Dubuque Kansas

About 3 or 4 miles north of our old house was the thriving town of Dubuque. The only thing there today is St. Catherine's Catholic Church, the Priest's house, and a community center.
Now that I think about it, that's all there ever was.

  1. There was Emanuel Lutheran Church, and a school behind it, but all gone now. There is a cemetery across the road from the ruins. Listed as Dubuque Cemetery, and they say Methodist Episcopal in the description, but that is incorrect. I posted a picture of the old buildings on the Moos babies' memorials on find a grave. Nice to see this publication-I am always interested in little old towns.
