Hello America's Blog...

Not sure where or how to start other than to say McGinty didn't do me any favors by telling you guys I'm some kind of raging asshole.

I think it depends on who's telling the story.

I know you guys have a lot of questions and concerns.

I think for now though it's important to say that for the most part we'll all be on the same page politically.

I have lots of likes and dislikes as do you.

Without getting into a long drawn out conversation I'll just come right out and say one of the things that piss me off more than anything is weak ass people.

I'm usually blunt and straight forward when dealing with people, especially those I oppose.

I thought maybe this video would help explain my philosophy in life.

Maybe I am an asshole.

  1. Ok, Ben.

You come across as a no holds barred kind of person. That's good.

As to "weak assed" people.... you won't find any here.

    OK, you might fit in.
Just be sure to keep gadsden colors up and flying. As a tribute to Kevin and his departure, I'd like to see that it never comes down.
    Ever.

Guess in the coming days, I need to stretch my legs out around here. Put up some thoughts and frustrations.

    See ya around.

  3. Welcome Ben. Let's push this train forward. All aboard!!!!!

A couple weeks back I wrote a letter to President Trump. Basically I told him I supported him and had his back 100%, blah, blah, blah. Guess What? My husband told me I had a letter from The White House! Yep, I got a reply to my letter signed by President Trump. Now, I know he didn't write the letter, but it was nice to know that my letter was acknowledged. And the letter outlined what I wrote so "someone" read my letter. LOL

  6. Not sure why, but this song from way back, played on the radio waves quite steadily yesteryears ago came into my thoughts. Sometimes I make sense, sometimes I don't but I thought I'd share this with y'all this morning.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oeT5otk2R1g

And the sign said "Long-haired freaky people need not apply"
So I tucked my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why
He said "You look like a fine upstanding young man, I think you'll do"
So I took off my hat, I said "Imagine that. Huh! Me workin' for you!"
    Whoa-oh-oh
    Sign, sign, everywhere a sign
Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind
Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign?
And the sign said anybody caught trespassin' would be shot on sight
So I jumped on the fence and-a yelled at the house, "Hey! What gives you
    the
    right?"
"To put up a fence to keep me out or to keep mother nature in"
"If God was here he'd tell you to your face, Man, you're some kinda sinner"
    Sign, sign, everywhere a sign
Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind
Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign?
Now, hey you, mister, can't you read?
You've got to have a shirt and tie to get a seat
You can't even watch, no you can't eat
You ain't supposed to be here
The sign said you got to have a membership card to get inside
    Ugh!
    [Lead Guitar]
And the sign said, "Everybody welcome. Come in, kneel down and pray"
But when they passed around the plate at the end of it all, I didn't have a
    penny to pay
So I got me a pen and a paper and I made up my own little sign
I said, "Thank you, Lord, for thinkin' 'bout me. I'm alive and doin' fine."
    Wooo!
    Sign, sign, everywhere a sign
Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind
Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign?
    Sign, sign, everywhere a sign
    Sign
    Sign, sign

Scott Circuit Judge grants statewide temporary restraining order against Gov. Beshear

By: Web StaffPosted at 1:58 PM, Jul 09, 2020 and last updated 2:17 PM, Jul 09, 2020
(LEX 18) — Attorney General Daniel Cameron announced on Thursday that a Scott Circuit Judge ordered Gov. Andy Beshear to cease issuing or enforcing executive orders related to COVID-19 unless the orders meet specific criteria for an emergency as outlined by state law. The Judge stated that, in order to issue and enforce executive orders related to COVID-19, the Governor must specify the state of emergency that requires the executive order, the location of the emergency, and the name of the local emergency management agency that has determined that the emergency is beyond its capabilities.

“The Governor cannot issue broad, arbitrary executive orders apart from the requirements of state law, and the Judge agreed by today issuing a statewide temporary restraining order,” said Attorney General Cameron. “This is a clear win for the rule of law and will help Kentucky families and businesses across the Commonwealth who have suffered and continue to suffer financial losses and economic hardship because of the Governor’s executive orders.”

    Recent Stories from lex18.com

Attorney General Cameron joined the lawsuit last week, which challenges Gov. Beshear’s use of executive power during the COVID-19 pandemic and was filed by Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles and Evans Orchard and Cider Mill, LLC, an agritourism business in Georgetown. Evans Orchard instituted new public health guidelines and procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic in compliance with Governor Beshear’s executive orders, including requiring employees to wear masks, sanitation protocols for the facility, and reduced capacity to comply with social distancing. In one instance, Evans Orchard was told by the local health department that they could not allow more than 10 individuals at a time into the business’s 96,000 square foot attraction.

The temporary restraining order issued by the Judge today also stops the enforcement of Gov. Beshear's executive orders as they apply to Kentucky’s 548 agritourism businesses.

Gov. Beshear is expected to give an update on new requirements in the state of Kentucky on Thursday at 4 pm.

  8. Well, here we are. Glad to have you on board Ben. Anything that keeps the blog alive, and Kevin's hard work going.

As for me, since my name is on the blog as well, I thought I would let you know my story. I've been commenting on Kevin's blogs since 2007 when the Marxist from Kenya was running. I signed on to help out with the administration and post a few blogs.

We moved to California a year or so ago. My daughter and five year old grandson live here. So I retired from the Kansas Highway Patrol, the finance division, not a Trooper, and we moved here.

I'm living in the commie dream. Commie governor, commie legislature. I live up in the mountains, in the east tip of the Sierras. It's in Kern county and it's Trump country all the way. So it's a little pocket of sanity in an otherwise crazy commie state.

So I guess we'll see how it goes. I hope everybody continues to post comments, that's the meat on the bone for this blog. Nothing to fear. I know I'm back full tilt kicking commie's asses and raising hell.

My one suggestion would be to keep the comments on moderation. If you open it up to posts without seeing them, the troll that caused all this will be back. He's a sad, pathetic little hate filled commie devoted to silencing anybody who disagrees with himself. But that's what all commies do.

So welcome. You got a bunch of ready made friends here. This is a great group. And hopefully as the election gets closer, we'll grow some. That would be great.

Was Blue (aka butt doctor, the current government employee) involved with this?

  20. A guy named Ian something or another has left a couple comments which I rejected.

Both times he started out okay but ended up trashing Kansas and Topeka in particular.

Not sure about you guys but I'll take Kansas over any of the shithole democrat run cities.

If you want me to let his comments stand all you gotta do is say so ..

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ian is the Butt doctor. He gets light headed from all the butt fumes and then he comes over here for fresh air. To be honest, he is just jealous and wishes he was back in Topeka. Truth be known, everyone cheered when he left Topeka and we don't want him back. He doesn't bother me one way or another if scratches out a word or two on this blog. He is like an abused spouse who continues to come back for more punishment again and again. I feel somewhat sorry for the guy. He lacks self esteem and I have come to realize he shows up when he needs attention. It can be fun watching him get schooled.

Not a single one of these whining, privileged, morons had even a single word when President Obama commuted and pardoned more individuals than any previous President. He pardoned more traitors and scumbags than the Clintons. Guess Obama and Clinton were a better judge of human character.

  36. as far as Ian Williams, and the other trolls....they wanted real names but they log in under fake names. It's just them being hypocrites.

As far as Ian's complaints about Topeka and Kansas in general, truck drivers, and us poor under-advantaged souls who live here.... they can just stick their nonsense where the sun don't shine.

Ian also went as far (several blogs ago) as saying that Western Kansas didn't need roads because they weren't as populated. I called him on the carpet for that one. To not give the farmers & ranchers access to their fields, to their livestock, etc., and selling their grains, and their livestock...etc. was just plain wrong.

They thought they were debating, but they were only peddling their P.B.S. (political bull shit). They would also break the rules of protocol for debate with their slanderous remarks, etc.

I'm glad that they can no longer post on here. They can get their croakings of crapola and go swim in the dumpster for all I care.

  37. Your trolls have got you on their friend list. They thgink they can over whelm you with their plea's. Ian. AKA [Dimm Witt In D C] as he use to call him self. He can be outed like miscreat was but I am not really interested in him that much as miscreat, who talked his BS but couldn't back it up. He lied and tried his best to put several on here out.
IAN hates Ks and Topeka so much but he still thinks he can run Kevin's blog from DC.
I and a couple of our bunker buddies are TROLL BUSTERS. We can take a Troll down in three swipes.
So NO I dont have any use for those two for sure. If you need more info just ask. I am sure there will be some more of those types coming by.
And if you need any more info about me and my kind just ask around. Or you can do like I told the last Troll on here.

  42. Exactly the kind of comments I've been deleting.

To be honest here I'm not real big on this moderator approval thing but I do see why it had to be done.

  44. Oh and there are some Nasty people out there that want to get in on this blog, only to cause shit and tear it apart,..

    ReplyDelete
  48. I would welcome a discussion of the views from the left political spectrum; however, I have yet encountered an intelligent one here on this blog. The progressives here just want to bloviating talking points. When confronted they cannot defend their beliefs and resort to the tactic, "If you can't attack the idea, attack the man." They resort to ridicule and vulgarity. They then whine when we attack them back. A bunch of pampered sissies.

  54. Here's a tidbit for the trolls and any other democrat....

It was the Democrats who fought fiercely to stop the abolishment of slavery, it was the Democrats who fought fiercely to not give women the right to vote, all of the oppression that this country endured throughout history is due to the damned Democrats.

The Democrats are the problem, not the solution.

The Democrats need to lose control of the House and lose seats in the Senate, blue states need to be turned to red states and Donald Trump needs to be re-elected.

Equivocation of the jump in crime and murder to people shoplifting and what not for bread. The c**t circular talks in a way that I just want to put my boot in her ass.

I'm also triggered about Portland and what happened at the courthouse last night. It's bad enough that they are out at 3:00 am causing chaos, but the mayor allows it. The media isn't showing it to us. All over Twitter. The only positive was the skinny fucker holding a boom box, tries tossing a CS canister back at the police, only to receive the gift of a bean bag to the face. Laid him out. It was glorious, but still doesn't quell my frustration.

Look, I'm not sure this can be tolerated till November. I'm not sure civilians are going to/have to step up and start busting faces. Our politicians won't step up, so we should. For guy like me to suggest this? It's bad, considering Ya’ll know how I feel about violence.
