    From the Washington Examiner:
'No evidence or facts': House GOP gets recess talking points on impeachment
    by David M. Drucker | October 01, 2019 12:34 PM

Republican leaders in the House of Representatives sent the rank-and-file home with one overriding message to deliver to voters in their districts: There is no evidence that warrants for an impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

The bulleted talking points, prepared by Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming, also attack House Democrats as disorganized and the impeachment process as illegitimate, primarily because Pelosi declined to hold floor vote on whether to open the inquiry. Cheney argues in her message guidance that the Democrats have been intent on impeaching Trump for more than two years. An investigation into Trump's harmless telephone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, she asserts, is just the Democrats' latest excuse to justify their attempt to undo the 2016 election.

“For the speaker of the House to back impeachment of the president of the United States without even the pretense of the necessity of evidence is a sign that she and her party have lost all credibility on this issue, and, more tragically, have abdicated their duty to the constitution and to the American people,” said Cheney in a message to GOP members that accompanied the talking points. As conference chairman, Cheney oversees caucus messaging.

During the July telephone call between Trump and Zelensky the president asked Zelensky to initiate an investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

  4. Part 2 of 3:

    IMPEACHMENT

Democrats opted to pursue impeachment with no evidence or facts. This is a somber and serious responsibility of the House and they have behaved recklessly, putting politics first.

They have taken a partisan approach and are attempting to undermine the voices of 63 million Americans who voted for the President in the 2016 election

For months, Democrats careened from justification to justification, looking for a reason or excuse to impeach, regardless of the facts or the truth

By putting politics before the facts, Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats have lost all credibility and, most tragically, have abdicated their duty to the Constitution and to the American people

    PROCESS

Democrats won’t even hold an impeachment inquiry vote on the House floor because they know the facts aren’t on their side.

The issue of impeachment is of such overwhelming importance, that the full House and all Representatives – who speak for the people – deserve to have a chance to weigh-in if impeachment is going to be pursued.

Initiating an impeachment inquiry without any debate or vote before the House of Representatives undermines the voting privileges afforded to each member and the constituents they represent.

This is not an imperial Speakership and the House should not move forward on impeachment because of a unilateral decree from the Speaker of the House or the Judiciary Committee chair. That’s not how the Constitution or our democracy works.

    DEMOCRATS' DISORGANIZATION

Democrats are increasingly nervous and some of their members are saying publicly that they should have waited for more facts and evidence before embracing impeachment.

They have no plan, no evidence, no facts, and now they are reportedly planning to rush the entire process so they can have an impeachment vote before Thanksgiving, holding few, if any, hearings

This is not something that should be rushed for political expediency. Impeachment is one of the most serious responsibilities of the House, and it should involve a clear-eyed and sober gathering of facts.

Anything less is an abdication of members' Constitutional duty.

It is good to see the House Republicans stand up for President Trump. Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming has done something good here.

    I like how it's stated:
"Republican leaders in the House of Representatives sent the rank-and-file home with one overriding message to deliver to voters in their districts: There is no evidence that warrants for an impeachment inquiry into President Trump."

and I also like how they blast Pelosi:

“For the speaker of the House to back impeachment of the president of the United States without even the pretense of the necessity of evidence is a sign that she and her party have lost all credibility on this issue, and, more tragically, have abdicated their duty to the constitution and to the American people,” said Cheney in a message to GOP members that accompanied the talking points. As conference chairman, Cheney oversees caucus messaging."

The end result of all this bullshit is that the demoNcrats will lose more than just credibility..... they'll going to lose seats in the House and the Senate and President Trump will win his re-election bid.

    Too bad for you Blue....

  6. There's a buzz that Hillary is thinking of running for a 3rd time for President.
If she does run for a 3rd time the she'll suffer the ultimate failure!

Can't believe that Hillary is thinking of running again especially this late in the game!

  7. Dr. Williams asked that I send this to you. Seems kind of obvious to me your post is based on wishful thinking. Here's something Dr. W. thought you would no doubt enjoy.

A poll conducted by Quinnipiac University over the weekend shows a surge in voter support for House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry into President Trump’s actions.

Conducted from September 27–29, the poll revealed that 52 percent of voters favored the decision to open the impeachment inquiry, while 45 percent opposed it. Respondents were split evenly at 47 percent on the question of whether Trump should be impeached and removed from office.

“While voters overall are split on the question [of removing Trump from office], there’s less hesitancy over the impeachment inquiry itself as more than half of voters approve of it,” said Quinnipiac University polling analyst Mary Snow.

    5
Support for Trump’s impeachment and removal from office rose dramatically after last week’s disclosure of a whistleblower complaint against him. The complaint alleges that Trump used his office to pressure Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky to conduct investigations into former vice president Joe Biden, the front-runner for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination. In a Quinnipiac poll conducted September 19–23, before the impeachment inquiry was officially launched, only 37 percent of respondents supported impeaching and removing the president from office while 57 percent were against it.

“Despite the fact that the impeachment inquiry is just getting underway, half of American voters already believe that President Trump has done something wrong when it comes to his interactions with Ukraine’s leader,” said Snow. “Of that group, there’s a virtually unanimous view he did something seriously wrong.”

Two other polls also showed increasingly solid support for impeachment. An NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist Poll that was held on September 25 found that 49 percent of voters favor impeachment proceedings. And a CBS News/YouGov poll conducted September 26-27 indicated that 55 percent of respondents approved of an impeachment inquiry.

These polls, several of which were conducted before the release of the whistleblower complaint last Thursday, are all trending the same way. While it’s still too early to know whether such shifts in the public mood will stick, the polls do suggest that House Democrats’ decision to move forward with the inquiry, along with the new information that’s come out about the Trump-Zelensky phone call on July 25, could be altering how voters view impeachment.

  8. Now what should I tell Dr. W. you said about these well respected polls. Hey ! I've never been to Kansas ! But Dr. W. says people have a tendency to resort to some pretty nasty language. I've seen that before, as well as ad hominem attacks. When you have no facts on your side, what else can you do ? How sad it must be out there. Oh well, if it floats your boat ....

Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney: Ukraine phone call 'is starting to seem like a political set up' against Donald Trump

    Savannah Behrmann, USA TODAY

WASHINGTON — Republican Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming singled out House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Twitter and suggested that the phone call between President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart "is starting to seem like a political set up."

In her tweet, Cheney asked of Pelosi, “What did you know and when did you know it?” while referencing the Democrat's "60 Minutes" interview in which she described talking to Trump about the call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky before it was released to the public.
Cheney continued, "This is starting to seem like a political set up.”

  17. Borrowed words.

I always say ideology is for the little people. The powerful older democrats could care less about ideology. They’re not leftists. They don’t truly believe in Marxism

Just like the Globalist power structure at the top of the food chain, their “ideology” is based on money and power, nothing more

Most all of these people grew up in and benefited from a capitalistic system, and they know the communist / socialist system brings nothing to the table for the people except poverty and misery

They use the utopian fantasy of leftist ideology as a tool to fool the people into following them, yet they’re only after the totalitarian tyranny that gives them power and money

And that’s what makes them so dangerous, so utterly void of humanity. A person who truly believes in leftist ideology could be persuaded to think and possibly change their mind, yet a person who uses leftism as a tool for power has no reason to change and will do everything in their power to advance their agenda

The Enemy of the People “Media”, while they were manipulated into leftism in school, surely don’t use leftist ideology as their motivating factor for their lies and deceit. No, again it’s money and power. The more they help the power structure, the bigger “stars” they become and the more money and influence they attain

It’s ALWAYS about money and power, which makes all of them immoral and criminal scumbags, who will stoop to whatever level they have to, and that’s what we’re up against.

Trump and Republicans break fundraising record and bring in $125M haul
    by Zachary Halaschak | October 02, 2019 10:10 AM

President Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee took in $125 million during the third quarter of this year, breaking a presidential fundraising record.

Since the beginning of the year, the group has raised more than $308 million. It also has a war chest of more than $156 million in the bank, according to the Washington Post. President Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee by comparison raised over $70 million during the same quarter in the lead up to his 2012 reelection.

Republicans and the Trump campaign have recently been fundraising off of impeachment efforts by House Democrats. The campaign announced last week that it would spend $8 million to air an ad on television and radio attacking Democrats over the impeachment inquiry and accusing them of trying to “steal” the upcoming election. The RNC additionally is spending $2 million attacking Democrats for supporting impeachment.

RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said that the move by Democrats is helping galvanize voters to donate more to Trump and the RNC.

“We are investing millions on the airwaves and on the ground to hold House Democrats accountable, highlight their obstruction, and take back the House and reelect President Trump in 2020,” McDaniel, 46, said.

Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale said that the president has constructed “a juggernaut of a campaign,” highlighting the record amount of donations.

The reelection effort plans to devote a whopping $1 billion toward reelecting Trump.

  29. Well, you know we're hitting all right points when the internet butt doctor comrade bedpan shows up. After all the promises he will never darken America's blog again with his commie propaganda, here he is. Posting and reading. I'm guessing his handlers told him to suck it up and post some responses. Probably providing him with the responses as well, since I'm pretty well convinced he is incapable of thinking for himself. So comrade bedpan, who's your daddy? Kevin is, and so am I. Comrade bedpan has two daddies. How woke of him.

Funny thing about those Antifa terrorists. They are growing in their boldness, primarily because godless commies refuse to beat these fuckers into submission like they should. So they grow more bold. They always attack old people, or people they greatly outnumber. They are cowards. We've seen the videos of when they cross paths with opposition who can respond, like the Proud Boys. They get their asses kicked. But they sure are big social justice terrorists when it's an elderly lady with a walker, aren't they?

These people are animals, unfit to live in our civil society. But they are serving their commie masters well, so they will be allowed to thrive and spread their hatred and violence.

Like I keep saying. We either beat these people back at the ballot box next year, or we will have to shoot our way out down the road. One or the other. There's no middle road. There's no compromise.

And by the way comrade bedpan. Fuck you, you commie bastard.
