Watching this endless parade of attacks on our duly elected President, virtually all of which are based on lies or sketchy claims by corrupt people, it makes me wonder something.
ReplyDeleteWhy didn't we do this when the Marxist from Kenya was elected? He was well known to be a Marxist. He has numerous shady economic deals in Chicago. He consorted with domestic terrorists, racists and radial Islamic terrorist. He was sympathetic to radical Islam and openly hostile to Christianity. He even tried to coop Christianity be claiming to be a Christian, which he was not.
He supported killing unborn babies right up to the minute they were born, and in fact helped pass legislation to deny medical care to children who survived an abortion.
He governed by edict, bypassing the congress whenever they wouldn't do what he wanted. He lied often, about large and small things. He demonstrated on many occasions his racist nature and hatred for whites.
So why didn't our side turn to these crazy tactics the godless left is using?
I say it's because we believe in the American dream and the rule of law. We knew he was duly elected, we knew there was also voter fraud of an unknown level but couldn't be proven due to the dem/coms blocking every effort to stop it. We knew we lost the election. We ran a poor candidate who ran a terrible race, then tried again with and even worse candidate.
But being constitutionalist we followed the law. We rallied. We advocated. We advanced candidate that supported our causes and fought against those that didn't. We used the time honored tradition of the ballot box. We took back the House, then the Senate and eventually the White House. Did you see any riots? Demonstrations? Endless procession of phony lawsuits and baseless claims? Did you see us using government resources to harass and destroy him? Did you see Republican members of congress stand on the floor and call for his impeachment over and over? Or publicly hope for him to die? No. The answer to that is no.
So if this is how it turns out when they lose, and this is what we see, should we have done the same?
No, I don't think so. We are patriots first. We love this country. We didn't want to see it destroyed because we lost an election. And that's what gives us the moral high ground in this fight.
So we'll keep fighting, won't we?

Don't know if you guys were watching Hannity last night, but they were talking about the sentencing judge in the Michael Flynn case with Mueller. He has demanded that the prosecution turn in, I believe, all of the information concerning the questioning of Flynn. Flynn has said the Mueller team told him he did not need his attorney present when he was questioned.

"SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A group is holding a rally at the U.S.-Mexico border Friday in support of President Trump’s proposed border wall.
The Angel Families, a group consisting of families who’ve had loved ones killed by undocumented migrants, are gathering in San Ysidro to back the president’s efforts to secure the border.
Agnes Gibboney, an Angel Families leader, said, “We’re calling on all Americans to support President Trump, who’s fighting hard to keep his campaign promise to build the wall. We need to build the wall so we can prevent the needless loss of life at the hands of illegal aliens.”
Earlier this week, migrants in Tijuana who traveled from Central America to Mexico demanded entry into the U.S. or $50,000 per person to travel back to their home country.

“What a joke. What gives them the right to blackmail our country, our president, to give them $50,000? Are you kidding me? Who does that, criminals?” Gibboney said.
