed by the DOJ for all types of illegal actions and crimes have been let off of the hook while anyone associated with Trump is raided, arrested, harassed, walked out in shackles, jailed, and left in jail until they are either pardoned or finally tried! But anyway, OMG, how did Garland ever make it as far as he has, with what I consider a total lack of skills, terrible communication skills, and the personality of a brick wall?

Some think if we win the House but not the Senate we still win. And that's true to a degree. But we need the Senate for the next two years. The commies have already sent an assassin to try to kill Kavanaugh. They won't stop there. They want more seats on the Court. And they know they probably can't expand it with the current makeup. If they win a bigger majority, all is lost.
McConnell should be pumping up the troops. But the election is aways away yet. Polls are easy to manipulate. People aren't even thinking about that election. They're buried with inflation and credit card debt and trying to survive. I think thing will turn pretty soon. When people see this phony inflation bill was just for the rubes, and gas goes back up, which it will, and inflation continues to roar their eyes will open. And the third quarter economic numbers will show three quarters of negative growth right before the election just in time for the midterms.
Now the Republicans need to go to war. A media war. Ads on every medium. Explain to this country what a shit show these people are.
Stop worrying about the 2024 Presidential election. If we lose the midterms that one won't even matter. We likely won't have a country left to bother with.

ReplyDeleteHave to change the subject for a minute. Did you get a chance to watch Jesse Watter's Primetime show last night? He has been pushing the DA and the California Highway Patrol to let everyone see the videos of Paul Pelosi's (Nancy's husband) DUI arrest and court appearances. The DA continually saying that the case was handled just like "any other DUI case"! Yeah, right! They managed to keep the videos out of sight until just right after Pelosi was "sentenced" as a misdemeanor, with no jail time, I day of community service, out on probation, for crimes, due to the injuries and extent of the scene , should have been charged as a felony, which would have been done to anyone else (unknown) who did not have the "high profile" Democrat image and connections, as well as the money to pay off and keep quiet, the "victim" that was injured by Pelosi's actions. Also, disappearance of witness, probably a DA who will have any money needed to run any campaign she ever wants to run without having to ask supporters for money! But it was all "just like" any other DUI case according to her! The court appearance was also choreographed by the Judge, the prosecutor and the defense, to bring it to a conclusion that would only happen to someone like Paulie Pelosi! Democrat voters are STUPID, STUPID people to continue electing these turds and let them run over and ruin our justice system, our individual rights, and our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness! Will it change in the mid-terms? I doubt it!

The global temperature average is actually lower then it was from 1979-2000. The fluctuations in temperature are measured in fractions of a degree. All their lies about global warming are based on models they created. They take a couple weeks of abnormally high temps and extrapolate that for a decade and claim global catastrophe is coming. It's all lies. And all those supposed "scientists" who agree do so because they are on the payroll. They get juicy government grants to provide research, as long as it supports the lies. Then the disregard the thousands of actual scientists who call bullshit.
This is nothing more than redistribution. Take our money by force, then spread it out to all the players in this game. People have gotten very wealthy from this hoax. And people like those of us in the Central Valley in California pay for it. We live in 100 degree heat while the bastards who cause these rates live in coastal climates where they barely need AC.
We pay a 60% upcharge for electricity used in peak hours, 3-6 PM. Yesterday at 4:00 it was 101 degrees. But their answer is shut off your air during peak hours.
These people are commie rat bastards and they will destroy our country if left unchecked. Don't think this can't happen in Kansas. You already elected a commie governor and passed a resolution guaranteeing abortion can't be restricted. After Sam Brownback cut taxes after they elected the commie they increased taxes by a billion dollars. Then within a couple years had massive surpluses. Keep your powder dry friends.
