I'm going to share a few headlines and links from Breitbart.
Keep in mind this is just from today.
Schiff: Trump May Face ‘Real Prospect of Jail Time’
Maxine Waters: ‘I Told You So’ — Trump ‘Is a Criminal’ He Must Be Impeached
Dem Rep. Cohen: Trump’s Presidency ‘Directly a Byproduct of Vladimir Putin
Nadler: Trump’s ‘Massive Fraud on the American People’ Likely Impeachable Offense
Jerry Nadler: Trump ‘Hush Money’ Payments Are ‘Impeachable Offenses’
Rubio on Impeachment: The President Is Not Above the Law
And there's no doubt that once the communist loving dems take control of the Senate this is what their focus will be.
They don't give a shit about what's good for the country.
They want to rant and rave about how divisive Trump is.
Last week they were heaping praise on George H.W. Bush and bipartisan way he supposedly conducted himself as he went about doing the nation's business.
Without exception they claimed to miss the old days when politics wasn't such a blood sport.
Oh, cry me a friggin river.
The same communist loving bastards that just a few days were longing for peaces and harmony are now making plans to either impeach or imprison a duly elected sitting American president.
My president.
You bastards are going to do what you're going to do but you need to be aware that what you're doing will tear this country apart like it's never been torn apart before.
But you'd better think long and hard before you get too far into it.
What you're contemplating could easily set into motion a set of events none of you ever thought possible.
You've seen for yourselves what's going on in France.
You've watched as those same protests are spreading across Europe.
Call it the revolt of the forgotten men and women of the world.
Call it what you want.
But ignore it at your own peril.
If you go through with your plans to either impeach or imprison our president then you could easily unleash an uprising that will make the protests going on across Europe look like child's play.
The forgotten working men and women in France have all but brought their government to it's knees with molotov cocktails, rocks, and spray paint.
DELINGPOLE: UN Climate Conference Wrecked by Revolting French, Trolling Poles
The forgotten working men and women of America are armed to the teeth with tens of millions of semi-automatic weapons and trillions of rounds of ammunition.
I'm just saying.
And no, I'm not claiming to have any inside information about any such plans.
What I am saying is that conditions are right.
All it's going to take is a spark.
I'd suggest you communist loving bastards tread lightly going forward...
Kevin McGinty
Yhep I agree I ve been saying it for years that these country will not get under control until there is another civil war. A up rising like this country has never seen. And I hate to say it but blood will have to be spilled.
ReplyDeleteWhat country before ever existed a century and a half without a rebellion?... The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.
What country before ever existed a century and a half without a rebellion? And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure."
-- Thomas Jefferson
DeleteIt means that as a tree needs water and nourishment, so does liberty: Patriots must be willing to sacrifice their own blood and the blood of those that would destroy liberty in order to keep it alive. Liberty requires defending with war from time to time.
IT means that liberty will not survive unless we nourish it. We have to pay attention to public affairs, watch the news, learn about candidates, vote, and be active citizens. Without people to defend liberty, remain vigilant against threats, and be willing to fight for it, freedom will die.
DeleteSounds like something I said will happen some time ago, nothing will change until the cost is too high to continue.
ReplyDeleteGood Grief what the hell am I doing up at this hour...
ReplyDeleteKevin watch for truck on Tuesday, I couldn't get delivery date changed, But I tried...
ReplyDeleteLol... I'll look out for it but I won't be home till 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon...
ReplyDeleteOkay, I don't know when they normally come thru your area should be okay. This time of year crooks come out like fly's on shit. Have a good day I am thinking about taking a nap if this stuffy nose would clear up. :):)
ReplyDeleteWell I am back after my nap so good morning again.
ReplyDeleteWell unless the dims (yes I intentionally wrote dims which is short for dimwits) have authorized access to Mueller's investigation, all they are doing is flapping their yaps spreading more hatred and fueling all the Trump haters.....
ReplyDeleteWell so much for the brief period of 'civility'.... I'm surprised the dims were civil for the length of time during the Bush funeral.
It appears there seems to be an affinity for fascism in the group of regular posters. Now there are threats of violence “ If you go through with your plans to either impeach or imprison our president then you could easily unleash an uprising that will make the protests going on across Europe look like child's play.”
ReplyDeleteSo… what ? He’s not the “Dear Leader”, above the law and our system of checks and balances ? No, he is not. If he has broken the law he needs to be held accountable like anybody. Why is he being made an exception ?
As for France, I’ve been many times and speak the language. The French are ALWAYS bitching about something. Gasoline is expensive in Europe. But mass transit is excellent almost everywhere. The French are a very demanding people – they want mail delivered not daily, but TWICE daily. And it is. They want free day care for their children. They want education paid for through university. They want free health care. They want and have six weeks of vacation annually. But they don’t necessarily want to pay for all these things, and scream like little children when things don’t go their way. You may be reading far more into this than there is.
But what are you suggesting ? You’re going to pick up arms to save the Dear Leader ?? Well, I see Sargejr Jim is off to take his nap. Mr. Mcginty is getting a bit long in the teeth as are nearly all the posters here. So…. What … you’re going to take on the authorities ? The police ? The military ? LMAO… good luck with that one. The thought of a bunch of rag tag old farts some armed with automatic weapons is frankly…. A bit comical.
I have sources in the Pentagon who assure me at the highest level…. There is nothing but disgust with this draft dodging coward in the White House. If you’re looking for their assistance, not gonna happen.
But there is good news. If Roger Stone is correct, and Trump finally “gets it”, then I suspect many of you do too. 2020 looks like a disaster in the making for the republicans. The odds are overwhelming that the Senate will revert to Democratic leadership. Given the state of the economy, job growth is slowing, inflation is creeping up, and the stock market has been given a haircut because of Cadet Bone Spur’s ill-conceived trade war that has achieved nothing except sucked money out of people’s retirement investments, we are looking at an imminent recession. And as much as this petulant child in the White House will blame everybody else, he has nobody to blame but himself and the republicans who have dominated the Hill throughout his tenure as “president”. An uprising you say ? Yeah, people will likely be out for republican hide. But we are a country of laws, something so frequently overlooked, or just not well understood here. I suspect things will continue to swing back to normalcy, and some of your heroes will be cooling their jets in jail.
I decided to move this post under idiot's bs post.....
DeleteWell, if it isn't the stooge dimwit rep for the demoNcrats spreading more croakings of crapola!!
Look here creme puff - they all have been after President Trump since before his inauguration and they haven't succeeded in anything because there's nothing there....all they are doing is spinning their wheels in a self made mud rut.
You can get your croakings of crapola and stuff it!
So where is your proof Bedpan Man, that Trump has broken the law? Your buddies have already determined that without any proof or even a suggestion from Mueller that he did that.
DeleteAnd Dear Ass wipe, what makes you think that many of those in the Military, and police won't take up arms with a "bunch of rag tag old farts", as you say? Most of them are more intelligent and know what is going on, more so than you bunch of self-serving, egotistical, hypocritical elitists! I know, you are just "Too Smart" for your own good! You know what is best for us "deplorables" but you just don't know how to go down to our level to communicate with us! I am so touched by your compassion and caring, I could about Puke!
And Bedpan jockey, you may have just half-wittingly explained why all of the "stuff" that you Liberals "want" to happen in this country may not be obtainable:
Delete"The French are a very demanding people – they want mail delivered not daily, but TWICE daily. And it is. They want free day care for their children. They want education paid for through university. They want free health care. They want and have six weeks of vacation annually. But they don’t necessarily want to pay for all these things, and scream like little children when things don’t go their way". Now does that sound any different than your typical American born or illegally immigrated Liberal? That is why it won't and has not ever been able to work in any Socialist country! Nobody wants to pay for it! Dumbass!
I swear, these Commie half-wits make a Box of Hair sound intelligent! Maybe what this country needs IS a mass Rebellion to once again right itself! I don't know that anything else will work at this point. The Left is so far out in Bizarro World, I don't believe anything else can pull them back in to reality!
ReplyDeleteI agree Gary. These commie half dim wits are so far in their political schizoid anxiety attack that there's nothing left in them that is sane or normal.

ReplyDeleteIf John F. Kennedy were president in this day and time, he'd be registered REPUBLICAN!!!!
Ian, you have not been right on anything that I can remember, go back and take care to clean those bedpans Dickhead.
ReplyDeleteIan claims to have intelligent information - but the evidence of intelligence is very seriously lacking in his croakings of crapola....
ReplyDeleteIan has no intelligent contributions - because all of his posts are nothing but erroneous information.
ian do you ever grow weary of posting your chicken shit's wish that President Trump be derailed....etc.
ReplyDeleteanother thing ian - the difference between Kevin & Safe's blogs is that their information is factual take it to the bank truth..... unlike your posts of intentional misleading erroneous bullshit!
ReplyDeleteSo, creme puff..... the joke is on your 100% every time you show up with what you know to be nothing but bullshit.
We all are laughing AT YOU...!!!
Hmmm... Whatever happened to the Russia collusion thing anyway?
ReplyDeleteOver the hill actress Meryl Streep said this to commie operative Steve Colbert:
ReplyDelete""I'm scared. I'm scared by him, by his possibility," she said. "And I do empathize with him. I can’t imagine what his 3 a.m. is like. There’s a gathering storm—everyone feels it, he feels it. His children are in jeopardy, and I feel that. I think, 'What if my children were in jeopardy?' I would do anything — anything — to get them out of trouble. So we should be afraid. That’s what I think.”
How about it Comrade Bedpan? Sounds like an actual threat of violence to me. But that's OK because she's a fellow commie, right?
Let's see, It's a well known fact that Bill Clinton paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in an attempt to silence several women.
ReplyDeleteWe were told it doesn't matter.
It was sex and sex has nothing to do with the way a president performsh his job.
We were also told it was none of our business.
It's also a well known fact that there's a tax payer funded slush fund set aside to silence multiple women who've been sexually harassed and or assaulted by members of Congress.
Not a fucking word.
Blue, you and your comrades have once again been made fools of.
You and your fellow communists in the media have gotten yourselves all worked up over another pipe dream.
Go fuck yourself...
Well looks like I stirred up the old folks home a bit, LMAO. Yeah McGinty check into the real media. Bad news just breaking. Maria Butina, a Russian national is prepared to change her plea to guilty. She is implicated in campaign interference on behalf of the Russian government. And she met with Don Trump Jr. and a number of NRA officials. There is an indication she may well have given money to a number of republican politicians. We will have to see what comes out after her appearance before the court, possibly tomorrow. From the Post,
ReplyDelete"Maria Butina, a Russian gun rights activist, is poised to plead guilty in a case involving accusations that she was working as an agent for the Kremlin in the United States, according to a new court filing.
Attorneys for Butina and federal prosecutors jointly requested in court documents Monday that U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan set a time for Butina to withdraw her previous plea of not guilty. They said they could be available for her to enter her plea as early as Tuesday."

I know this is off topic of butt head, but does anyone really care if there is sound on Mars? Mars has a thin atmosphere and has wind as well as storms- so doesn't take a rocket scientist to know it has sound. Does anyone care anything about what we spend millions on sending crap to Mars? “Obama Campaign Fined Bid for Hiding Donors, Keeping Illegal Donations”
BARACK OBAMA'S presidential campaign has been fined $375,000 by the Federal Election Commission for violating federal disclosure laws, Politico reports.
An FEC audit of Obama for America's 2008 records found the committee failed to disclose millions of dollars in contributions and dragged its feet in refunding millions more in excess contributions.
The resulting fine, one of the largest ever handed down by the FEC, is the result of a failure to disclose or improperly disclosing thousands of contributions to Obama for America during the then-senator's 2008 presidential run, documents show.
The FEC says the Obama campaign failed to disclose the sources of 1,300 large donations, which together accounted for nearly $1.9 million. Election Commission rules state campaigns must report donations of $1,000 or more within 20 days of Election Day.
Obama for America was also fined for "untimely resolution of excessive contributions," according to the conciliation agreement, FEC says. The campaign accepted more than $1.3 million in contributions that came from donors who had already given $46,000—the maximum allowed by FEC rules. The campaign eventually refunded the excess cash but did not do so within the 60-day window allotted for resolving such cases, FEC said.
In addition to failing to report big donors and excess donations in a timely manner, the Obama campaign incorrectly dated the filings dealing with $85 million in funds, the FEC claims. This error appears to have been primarily the result of one transfer to the campaign committee from the Obama Victory Fund, a fundraising group that includes money raised by the Democratic National Committee that is earmarked for the presidential race.
The fines were a result of complaints filed with the FEC by the Republican National Committee. The Obama campaign has been quick to point out that the errors constitute a small portion of the more than $750 million it raised during the 2008 election cycle.
"The 2008 campaign was a record breaking campaign with over 3 million grassroots donors," Obama for America spokeswoman Katie Hogan said in an email to U.S. News. "The very few outstanding questions have now all been resolved."
The results of the audit were released in April of 2012, but the letter detailing the fines the FEC planned to levy was not sent until December.
There should have been impeachment hearings on this regarding Obama but there wasn't!!!
DeleteOh the poor helpless dimocrats.... idiot libs! They're still having a melt down over Donald Trump winning the presidency that they'll resort to any illegal underhanded bogus trick in the book.
ian should be fired from his job....he's paying more attention to the blog than his job....abusing the internet by searching erroneous liberal websites to clip and paste his croakings of crapola.....
ReplyDeleteIan you should be written up and fired for the reason of not doing your job..... you are willfully abusing the internet and picking fights with us here when you are on your employers dime.... that makes you an unreliable employee and thus should be fired.
Ol' Boz is outdoing himself. He clearly thinks that he knows what's good for the French better than THEY do. Just about like with Topekans (who he still insists are conservative Republicans) and Kansans. And Boz, I'm really sorry that we don't live up to your high expectations.
ReplyDeleteWell, something is happening in France and it seems to be spreading. My probable future home, Latvia, just rejected the EU and UN mandates on immigration. Not that too many wanted to go there anyway. Too cold and no real welfare. They expect non-pensioners to work. If afraid w-o-r-k is the most hated 4 letter word to a lot of "refugees."
You know, Boz, I know you work a good steady work-week. Why on earth do you continue to support those who won't? Someone needs to wise up.
You, and the MSM you often parrot, have been wrong on the Pres a bunch in the past. Now do I think he's a boor personally? Yep, never said otherwise. Do many of my friends in the military agree with that? Sure. Will they obey orders anyway? WTH do you think?
Incidentally, the Pres the military liked least was your hero, der Schliekmeister. When he and his Harridan visited Tuzla in 1997 a bunch of the troopies turned their backs to them. I don't think that ever happened to DJT or BHO.
Anyhow Boz, hope you're enjoying the Trump administration so far. I notice you never mention the increasingly frantic antics of the left in response to him. I'm afraid he can play them like a harp.

ReplyDeleteWould help if I post the weblink to the US News & World Report
Howdy... and here I thought you had given up on this blog. It is getting pretty out of control "Get back to work you commie bastard. Those bedpans won’t empty themselves and those shitty assholes won’t wipe themselves."
ReplyDeleteBut hey, you live in Topeka where evidently this is the norm.
So, you write....
"You know, Boz, I know you work a good steady work-week. Why on earth do you continue to support those who won't? Someone needs to wise up."
First off, thanks for not calling me a "sochulist commie libtard, rancid Rosicrucian evil Satanic useless fugger" or something along those lines.
Trump is in trouble and I suspect you know that. Long ago.. like when the CJ was still publishing this blog, I made it clear I am not in favor of any sort of illegal immigration, and my gut feelings are that many so called conservatives are. They need the cheap labor. And "they" includes Donny Two Scoops. As for France, or even Latvia... neither are of great concern to me. Let them sort their own shit out. Europe pillaged its way across the globe taking whatever it wanted since the 16th Century. Read the accounts of Bishop Landa and Cortez in Mexico. Pretty grim. Even King Leopold of teeny little Belgium in Africa- I have a real hard time feeling sorry for their doing some truly dumb ass things.
That's not the point, although it was a nice deflection. Trump is undermining the institutions that have put us where we are today. Yes, he is CIC, and I have no doubt that the military will follow his dumb ass commands, but I do not agree that they would join any effort to pull off a coup d'état.
As for troops turning their backs on DJT you're absolutely right. But that would be because he hasn't visited any, ANY military bases here or abroad to give them that opportunity. The man appears to suffer from any number of phobias, and evidently one of them involves being in a combat zone.
I could not disagree more with you about Trump's popularity, and for that matter Obama's. I'm sure you read the Military Times. Well, they poll. Here is an excerpt from 'Task & Purpose', which reviews a MT poll.
" Whatever prejudices you hold about officers vs. enlistees — or ground-pounding grunts vs. managerial fobbits, flyboys, and squids — you’re probably about to cling to them a little tighter.
"Among the many takeaways in Military Times’ far-ranging poll of service members’ attitudes toward President Donald Trump and his policies, the clearest may be these: The commander-in-chief’s strongest support within the armed forces comes from the uncommissioned, the Marine Corps, and the Army — and his biggest critics in the service come from the officers’ ranks, the Navy, and the Air Force. What service you’re in, and whether you’re enlisted or not, turn out to be the two biggest factors in your support for Trump."
ReplyDeleteThis doesn't surprise me at all. The leadership cohort in all services think Trump is a joke. The grunts don't, though their support isn't exactly overwhelming. You at one time made the humorous assertion that the military was more republican than democratic because they hailed from red states where everybody is more patriotic. When I finally stopped laughing at that, I think I corrected you. The reason the grunts "like" Trump is because they do come from red states where Trump generally finds his base. Why did they really join the military? - they have far fewer options because they live in poorer red states. There are no other jobs for them. But back to the poll. I think you'll find this interesting.
As for Obama... another excerpt
"That split is unprecedented: The newspaper’s last military poll on attitudes towards then-President Barack Obama, conducted in January, found that officers and enlisteds liked him — and disliked him — in pretty equal proportions".
So you can claim Howdy that the military hated Obama, but the evidence says otherwise.
As the article points out, when only 30% of officers have a positive opinion of their CIC, you've got a big problem.
And how does anybody react to something like this ?
"Funny thing. I knew several active military members when the Marxist from Kenya was prez and to a man they hated that man. They pointed something out that I saw for myself. You never saw enlisted men in particular look him in the eye. That’s a military sign of disrespect that goes back centuries."
SSAH writes the following regarding the military and Trump :
"Not happening now. They love this President. Despite what the lying ass commie bastards like comrade Bedpan would have us believe. They’re all lying commie bastards so why would you believe anything they say?"
Hey, it's shit like this that's good for a laugh, but ... WTF.
So Howdy, I'm off today and doing errands. It's been shits and giggles as usual. Here is the link to the article. You might find the polling info interesting. At least is something more than anecdotal diarrhea. And the link -
https://taskandpurpose.com/trump-military-poll-officer-enlisted-marines/
Read me again, Boz, I said the Pres the military disliked was Clinton, not Obama (who was, of all things, looked at in the same light at Camp Speicher as Bush). So a lot of your argument was at the wrong thing.
DeleteDid I actually say that "red states are more patriotic?" I don't think that sounds like something I would say - in part because a good portion of my service was in reserve components in New England and New York. You may be confusing me with someone else.
I haven't written (and you'll note this is Captain Howdy) because I got locked out and can't use my real name anymore, because it's taken. I explained this a few weeks ago to Rikki, who went down Wabash when I was outside observing the work of the tree cutting crew. Anyway, I'm so comfortable with the Captain Howdy thing that it seems normal.
The Times polls are good. I remember one in 1984 or so that said that the Army was much more favorable to a nuclear weapons freeze than the other services. They do some pretty good analysis. At any rate, the military will uphold its duty. No fooling around in polly-ticks. That's as it should be, too.
When was Latvia ever imperialistic? Actually they did colonize Tobago at one time. Not for long, but I suppose you're going to try and impute Swedish or Russian aggression to them as well. Anyway, they seem happy having few to no refugees, or immigrants in general.
Hey, anyway, I hope everyone is having a good holiday season. (Or is that "Holliday Season" there Boswell Blue?)
Captain, good to see you posting. I could barely hear you with the chain saws doing their thing and the little bit of distance between my car and you in your front yard.
DeleteDon't expect a reply too soon from ian....if that it his real login name....he probably had to log off of the library computer to catch the city bus.
There you go again creme puff..... showing once again that you are long on mouth and absent on brains! Typical... but hey we all know that you just love being the laughing stock of the blog.... you're so easy!
ReplyDeleteJust keep thumping on that drum there creme puff - ya almost got some rhythm there!
Actually creme puff... we all have our doubts as to what you say about everything....especially your profession.... I believe that you are an unemployed nobody that is sitting at a local library on more then one computer because your clip and pastes have the same times of posting..... "December 10, 2018 at 2:18 PM"
ReplyDeleteand also I believe that you're right here in good ole T town....
ReplyDeletedon't want to keep you.... you need to catch the city transit to head back home.
Lol Creme Puff fits him good, hahahhaha As good as Bedpan Charlie.
ReplyDeleteYes Sarge, it does fit him good.
ReplyDeleteThere's no end to creme puff's psycho lunacy..... there's no way he is on just one computer - the "December 10, 2018 at 2:18 PM" gave him away. He ain't on the east coast either, he's right here in Topeka and there's nothing he can do about it so he pretends to be this big shot on the east coast. What a fraud!
When it comes to our commie visitor, how is anybody supposed to believe someone who has been wrong about so many things for so long?
ReplyDeleteQuite simply it's second rate takes, and ill-informed from bad sourcing. I thought a real education prevented that? Guess not.
Shillary still ain't the prez.
Sorry dude.
And in fact, the blue butt heads still haven't even narrowed a selection to who's to run in 2020. That's why media hatred (demonstrated by our commie friend) is at a fever pitch, hoping like hell impeachment works. They can't beat him otherwise. And again like out commie visitor, they are miscalculating the situation and the American people.
Second rate.
MAGA!
Now, as for the French?
ReplyDeleteGood for them. It's good to see a people reject government tyranny. A 25% tax on fuel for a hoax, and had already admitted that some would be used in austerity to an increasingly unwelcome wave of migrants. Double hoax.
Anyone who wants to play it down should think twice. The French working class showed up in numbers. Up to this week, more numbers each week and protests in other cities besides Paris. Other countries, too.
Folks watching Twitter know what's up. The droves of twitpics, tweets, Instagram? Whew! Yes I admit seeing as many homemade guillotines as I did, was very heart warming. Freedom's spirit isn't dead in humanity yet. We yet still have fight.
Now, as far as us. Americans.
What is happening in France has many similarities as we all know.
Americans can revolt as well. God the Lord almighty forbid it. But they could. And pitchforks, torches and guillotines?
Ours are semi-automatic.
Commies should take note of France.
Humanity and the spirit of freedom still has a pulse.
Ignore it at your own peril...
ReplyDeleteJust ask Macron who thought he could get away with anything he wanted to do...
Good morning room 235, and now I go to read the News for today.Later
ReplyDeleteNote well how the Dems like to use Europe as an example to us --- until they don't. The French anti-tax folk are a little more, shall we say "demanding," than the Tea Partiers, and that protest is spreading. Meanwhile, in Eastern Europe where the bacillus of P.C. never spread far, the governments are saying "nej" to immigration in defiance of the EU and UN. Heady days, my friends.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm going to revert to Captain Howdy for the foreseeable future. I don't know how I got locked out, but I know I forgot the password for the original Ken Remfry. Oh well, that's how you all knew me in the first place, right?
Hammer, I think Boz thinks you're my age, instead of the age of my nephews. Shawn and Andy told me to tell you "Hi" this weekend.
Yup Ken we know who you are with what ever name you use...
DeleteTell the fam I said hi back. Wish you and them the best and a very Merry Christmas!
DeleteAs far as what the commie visitor thinks? Just another miscalculation. It's what they do.
IF commies were coyotes I'd be out driving the dirt roads with my friend Hammertime.
ReplyDeleteIf you catch my drift.
Yep.

"Judge rules Trump administration justified in ending Obama-era immigration program"
Print
By Sudhin Thanawala - Associated Press - Monday, December 10, 2018
SAN FRANCISCO — The Trump administration provided adequate justification for its decision to end a program that reunited hundreds of immigrants from Central America with family members in the U.S., a federal judge ruled Monday.
Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler threw out the bulk of a lawsuit that argued the termination of the Obama-era Central American Minors program was arbitrary and violated the U.S. Constitution.
The program allowed parents legally in the U.S. to apply to bring children or other family members living in Honduras, Guatemala or El Salvador to the U.S.
One of the goals was to discourage children from making the dangerous journey from those countries to the U.S. to be with family.
More than 1,300 people came to the U.S. under the program between 2014 and the end of 2016, according to figures cited in Beeler’s decision.
When it ended the program in August 2017, the Trump administration revoked approval for roughly 2,700 additional immigrants who were set to travel to the U.S.
In her ruling, Beeler said the decision to revoke those approvals was arbitrary and capricious and required more analysis and explanation.
Linda Evarts, an attorney with the International Refugee Assistance Project who is representing plaintiffs, said she welcomed that part of the ruling and called the decision “an important first step.”
Beeler in a separate order suggested the plaintiffs might be able to revise their lawsuit to address some of her concerns.
The judge, however, found the administration had sufficient policy and legal arguments for its decision to end the Central American Minors program.
The Obama administration granted refugee or parole status to 99 percent of the people it interviewed for the program, giving them a greenlight to come to the U.S., according to State Department figures in Beeler’s decision.
The Trump administration argued that immigration law called for a more sparing, case-by-case approach. It also said granting parole broadly created an incentive for illegal immigration and contributed to security problems along the U.S.-Mexico border.
Beeler said the administration rationally concluded that the program was not consistent with its immigration policy and its view of immigration law. She said she was not authorized to second-guess those conclusions.
She also rejected arguments that the decision to end the program violated due process and equal protection.

Captain, Boz thinks we are all in an old folks home..... goes to show what he knows..... (lol)
Good Grief!
ReplyDeleteOkay, I’m in Bethesda today so I’ll make this brief. First, yes… you absolutely said that the inhabitants of red states were more patriotic. What is it lawyers say, if you don’t have facts on your side make them up … ? Something like that ? Okay, I edited that a bit.. but JUST a bit.
ReplyDeleteThe comments posted here about taking up arms and heading for D.C. are always good for a laugh. You missed my point. Yes I agree, the rank and file in the military will carry out the commands of the CIC. My point is that the military will not allow itself to be involved in a coup d’etat. I made that real clear. So, there will be no “Enabling Act” because the military will not cooperate. Does that clear things up for you Howdy ?
I suspect the heavily armed revolutionaries from Topeka will be delayed in a town like Fredericksburg, stopping by for some haute cuisine at that the “All You Kin Eat Barfet” at the Cracker Barrel off 95. After the repast said revolutionaries will retire to their pickups for a little nap, only to be interrupted by the sound of somebody’s quite audible fart which would awaken Sargejr Jim leaving him to scream “ The WAR IS STARTED “ as he flails away with his shotgun. “ I’M A COMMIN’ MELANIA ! I KIN SEE YER TITTIES IN MY BINOS… AND DANG FINE TITTIES THEY IS ! “
My comment including Latvia involved their attitude toward immigrants. If they don’t want them, fine. I care not. Just as an aside btw, when was Latvia ever imperialistic ? What, you’ve never heard of the Polish-Latvian Commonwealth ?? I’m truly disappointed. And actually it was hardly immune to expansionism. I mean, hey… it’s Europe. That’s what they do right ? There are also some grim chapters during WW2 of Latvians slaughtering Jews along with the Nazis.
Trump … a boor ? That’s like calling Don Corleone a boor. At least Corleone had a brain. No, Trump is a criminal, and a bad one at that. How many guilty pleas so far from his inner circle ? Michael Cohen, his brilliant lawyer will be sentenced this week…. But as Cadet Bone Spurs says “ Michael Cohen who ?” Well that tune has changed and now he’s on Dotard’s shit list. Damn…. Trump used to make fun of his legal training – some fine law school where a undergrad GPA of 2.80 and a check would gain admission ? Damn, how many dumb ass lawyers are there ?
Here’s my bottom line – Trump as president is a disaster. He has neither the experience, the intellectual capacity, intellectual curiosity, or sense of ethics required for the job. He is doing everything he needs to leave a long lasting scar on our economy, and the signs are beginning to show – I know too many people who would love to retire at some point in their life, but well.. stock market. Our standing in the world is taking a huge hit. And unlike the other members of this big circle jerk, I back up positions with sources, e.g. Military Times polls. You haven’t said anything about the 30% of our military leadership that has a positive view of Trump. By the way, would you please advise your fellow jerkers here to stop quoting from the Washington Times ( Moonie paper ), or Breitbart ? Speaking of Breitbart, one of its contributors – at least until recently, the infamous gay conservative smeared with more makeup than a cheap whore, Milo Yiannopoulos is broke. In fact he’s in debt to the tune of a few million. Famous picture of him bawling like a two year old. Even his mascara was running. Soooo, not a good source. Okay, gotta run. Keep jerkin away. Keep an eye on Maria Butina…. Sounds like she’s gonna squeal like a Russian song bird. President Dotard is scared. Very scared.
PS, as for Europe... if you think the hyper nationalism, coupled with isolationism, nativism, racism, and unregulated capitalism that so defined the Gilded Age to the Roaring Twenties was a good thing, then I got a Great Depression and War for you. As Dotard himself would say, "What have you been smocking?"(sic)
ReplyDeleteI see you made it to the local library to get on the computer creme puff... guess you caught that city bus ride to down town after all.
ReplyDeleteYou will see President Trump sail into his re-election in 2020 and you will see your elected ass officials cry bigger than when they did when the traitorous hasbeen Hillary lost!
You will see monumental change to immigration with stricter laws and you will see America flourish like is hasn't seen in decades.
You best make sure you have your spot at the library saved for the remainder of today so you can continue posting your croakings of bullshit!
You are so easy!
You must totally enjoy being the laughing stock of the blog!
well, poor poor creme puff.....guess he lost his privilege to be on the library computer..... after posting what he did about our First Lady Melania, that probably got him banished.
ReplyDeleteI don't know, Boz, I make it a point to never impugn anyone's patriotism. And I myself NEVER do the red white & blue schtick. My own sister said that if you see me in those colors it will have something to do with the New England Patriots or KU basketball. Suffice it to say, her argument was more air-tight than a lot of yours.
ReplyDeleteExamples, you ask? To start with the "Polish-Latvian Commonwealth." The Catholic Poles having a commonwealth with the Lutheran / Orthodox Latvians. Su-uu-re they did. I assume you're referring to the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. That country wasn't exactly friendly to Courland (the name of Latvia at the time). Nor when Latvia was incorporated into the Swedish empire, when the Poles tried to invade them. There are a number of legends and stories about this time period. I won't waste everyone's time belaboring the point, but you were quite off the mark there. Yep, there are still plenty of Latvians who do things like display swastikas. Jelena will never let me go near any of their rallies because I'm liable to conjure up images for them of things like B-17s and Patton.
Boz, either something is a fact (i.e. it happened or it exists) or it isn't. Source prestige counts for arguments, not whether something is a fact. I wouldn't pay attention to a Breitbart editorial much more than I would one in the Washington Post. Since the media in the US has decided to engage in 100% unadulterated advocacy journalism, I take about everything with a good dose of salt.
When did I ever state or imply that the military would go along with some enabling act? You Dems really have such vivid imaginations. I can understand people cynically making an argument for political advantage. What's harder to fathom, though, is those who actually believe such rubbish. How's this: "Kavanaugh will roll back Roe v. Wade and Obamacare." In fact, Kavanaugh just yesterday refused to take even a baby step toward just that. I wonder if you bought that argument or were merely cynically repeating it.
I'm not saying the Republicans are completely free of that sort of behavior, but the Dems put it on display constantly.
That old comrade bedpan shore do go on, don't he? I ain't heard that much gas passed since Uncle Willard ate all the beans at the Sunday go to meeting dinner on the ground after service. And that was a lot of gas, trust me.
ReplyDeleteThat old boy is pretty full of himself, ain't he? Can't you just picture him and all his hoity toity friends sitting in some bistro drinking half caff soy lattes and taking turns reading each other passages from America's blog? Having a big laugh at what all us hayseeds have to say?
Guess he'll just laugh himself silly when Donald Trump gets elected to a second term. Every prediction he's made so far has been wrong. But we're supposed to believe him with whatever fantasy he dreams up. He's so full of bullshit I bet his eyes are brown. Like my old Pappy used to say, if bullshit was music he'd be a brass band.
Everytime these commie bastard find some new thing they think this is the one. This is the end of President Donald Trump. Now we've got him for sure. And ever time it's just another fart in the wind.
I won't be surprised to see what's happening in France happen here if these commie bastards keep this up. And despite what comrade bedpan thinks, the Commander in Chief isn't going to turn loose the military against his own supporters. And if you think local law enforcement can overpower a well armed militia you weren't paying attention to your history. Remember Viet Nam? Afghanistan? The American Revolution?
You people want a civil war? You sure act like it. Just remember how the democrats fared in the last one. And we still remember what you did to President Abraham Lincoln. He was murdered by an actor who was a democrat.
with that post creme puff made about our First Lady Melania, we now know that creme puff is a misogynist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! Kudos for President Trump!! He had the debate infront of the media and Schumer & Pelosi begged for debate without the media.... Schumer & Pelosi don't want to be seen in an unfavorable light to their libtard drones!

Trump clashes with Pelosi, Schumer at White House, threatens shutdown: 'The wall will get built'
Print
By Dave Boyer and S.A. Miller - The Washington Times - Updated: 12:22 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2018
President Trump threatened a partial government shutdown in a heated meeting with Democratic congressional leaders over funding for the border wall.
As incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi implored Mr. Trump not to discuss the wall in front of the press, Mr. Trump said “the wall will get built.”
“It is not an easy situation,” Mr. Trump said in the Oval Office meeting. “We are on very opposite sides. I would not like to see a government closing, a shutdown. We have to take care of border security.”
Mr. Trump cited his administration’s success in preventing illegal border crossings.
Mrs. Pelosi said the American people want to keep the government open.
“I don’t think we should have a debate in front of the press on this,” she told the president. “There are no votes in the House, majority votes, for the wall.”
Mr. Trump said forcefully, “Nancy, we need border security. We need the wall.”
Senate Democratic leader Charles Schumer said, gesturing forcefully at the president, “We have a lot of disagreements here. We do not want to shut down the government.”
In a series of increasingly testy exchanges, Mr. Trump and the two Democrat leaders argued over who was to blame for the impasse over border security.
Mrs. Pelosi repeatedly dared the president to put the border wall funding to a vote in the House, saying Republican control the White House and both chambers of Congress.
“You have the White House, you have the Senate, you have the House of Representative — you have the votes,” Mrs. Pelosi said.
“The problem is the Senate,” Mr. Trump countered. “Nancy, I need 10 votes from Chuck.”
The unprecedented on-camera squabbling played out in full view of the press pool, which Mr. Trump had invited into the meeting after it was initially scheduled as closed.
“Let’s debate in private,” Mr. Schumer pleaded.
Mr. Trump and the Democrats revisited the election results from the midterms, with the president pointing out that Republicans increased their Senate majority and the Democrats noting that they captured the House.
“Elections have consequences, Mr. President,” Mr. Schumer said.
“That’s right,” Mr. Trump replied. “That’s why the country is doing so well.”
The open portion of the meeting concluded with Mr. Trump vowing, “I’m going to shut it down over border security.”

ReplyDeleteIan here's something to enlighten your warped mind with! it will help repair the damage that you inflict upon yourself from reading/clipping & pasting from the idiot erroneous libtard websites!

Mark Levin rips media for 'regurgitating' SDNY'S 'self-serving brief' to hurt Trump
Radio host declares 'a time for truth'
By Douglas Ernst - The Washington Times - Tuesday, December 11, 2018
Radio host Mark Levin says he’s had enough of shoddy and dishonest reporting on the Southern District of New York’s sentencing memo for President Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen.
The man who served as chief of staff to Ed Meese, President Reagan’s second attorney general, declared Tuesday “A Time for Truth” regarding Mr. Trump’s 2016 campaign and Mr. Cohen’s guilty pleas to campaign-finance violations and other criminal charges in August.
Mr. Levin blasted “the left-wing media and politicians” on Facebook for misleading the American public as to what, exactly, special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation and SDNY’s memo legally means for the president.
The “Life, Liberty & Levin” host at Fox News broke down the issue into five bullet points, which read in part:
“A sitting president CANNOT be indicted. That’s official DOJ policy since 1973.”
“SDNY is NOT expert in campaign finance violations and neither is the Clinton appointed district judge. They rarely handle campaign finance cases. The left-wing media and politicians are regurgitating what the prosecutors have merely filed in their own self-serving brief. The media and others intentionally refuse to look at the actual rules and context. They refuse to even question what these prosecutors have thrown together.”
“The actual campaign rules and context do NOT include Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or infinite other contracts, payments, arrangements, acts of a private nature, etc. as campaign contributions. This is normal human behavior and was never intended to be regulated or reported. SDNY is dead wrong.”
“[SDNY prosecutors] knew they couldn’t charge a sitting president. Thus, they convict the president in the press, not only an extreme act of professional misconduct but a violation of the very purpose of the DOJ memos banning the indictment of a sitting president while effectively indicting him in the court of public opinion, and watch as untold numbers of media personalities and former members of the SDNY, among others, use this dirty work to predict or demand the president’s indictment and/or impeachment.”
“As for impeachment, NDAs involving wholly private matters occurring before the president was even a candidate and completely unrelated to his office cannot legitimately trigger the Constitution’s impeachment clause. Indeed, they could not be more irrelevant. The history of the clause and its ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ language make it crystal clear that the office and the president’s duties are not affected in any conceivable way by these earlier private contracts.”
Mr. Trump insists that he is a victim of a partisan “witch hunt” in which left-wing prosecutors are abusing their power to paralyze his administration.
“There was NO COLLUSION,” Mr. Trump tweeted Monday. “So now the Dems go to a simple private transaction, wrongly call it a campaign contribution, which it was not (but even if it was, it is only a CIVIL CASE, like Obama’s — but it was done correctly by a lawyer and there would not even be a fine. Lawyer’s liability if he made a mistake, not me). Cohen just trying to get his sentence reduced. WITCH HUNT!”

ReplyDeleteSo you just keep on coming around - eventually we will make progress with you and you will no longer deny being a Donald Trump supporter!
~TTFN for now ian.... there may be hope for you yet.
Oh now... don't be shy Ian... admitting that you deep down believe that Donald Trump is the best thing that has happened to America in a long time won't be that hard to say out loud....
ReplyDeleteAll you have to do is say the words that Donald Trump is MY President!
What's holding you back from admitting the truth within you that you are truly a Donald Trump supporter?
wow, ian instantly turned shy..... he's afraid! Afraid to admit that deep down he truly is a Donald Trump supporter.
ReplyDeleteDon't be afraid Ian.... it will do you a world of good to admit the truth...
Oh for pity's sake! Pelosi is questioning President Trump's manhood!!
ReplyDeletehttps://freebeacon.com/politics/nancy-pelosi-questions-trumps-manhood-following-contentious-oval-office-meeting/
"Pelosi Questions Trump’s ‘Manhood’ Following Contentious Oval Office Meeting"
from the article:
""It’s like a manhood thing for him," the Washington Post quotes Pelosi as saying, citing a source in the room. "As if manhood could ever be associated with him. This wall thing.""
________
Pelosi ranks up there with the worst of the elected ass officials!
America finally gets a President who has guts and back bone and Pelosi questions his manhood?! Get real Pelosi!
ReplyDeleteSarge you can and you did...
ReplyDeleteThank you my friend...
Ya know.... that comment from Pelosi is a sexist remark! For really it is!
ReplyDeleteWhy isn't the media all over that one?!
Kevin, tis' the season and you are welcome...
ReplyDeleteWell, it's always fun to stir up the pot here a bit. The spin on the Pelosi-Trump -Schumer meeting was from what I've been told pretty disastrous. Jennifer Rubin another ex-repub evidently concluded it was a disaster for the Trump team, but what the hey - he's having one bad week after another. Howdy used the word 'boor' which I think is overly generous, but Trump was certainly boorish in this meeting. But to declare his pride in shutting the government down if he doesn't get his absurd wall - naw, that will come back to haunt him. You have to wonder what he's been 'smocking' (sic) -his word, not mine, God only knows.
ReplyDeleteThere is something delusional about this crowd. But there seems to be a lot of delusion in the republican party period. Or is that the common identity here ? I see frequently comments about the "Bush republicans", or RINOS, or whatever. This only confirms my suspicions that the republican party is going to either morph into something very different or go the way of the Whigs.
So go on reading Breitbart. I'm sure that media source was cheerleading from the bleachers for the Brownback disaster. Hey, it was classic republican supply side economics. And I suspect you will find with Breitbart and the Times confirmation for for a wall.
Trump will be gone likely sooner than later. I smell a resignation. But in the time being, the damage he will do will be felt far more in red states like Kansas than blue coastal areas. Imagine - no SS checks, no SSDI payments. No medicare. In the time being, the D.C. area, for instance, is preparing for the first wave of 25,000 Amazon employees to set up the new HQ2. The salaries will begin at $150,000. There is a reason Bezos decided on D.C. and NYC. People are highly educated here, and we would never ... ever consider touching garbage like the Washington Times.
One last thing before I split. Latvia. There was no Polish- Latvian Commonwealth ? Really ? Then explain this -
"The Polish-Latvian Commonwealth, (Polish: Wspólnota Polsko-Łotewska, Latvian: Poļu - Latviešu Federācija, Belarussian: Πольскі - Латышская Cадружнасць) was a sovereign Monarchy - Commonwealth located in Eastern Europe, After it got abolished during the Civil War and War of Independence of Polskaňowa The PLC covered an area of around 1,200,000 km2 (450,000 sq. mi.) and has a Baltic climate. As of the 1925, the population of the PLC was 105,592,235.
It was established at the Union of Łódź in July 1737, but the actual personal union between the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Latvia had begun when Latvia's Grand Duchess married King regnant King Nikó of Poland and was crowned King King Nikó II of Poland, in 1698." source, "The Future of Europe".
Was there a Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth ? Yes, absolutely. Eastern European history is complicated isn't it ? Okay, out of here. Can't wait to watch this vile coward of a man make a fool of himself.
Well Safe he wants so badly to be except by us, but he is such a phony, Just a wannabe Military guy, to bad he couldn't cut it.
ReplyDeleteLet it out creme puff.... you're closer to you admitting you are a Trum SUPPORTER more than you realize..... don't let the dark side keep you from seeing the LIGHT!
ReplyDeleteNow you don't have to be afraid.... we all will help you come out into the TRUTH. What do ya say? You ready to admit you're a Trump supporter?
You know deep down in that teeny tiny heart of yours that Donald Trump will see his re-election and will complete EIGHT years in office. It does your heart proud to be a Trump supporter, regardless of the front you are putting on.....
You're closer to admitting the truth creme puff.... you're about to come out of your self induced political psychotic episode.... it'll do you good to see the LIGHT and admit you are proud of President Trump!
Well good morning, only for a few minutes I hope..
ReplyDeleteGood morning at 12:23?
ReplyDeleteGood grief...
Good morning again, that didn't last long at 12;23
ReplyDeleteFor Pete's sake's where everyone go? Rise and shine folks..
ReplyDeleteBut it's cold outside, Sarge...
ReplyDeleteWednesday's edition of Room 235 is up and running...
Well Boz, I see your source. Mine, an actual Latvian, at first didn't know WTH you were talking about. It turns out the "Duchess of Latvia" didn't even have Riga in her possession. That was in Swedish hands at the time and changed to Russian ownership at the end of the Great Northern War. Jelena, and the National Museum in Riga I might add, consider the possession of Latvia to go from native Letts, to the Teutonic Knights, to the Bishop of Riga, back to the Teutonic Order, to the Swedish Empire, to the Russian Empire, to independent Latvia, to USSR, to Nazi Germany, back to USSR, then to independence. The USSR and Nazis they consider "occupation." Oddly, not Czarist Russia or Sweden. Go figure. At any rate, it's misleading to even talk about a Latvian political entity. All the elite (i.e. those who counted) were German, with a sprinkling of Swedes and Russians. Letts weren't in elite positions, they were peasants.
ReplyDeleteNonetheless, in addition to possessing Tobago, Courland had a post on the West coast of Africa. You can pretty much guess what it did. So I suppose you can call Latvia "racist" as well. Hell, I know you want the full trifecta, so feel free to add "sexist" and "homophobic" as well.
Talk of Revolution is merely that talk, it solves nothing, however, filing Law Suits, against the likes of Congressmen like Jerrold Nadler, that will have standing, for example, his ties to Iran, the money he continually receives, are enough to have him brought into a court of law, to explain. Why not use the Courts, like they do?
ReplyDelete
