ReplyDeleteI have wondered, for a long time, just what it would be like to take a few days off, just to do some fun things, and no work or projects! Seems like every day I take off, it has to be for a specific reason, then I burn up all of my vacation time before I have a chance to do something for me, myself, and I! Cry me a river, Right? :) Oh well, life is good, and I'm just jealous of all of you "really retired" people! You all continue to work your ass off because you kind of want to, not because someone else is calling the shots! Choices are good in life! Someone should tell the Millennials that, and all of those "Socialist Democrats"! And since Bernie is now a true Capitalist and a Millionaire, ("Sell a best selling book, and you can be a Millionaire too"-Bernie Sanders), maybe someone should tell that hypocrite that too!
Retirement is tough, I never can seem to decide what day to take off and rest.

ReplyDeleteNow that I got that out there, it is time to get back to walking around in my flower garden and taking pictures of my flowers. That is a little warning for the "shadow person underwear head woman" to stay away from me. May she never cross my path. I can turn crazy on and off within seconds when it comes to her and her rag head. Those people who died on 9/11 were Americans. May she rot in hell.

House Democratic chairmen demanded Wednesday that Attorney General William Barr cancel his press conference slated for Thursday morning to detail the special counsel’s report into the 2016 election, saying they don’t want him to shape Americans’ opinions.
The leaders of the Judiciary, Oversight and intelligence panels also complained about reports that the White House has been briefed on the findings already, saying that sounded like part of a whitewash effort.
“These new actions by the attorney general reinforce our concern that he is acting to protect President Trump,” the Democrats said.
Mr. Barr has scheduled a press briefing for 9:30 a.m. Thursday, and has signaled he will send a redacted version of the report to Congress, and release it to the public after that.
The committee chairmen say Mr. Barr should let the report speak for itself, without him trying to shape it or to answer questions about his decision-making.
Democrats’ combative approach contrasts with their more conciliatory reaction last month when special counsel Robert Mueller submitted his nearly 400-page report to Mr. Barr, who released a four-page summary describing the principal findings.
Mr. Mueller did not find evidence Mr. Trump conspired with Russia to subvert the election, Mr. Barr said, undercutting the accusation Democrats have lodged against the president since the 2016 campaign.
Mr. Barr also said Mr. Mueller did not have enough evidence to make a case of obstruction of justice against Mr. Trump. Many Democrats, egged on by a vehement never-Trump left wing, feel such a case should be made.

just watched the news conf. that AG Barr had. Didn't want to listen to the media asking questions. AG Barr clearly in concisely spoke at the podium and I personally feel that he exonerated President Trump.
