When the Kenyan got elected, we were just as upset politically. He was a known radial Marxist, supported full term abortion, wealth redistribution and promised to "fundamentally change" America. Not what you elect a President to do. Donald Trump is fundamentally changing America, but back to where we were before the godless left got it's hands on it. That's what why we elected him.
But we didn't riot, murder people, launch a full media assault against the Kenyan. We went to the polls and changed it back. But we didn't attack the supporters of the Kenyan. We might have wondered what they were thinking but we didn't develop a pathological hatred for them. I have friends and family that supported him and it had no effect on us. But this is different now.
So bear in mind at all times they don't just oppose your views. They wish you harm. There is no limit to what they will do to overturn our vote. Lie, cheat, pour illegal government resources into spying on the President. Attack us, shut down our speech, riot, vandalize, burn things.
But we're still winning, and that makes them even angrier.

DeleteKevin, I too, will need directions - I'm not a good navigator my hubby will back me up on that - afterall, I got hubby lost in Anneheim when we went there with the kids 1994. LOL. His first time on a California freeway as we were wanting to take the boys to Disney Land - we're in a teeny little Ford Escort 4 cyl. rental. Hubby is choking the daylights out of the steering wheel (his knuckles were white from squeezing the steering wheel)and saying "where's the damned turn off!? where's the damned turnoff?!" Me getting flustered got him off one turn too soon. After driving around for a little while, we came up on a shopping center that wasn't open yet, but there was a security guard parked. He drove up to the security guard vehicle and I figured I messed up so why not do it royal... well, this is how I approached the security guard,speaking in twangy backwoods voice.... "Hi, we iz from Kansas and we lost, trying to find them big ears in the sky".... Hubby said "I don't know you"... (smiles). We got our directions, got to our Disney Land destination, the boys had fun - and hubby told me not to ever talk like that again... (smiles).

Some thing that I can not quite understand is why are the schools being hit? Is there something going on in these schools now? There must be some reason why we are having all these school shootings. Are kids in school having problems more than we use to have? What kind of problems are facing these kids? I know bullying goes on in one form or another. There are little clicks and little groups. But why is it in these schools. I don't remember this ever happening when I went to school. Maybe it did but we just never heard about it. Seems to me that instead of guns, being the problem they need to find out what's going on in the school system. Like that shooting in Parkland Fla when it came out that there were kids bully that shooter. Where is the school system? Has this country gone so far left that they no longer care about our future thru the kids

DeleteYhea I remember when you did what you were told no matter who, where, or when. I got to spend some time around the local H S here. I seen kids just down right do every thing you couldn't do and more in school now days. And the teachers didn't do any thing. They claim that the teachers hands are tied. If they do they will be problems for them. I see what your saying I just cant believe that all of the country is going like this. I know that the libs control the college's but why are these kids going off in school? It looks like there is some type of weird cult taking over kids minds. I know the liberal way is some of it but damn some things got to happen or we are all going to pay for it as these kids take over the country. Just looking at how the libs from the 60-70's try to run over everyone with their commie socialist propaganda these kids will take it all over going the way they are now. I just don't know.
ReplyDeleteSocial media and technology. People have always picked on other people. Part of growing up, is figuring out how to ignore it and deal with it. Adults pick on other adults, it doesn't stop just because we aren't kids.
ReplyDeleteBut nowadays, social media won't let you escape it. Used to be that you went home and didn't have to deal with it while at home, so you had a brief break from it. But technology will allow kids to haunt kids non stop. As long as you are on social media(which is about 95% of the kids today) you always see it. Even in the summertime.
But I don't see this as the only problem. Morals, family structure, and respectful interactions with each other(physically present, not social media) don't exist at a social level.
So to a great extent, like sarge pointed out, is lack of God and parenting.
Still not sure that's what caused the school shooting today, though. But I know two things.
It ain't the firearms, and it wasn't the NRA.
America lacks the critical thinking skills to understand why people do what they do.

ReplyDeleteThen many crimes today, the person just gets a slap on the wrist and no jail time. This kid in Texas is being called a suspect- now that is just bullshit! You already know what I want done to him, but no it will be years of trials and appeals. This is another case of no doubt of guilt, make an example that will scare the shit out of anyone who would even think of doing such a thing! But no, there will be tender loving care of the so called suspect caught red handed.
