Bringing it home Friday...

Before we get started today I'd like to give a tip of the hat to my friend and partner for his successful move to California.

Picking up and moving across the country has to be hard but if you're determined to be close to your family and to watch your grandson grow up it's what you do.

Well done, Sir.

Not to make a big deal out of it but I'm in the process of making a few changes in my life as well.

No, I'm not packing up and moving anywhere.

In fact, the changes I'm making are just the opposite.

I'm coming home.

The company I work for has taken on a bunch of new business locally which means they've added several local dedicated runs.

I've taken one of them.

After more than 20 years of running up and down the highways in every kind weather imaginable, living out of a suitcase, eating at crappy truck stops and being gone for days and or weeks at a time my old ass is coming home to stay.

Of course it'll be an adjustment.

Probably more so for my loving wife of 40 years.

I assured her it will give me more time to help get her organized around the house and to manage her time a little better.

Can you believe she told me to shut up and called me a dork?

I was shocked!

Spring has finally arrived, guys.

Get out there and enjoy it...

Kevin McGinty

  5. Glad to hear you are taking it home. I am sure your wife will go through an adjustment but she will be glad you are home. My husband and I both work from home and still travel some for work. It is nice to be able to spend more time together. He has his office and I have mine and so that works out fine for us. We do argue over the dog, because the dog likes my office more than his, so he spends more time with me. LOL. Again, I am glad to hear you are not driving long hauls and can enjoy spending more time with Linda.

Safe, I hope your move went/goes smooth and you enjoy living in California.

  9. Today I want to tell you the story of Kevin Crehan—an Englishman who was convicted of the heinous, terroristic crime of putting bacon sandwiches on the door handles of a Mosque. This is serious, stop snickering!

The judge threw the book at Mr. Crehan and sentenced him to 12 months in prison. Unfortunately the “Baconator” couldn’t complete his sentence because he was found dead in his cell a few months short of his release.

  10. Kevin, that is great news about your change in work! I'm sure that, after adjusting, Linda will find how handy it is to have "Mr. Honeydo" so handy! :)
I am very happy for Safe also! Having a plan and following through is hard for all, especially us who are of the older generation. It is so easy to do what you have always done and then complain when it doesn't work out for us! You both are great examples of doing something to improve you and your family's life, without expecting someone else to do it for you!
Sarge, I sure don't understand what could have possibly happened to the Bacon guy! The people in the "religion of peace" certainly would not have had anything to do with him dying, would they? Sounded like a perfectly good waste of bacon anyway! I'm already dreaming of those BLT's this summer!
For those of us still on the job, Friday and Payday! Best combination in the working world, except when you have a long weekend thrown in! Oh well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad! Have a great day, all of you!

All those media outlets that blue likes to push are all left to left bias to left center bias…. But we already know that.

If you go to this website, you can see the numerous media weblinks and their bias. I had to giggle to myself when I read this on the page for left-center bias… “These sources are generally trustworthy information, but may require further investigation.” What made me giggle is on one hand they say they’re trustworthy but on the other hand they say “may require further investigation.” Wow.

The list of “least biased” has “reporting is factual and usually sourced.”
When looking at their right center bias, they had the same as the left center bias “…..may require further investigation.” Oh well.

On the list of “right center bias” they have listed…. Now if you have socks on your feet, you may need to take your socks off…. Because this will knock your socks off! They have Topeka Capital Journal listed as right-center bias…. I had to choke on my coffee cake! They are full blown pro left!

  13. ELECTORAL COLLEGE
It's a safety net so that EVERYONE's vote counts.
1: There are 3,141 counties in the United States. Trump won 3,084 of them. Clinton won 57.
2: There are 62 counties in New York State. Trump won 46 of them. Clinton won 16.
3: Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.
4: In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond) Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.
5: These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles. The United States is comprised of 3,797,000 square miles.
6: When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.
Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc) don't and shouldn't speak for the rest of the country.
And this is WHY you have an Electoral College.

And the NVPIC would likewise disenfranchise voters because the state's electoral votes would go to the popular vote winner even if that state voted for the other candidate. Such a thing would make those votes moot.

    1. Interesting - when the American Citizens (the only ones who should be allowed to vote and not the illegal immigrants who aren't citizens)... those who think the popular vote goes to the candidate of their choice is misguided.

"Choosing each state's Electors is a two-part process. First, the political parties in each state choose slates of potential Electors sometime before the general election. Second, on Election Day, the voters in each state select their state's Electors by casting their ballots for President."

So in essence the popular vote is meaningless in a sense. The Dems can make all the noise they want about wanting to abolish the Electoral College, but in truth it would take an act of Congress.

I found this article that is a good read:
      https://www.bustle.com/p/can-congress-abolish-the-electoral-college-some-2020-candidates-are-saying-its-got-to-go-16973403

"Can Congress Abolish The Electoral College? Some 2020 Candidates Are Saying It's Got To Go"

      from the article:

"Sen. Elizabeth Warren made waves on Monday for proposing something many Democrats have wanted for quite some time: the abolishment of the electoral college. It's thanks to the electoral college, after all, that Republican nominees were elected president in 2000 and 2016 despite being rejected by a majority of American voters, and Warren's proposal may have you wondering if Congress can actually abolish the electoral college.

The answer is no, not really. The electoral college is enshrined in the Constitution, so abolishing it would require a constitutional amendment. And although Congress does have a role in amending the Constitution, federal lawmakers don't have the option of doing this on their own. Most of the decision lies with the states, which means the electoral college can't be abolished until the states — specifically, three-fourths of them — decide to do so."
      ______

I agree with you Sarge 150% that there would be such an imbalance if the Electoral College is abolished - it would be one strand in the tapestry of America that would unravel and lead to more unraveling strands thus bringing about the end of America as we know it.

    2. So an empty county with a population of 1500 people should have the same voting power as a county with 150,000 ? Land does not vote. Livestock does not vote. People vote. The current arrangement minimizes the notion of representative democracy. The Electoral College came in to being because Southerners wanted to protect slavery. Too much of their population was black, so they needed some mechanism to enhance their vote. The Electoral College was a compromise. It is now seen as anachronistic - and it has led to two presidents being elected by a minority of the people, and that is NOT a representative democracy. Look at it this way. The population of Kansas is about 3 million. Why not have a state representative for each county. What most of us consider to be Western Kansas probably includes about 60,000 sq. miles, and a lot of counties. It also has a population of probably no more than 250,000 on a good day. The eastern part of the state has around 2,750,000 people. But it only has 35 counties, and so 35 representatives. The western part has 70 counties and 70 representatives. So what you end up with is a minority dictating to the majority. Since the average age in western Kansas is 60, there is little interest in funding schools. Since the need for roads isn't so great, no need to fund them. What does the Kansas government, led by this small cohort vote for ? Tax cuts, farm subsidies, meals on wheels, and so on. The result ? The state becomes more dysfunctional, those industries that could greatly increase the tax base wouldn't touch Kansas with a ten foot pole, and a lot of farmers and ranchers are sitting pretty. As for the bottom line ? YOUR money goes out west. You drive down I 70 and past Salina you see a lot of bumper stickers that read " NO MONEY FOR CITY SLICKERS". So all those city slickers in T Town suffer. Bummer. But soon the wells of the city folk start to dry up. And everybody suffers. This is what you want ? And before you start your rant, " hey socialist butt doctor fascist stay outta are bidness". It's a two way street. And btw, sorry the repub party seems to be in meltdown mode as the Dear Leader goes after John McCain. Really.... JOHN MCCAIN ? He's dead for god's sake. The man is losing it ....and if his party does not detach its lips to his ass it will go the way of the dodo bird.

    4. 1. "So an empty county with a population of 1500 people should have the same voting power as a county with 150,000?"

Answer: Yes. Here's why....every American Tax Paying Citizen's voice has the right to be heard and especially at the voting polls. To deny some American Tax Paying Citizens due to the number of people living in their area is grossly Un-Constitutional!

      2. "The Electoral College came in to being because Southerners wanted to protect slavery."

Answer: that is true if you remain in the past, but not in present day political battles for an elected office.

      3. "It is now seen as anachronistic - and it hasled to two presidents being elected by a minority of the people, and that is NOT a representative democracy."

Answer: If you live in today's time, your summation of Electoral College is wrong. I mentioned above this ""Choosing each state's Electors is a two-part process. First, the political parties in each state choose slates of potential Electors sometime before the general election. Second, on Election Day, the voters in each state select their state's Electors by casting their ballots for President." Al Gore and Hillary Clinton lost fair in square, time to move onto the 2020 election and those who are going to be on the campaign trail.

      4. In regard to your analogy of the population in Kansas (most populated vs. least populated), etc.
Answer: Like I mentioned before...'To deny some American Tax Paying Citizens due to the number of people living in their area is grossly Un-Constitutional!'

      5. "Since the average age in western Kansas is 60, ther eis little interest in funding schools. Since the need for roads isn't so great, no need to fund them."

Answer: It doesn't matter if there are for example 500 children or 50000 children in an area, the need for schools and good education is a no brainer - the need is there regardless and should/must be met.

As for the roads - the State of Kansas has an obligation to maintain all State Highways and US Highways, as for the counties individually, they have an obligation to maintain their roadways.

It is not just the roads that require regular maintenance, it is also the bridges and not just the bridges the go over county / city roads, water ways, and rail roads, it is also bridges that go over culverts.

To deny the need for education and roads in the lesser populated areas by your definition....that would lead to 'dysfunction' and what about tourist travel? the roads need/must to be in good condition.

      6. John McCain - he should have formally joined the Democratic Party years ago. It is a proven fact that John McCain hated Donald Trump long before his Inauguration. So, no matter what Donald Trump does or doesn't do, Donald Trump will be in a catch 22 (to those who will continually bash Donald Trump).

    7. Boz, the electoral college was instituted to keep the integrity of each state. "Slaveowners" weren't responsible, because at the time of the ratification of the Constitution only Massachusetts and New Hampshire had abolished slavery. The composition of the electoral college, being composed of Senate seats plus House ones is natural. The Senate WAS equal among the states, but not because of "slaveowners." It was because Rhode Island, Georgia, New Hampshire didn't want to be swamped by the big states - at that time Virginia, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Let me draw your attention to the fact that Obama, der Schlieckmeister, Carter, LBJ and Kennedy managed to do just fine in the Electoral College. Duh, I guess if you nominate palatable candy-dates you do just fine. Anyway, even if you had a popular vote, there will be a requirement to get to 50%. How do you suppose all those Johnson voters (like one Remf) would have behaved in a runoff?

While Kansas schools aren't what they were when I was growing up, they still aren't too bad, either. A lot of schools in DC underperform. Virginia, too. Besides, many rural Kansas school districts tax at a much higher rate than Shawnee County. I know specifically Cloud, Republic and Marshall counties. Again Boz, I understand you don't know much about north central Kansas (although you know more than your pal, Frank), but don't paint with too broad a brush.

And besides, ol' Safe is now living in the bluest of blue states. The one that singlehandedly gave the Harridan her popular vote margin.

  14. And speaking of Robert Francis...

Word was that on the day O'Rourke announced he was running for president he took in more than $6.1 million in campaign donations. If so, his one-day take surpassed Deranged Communist Uncle Bernie Sanders' $6 million one-day haul.

But it's increasingly likely that O'Rourke wasn't being honest in reporting that figure. It seems some campaign finance reporting shenanigans got him past Uncle Bernie.

Following his unsuccessful run at Ted Cruz's Senate seat, O'Rourke was left with more than $4.5 million in his campaign coffers. He gave it to the Texas Democrat Party when the election was over.

On the day of his announcement the party gave it back. If O'Rourke's counting that, then his real one-day take is far less than Bernie's. We won't know for sure whether this is the case until campaign finance papers are filed later this year. But Robert Francis has been awfully dodgy in responding to questions from reporters about who his contributors are.

So another phony he did not raise 6 million in one day,... Good Grief can they ever tell the truth?

  16. On to other bullshit...

We've covered the Jussie Smollett hate crime hoax in this space — the gay Fox television actor who has been charged with paying two men to "assault him" and then reported the "assault" to police — along with a number of other hate crime hoaxes that were designed to create the narrative that supporters of President Trump are racist hatemongers looking for people who are "others" to assault or worse. Like the Smollett case, they seem to always turn out to be bogus.

But here are some real "hate crimes" (with the understanding that we hate the notion that a crime is somehow considered worse because some pointy-headed government worker decides that "hate" is involved) perpetrated against Trump supporters:

A woman living in Massachusetts attacked a man wearing a MAGA hat at a Mexican restaurant. The man was eating dinner when Rosiane Santos walked up behind him and slapped the hat off his head. After he picked it up and put it back on Santos then tried to pull it off again... in front of police. Santos, an illegal from Brazil, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery and placed in ICE custody for deportation proceedings.
A Kentucky man and his wife were out shopping while wearing MAGA hats when a man approached them, pointed a gun at them and said "this is a good day for you to die." James Phillips, 57, was charged with wanton endangerment.
Gunnar Johnansson, 14, got on a school bus in Martin County, Florida, wearing a MAGA hat and had it yanked off his head by a bus aid who admonished him to "get that hat off this bus." The incident was caught on video.
In Austin, Texas, Haley Maddox and her friends reported they were attacked by a bartender while wearing MAGA hats while they ordered drinks. They claim they then asked another bartender for help and he began choking one of the women. Police were called but insinuated that they should expect things like that to happen if they wear MAGA hats, according to reports.
An Arizona high school student was suspended for wearing a MAGA hat and carrying a Trump flag during a school spirit day.
An 81-year-old man wearing a MAGA hat in New Jersey was assaulted by a man who took umbrage to his choice of headwear. Ryan M. Salvagno, 19, was arrested and charged with assault, a disorderly person's offense and harassment in the case.
We could go on, but you get the picture.

Not to be outdone by Smollett, a Trump supporter and social media gadfly named Jacob Wohl — who has created his share of fake news on Trump's behalf — appears to have faked death and terroristic threats to himself and reported them to police. Seems he created some fake Twitter accounts and used them to send threatening messages to himself, proving that Trump Derangement Syndrome can infect even Trump supporters.

As The Daily Beast notes, this isn't Wohl's first brush with controversy. In 2017, he became the youngest person to receive a lifetime ban from futures trading. Last year, he was involved in a scheme to smear Special Counsel Robert Mueller with sexual assaults allegations. Months later, the accuser Wohl had lined up told USA Today that Wohl had made up the allegations.

A lot of people are wondering whether he'll get the same treatment as Smollett or get off based on "white privilege." It's hard to say.

Police didn't invest any resources trying to find the culprit. They didn't seem very interested. After all, he's just a Trump supporter. Or, they may have just seen right through his ham-handed attempted scam.

  18. At a recent CNN town hall, Warren said, ""I believe we need a constitutional amendment that protects the right to vote for every American citizen and to make sure that vote gets counted. We can have national voting, and that means get rid of the Electoral College." That, of course, is a reference to another common lie told by the left and echoed by the mainstream media: that Democrat votes aren't counted.

The truth is, Democrat votes are all counted — whether they're legal or not — and they're often counted more than once. And we note that it's always Democrat politicians who profit when vote counting continues long after the election is supposedly over.

And CNN, never one to miss an opportunity to propagate a falsehood, took aim at the EC in a "Reality Check" episode by John Avalon, which was followed by a tweet.

Avalon and the CNN tweet claimed that James Madison called the Electoral College "evil at its maximum" in a letter to George Hay on August 23, 1823. But as The Resurgent's Erik Erickson points out — with a link to Madison's letter — the author of the Constitution wasn't talking about the EC but to the process of the House of Representatives deciding elections in the event of an Electoral College tie and the situation as it stood in 1823.

Ending the EC would result in four or five of the largest states selecting our president. One has only to look at the national county-by-county red/blue map to see that such a thing would disenfranchise 90 percent of the country geographically, and put all power on both coasts and the upper Midwest. Smarter people than Ian figured it out and it has and still is working.

  19. Comrade Bedpan, every president elected was elected by the electoral college. If you studied the history of the constitution instead of copying and pasting commie talking points you would know why it exists. Our founders knew a democracy led to tyranny and destruction. But since that’s your goal anyway, then it’s just what you want. I don’t have the time or inclination to provide you the education you lack.

Anyway, if you want to abolish the electoral college there’s a process to do so. I invite you and your friends to have at it. Apparently your leading candidates from your party think they can just do it by decree, which speaks to the general ignorance of the democrat/communist party.

  20. Are New Zealanders voluntarily surrendering their guns? Bullshit it is not happening..

In the wake of the massacres at the two mosques at Christchurch, New Zealand, and Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's pledge to ban certain weapons, reports began to surface that a large number of New Zealanders were voluntarily surrendering their weapons ahead of the ban.

"To make our community safer, the time to act is now," Ardern said on Monday, per Buzzfeed. "I want to remind people, you can surrender your gun to the police at any time. In fact I have seen reports that people are in fact already doing this. I applaud that effort, and if you are thinking about surrendering your weapon, I would encourage you to do so."

Not so fast. Turns out the reports stemmed from three tweets from people who claimed they were surrendering their weapons. Actual numbers, according to police, look a little different. As of Tuesday night a total of 37 weapons were surrendered nationwide out of an estimated 1.2 million registered guns.

So folks aren't beating down the police station doors to surrender their weapons. It's a moot point, though. New Zealand requires a license to purchase weapons. And some individual weapons must be registered, so the government knows who owns weapons and where they are. It won't be hard for the government to collect them given that government men have all gun owners on a list.

With hardly a peep out of the populace, the government has since banned the sale of all "military-style" semi-automatic "assault rifles" and high capacity magazines, turning 1.2 million gun owners into criminals with the stroke of a pen. (Both "military-style" and "assault rifles" are nebulous terms that can mean anything politicians and bureaucrats decide. They, therefore, mean nothing.) A gun "buyback" program is expected to go into effect soon.

It is both fascinating and disheartening to watch the people of a free state like New Zealand so eagerly surrender their rights to government promising liberty for a false sense of security. I'm guessing it won't be more than two generations before they begin to rue this day.

  22. https://www.npr.org/2017/08/01/540669701/10-years-after-bridge-collapse-america-is-still-crumbling

I found this article talking about the bridge collapse in Minneapolis, Minnesota - though the article is almost a year old, it brings attention to what I was talking about in my post above.

Tragedies like this can be prevented but it takes proper funding and manpower to accurately inspect, repair or replace existing bridges.

If you have been to Chicago, those bridges that go over the river are iron, and rusting badly. Hoping that there's not an imminent danger to those bridges in Chicago.

So, tax dollars that are utilized for road and bridge maintenance is crucial. What is more crucial though is education - if it weren't for education we wouldn't have the people needed to keep this country moving.

And as for the electoral college, I firmly believe that it will stay regardless of the belly-aching of the Dems.

    1. I also might add that most folks do see that I view "sides" in general. I understand most see it differently, but I do not. By experience, common ground is where we have gotten into trouble. I have my views and morals, push them on no one person.
But like my balls, I break them for no one.
It's not being devisive, it's standing my ground. And I'm free to do that.

      Just wanted to be clear.

Btw, get the hell outside. It's beautiful out!!!

      Peace and chicken grease folks

    2. Of course, I remember when Hammer was at the caucus site, happily palling around with Safe, my youngest brother and myself. Hammer was supporting Cruz and the rest were for Kasich. While we supported different candy-dates, we had a great time for well over an hour after we voted. No, we didn't listen to the hot air being spewed from the stage.

Interestingly, all but me ended up voting for the Donald. And I suppose at this point you'd have to call me a sympathizer. Although I wish he'd get some discipline.

  24. Always a revelation to come to this site. Rikki presents the following -

"4. In regard to your analogy of the population in Kansas (most populated vs. least populated), etc.
Answer: Like I mentioned before...'To deny some American Tax Paying Citizens due to the number of people living in their area is grossly Un-Constitutional!'"

It's not rare that comments here are about coherent as the tweets that take up most of Cadet Bone Spur's "executive time". The above though, sets a new bar.

Soooooo... what you are saying is that a few hundred ranchers, okay a few thousand should not just vote, but have their vote somehow take precedence over everybody else's. Okay, that's all well and fine, but that is not a democracy. That's a tyranny by the minority. While the Founding Fathers did not want a 'DIRECT' democracy, i.e., the people vote on laws directly, not through an elected group, there is nothing in the Constitution about the establishment of some sort of ruling elite, permanent or otherwise. It simply does not exist. The Constitution was written to evolve. That's why it's still around. Keep in mind in the 18th Century, many people could not vote, women, blacks..... But over time these issues have been resolved and we are far closer to a representative democracy than we were over 200 years ago. Lincoln was beginning to understand the need for 'a more perfect union'. when he wrote:

" 'Democracy is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people."

" So, SSAH opines, " Our founders knew a democracy led to tyranny ".

Well, some did. I noted above our democracy initially restricted or prohibited more than half the population from voting. But there was never any desire explicitly identified in the Constitution for some elite forum to make the final political decisions we live by.

The USSR was ruled by the Politburo ( at least after Stalin ). It was a very small group of Soviet "elites" as identified by the Communist party. I normally didn't number more than 20-30 or so. It was much more like a group of mob family heads, and more than a few members from Khrushchev on ended up in the Lyubyanka ( the KGB HQ, and prison ) in front of a firing squad.

So, you want a small group like that for instance, to make political decisions ? The people at the Cato Institute would love you. They suck in the garbage written by Ayn Rand who thought there should be a natural elite, and it should rule over the unwashed masses. Odd isn't it - Your interests and needs are not the same as theirs. They love the fact that you want to give THEM a big tax break - which you did under Brownback to devastating effect. And Trump loves you too - and he laughs at you behind his back. With this comment, oft quoted he makes that point clearly. He thinks you're ... in so many words... a bunch of suckers.

"I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters, OK? It's, like, incredible."

So I caution you to be very careful. And don't look now, but the repubs want to cut your social security and medicare.

  25. Now you be careful there Blue, you are not being inclusive in regard to our Constitutional Right to vote and the privileges thereto.

Like I mentioned before, your belittling, your attacks are what bring us to kick your ass all over hell and back many times over and over again. Do you ever grow weary of twisting things? Yes, sarcasm intended there - gave you your chance for civility, but you chose not to be so it's back to 'gloves off' right upper hook and left jab now.

To discriminate against those American Tax Paying Citizens who live in the less populated areas is like trying to tell your right foot that you don't need your any of your toes. Like all the members of the human body needing legs arms head and torso to continue, each and every American Tax Paying Citizen is needed in order to keep this country of our moving forward. Not only is each and every American Tax Paying Citizen needed to vote, it is our Constitutional Right to vote.

If you want to live in a country where the people are denied privileges, may I suggest to you a 3rd world country or maybe Russia?!!

  26. Oh, and another thing Blue..... Kevin's blogs & Safe's blogs since they're published out on the net...what they write reaches a very broad audience. They don't need to post comments or reply, all they need to do is read.

Oh, one last thing, there's more of us deplorables than you may realize and we're going to get President Trump elected to a 2nd term. Yep, even the deplorables out in the boonies & sticks rural areas. Yep they're educated and know how to vote thanks to the US CONSTITUTION.

  27. Why Democrats Fear the Electoral College

The United States isn't a "democracy." Though every American should have learned this fact in high school civics class, the smart set still like to ridicule people who point it out - such a cliché and all.
Today we see why the left has worked to convince Americans that majoritarianism is a profound moral good. And it's not just that the political class is going through another silly debate about the suddenly inconvenient Electoral College; it's that Democrats are increasingly comfortable attacking foundational ideas of American governance, because they are morons..

  28. Remember when Democrats complained that $5.7 billion for a border wall was too expensive? Well, that's chump change compared to what many of the congressional Democrats and nearly all of those 15 declared Democrats in the presidential race are now rallying behind.
"The price tag isn't in the billions but in the tens of trillions. President Trump was attacked earlier this month by Democrats for a budget blueprint that would run fiscal deficits of 5 percent of GDP. That's too high, for sure, but count up the spending plans of Democrats and deficits could easily hit 20 to 30 percent of GDP and tilt the nation toward Greek and Puerto Rican-style bankruptcy. …
"Add it all up and the estimated 10-year cost of creating the Democratic-socialist utopia envisioned by the likes of Ocasio-Cortez, Sen. Bernie Sanders and other leaders of the Democratic Party reaches well north of $100 trillion. …
"The Democrats balked at spending $5.7 billion to protect American communities by securing the border, but they're perfectly happy to mortgage our future by spending nearly 20,000 times that amount on their own utopian fantasies. We will all have everything we want, and our country will be bankrupt. The Dem's are brain dead.

  29. That and they're Batshit Crazy.

Every time they open their mouth another Trump supporter is created...

    ReplyDelete
  30. Yes, and folks like Blue are oblivious to that fact Kevin.

Each and every nonsense post Blue publishes here, he's creating new Trump supporters - oh to be a fly on the wall where he is....kinda wonder how he feels about being responsible for helping Trump into his 2nd term.... :)

It's been over 2 years now, not one iota of proof out of Mueller about Russian collusion - zip nada zilch.

That and the fiasco over how the DNC and Hillary gave ole Bernie the political shaft made them lose countless supporters. That and how the Dems conducted themselves over the Kavanaugh proceedings - etc.

    1. I truly feel that there was no Russian Collusion - if Mueller is as good a prosecutor as his reputation says he is, etc., something of substance would have come to light.

Regardless of what the outcome is on the Mueller Report - the Dems will still find a way to waste tax payer dollars in investigating President Trump - they won't let it drop.

  33. You are right about one thing, Blue.

The constitution was indeed written to evolve.

In the form of amending it.

You want to amend the constitution?

You think you have the support of 2?3 of the states that will agree with you and eliminate the electoral college?

    Knock yourselves the hell out...

Either that or shut the hell up...

  34. Kevin he won't shut the hell up. he is a liberal commie Democrat, their mouths run not stop, and say nothing. But we can hope...

  36. How many times has my ol’ College Hill buddy assured me that Trump would get removed from office. Well the long awaited Mueller report is out. And you believed that whole story the Clintons concocted to explain away this humiliating defeat. After all, the Clintstones are world renowned truth tellers. Ain’t that right, Boz? But it HAS to hurt, so why don’t you tell it all to “Doctor” Howdy??
