Today I thought I'd share a story with you.
I guess it's supposed to be a story about feminism.
Personally, I think it's more like a feminist that's completely and totally lost her friggin mind.
But that's not for me to decide.
Here goes...
Demetra Nyx, 26, of Los Angeles, is a sex coach who calls her period “beautiful” and “magical.”
“Sharing pictures of blood on my face and body was just an impulse – I was creating a series to help women connect with their menstrual cycle, and I thought it would be fun,” Nyx wrote on Instagram.
“We hold so much shame in our bodies, and most of us do not realize it until we intentionally explore it. Our periods are an incredibly magical time of month that holds immense power, and our society keeps us away from that as much as possible …”
One photo shows the word “Shameless” written in blood across her leg. Others show it smeared across her face.
“We can also do things like paint with it or pour it into the earth,” Nxy said. “I believe it’s a beautiful thing to get comfortable with touching your own blood. I used to spend my time worrying about what other people thought of me.”

She said smearing her menstrual blood across her face has become a “ritual” for her, according to The Scottish Sun.
“It is a little to liberate other women and a lot to please my Self,” she continued. “I get so much pleasure from this ritual and I love feeling so free to share it and I love not caring what the reactions will be.
“I will do this every month until people are no longer shocked by it. I will do it until little girls stop being taught that the natural functions of their bodies are disgusting and unclean. I will do it until women stop feeling like they can’t have sex on their period because it is gross,” Nyx said.
It is this almost religious worship of the body that often supports abortion as well. Claiming ultimate control over their body, some feminists believe there is no problem with aborting an unborn baby for any reason up to birth. They call for an end to the “stigma” and “shame” of abortion and full embrace of women’s so-called “right to choose” to do whatever she wants with her body, including killing the child she is carrying
Good grief.

ReplyDeleteI’m appalled. The Senate voted in favor of murdering freshly born babies.
The Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, reintroduced to the Senate on Monday, failed by a vote of 53 to 44.
The Senate could not even come close to agreeing that born-alive babies do not deserve execution. In fact, all of the prominent Democratic 2020 Presidential hopefuls joined forces to block the act.
If I were taking our nation’s temperature, the thermometer would show that the fever just spiked. America is severely ill.
If we cannot protect babies with a law prohibiting the onslaught of infanticide, then we will be on the wrong side of history and it’s only a matter of time before our society slides into an irrepressible decline.
It’s clear, our moral compass as a nation is severely damaged. It’s bad enough that states like Vermont and Illinois are following the lead of New York by introducing bills that would permit abortion up until birth, and now we are killing babies OUTSIDE the womb.
The only remedy for our nation is for Christians to boldly rise up and take action.
Another phony hate hoax

Nikki Joly, a longtime LGBT activist who is a woman pretending to be a man and who was named MLive.com's (Michigan's mainstream online newspaper) "Citizen of the Year" in 2018 after her house was burned down in a "hate crime" following Joly's activism on behalf of LGBT causes and her creation of a gay festival in Detroit, has been arrested for burning down her own home and killing five pets.
When Joly's house burned on August 10, the FBI began investigating it as a hate crime. Joly claimed to law enforcement and the media that she had received threats leading up to the fire. "There were plenty of people mad at me. I was called everything but my name," Joly told MLive. "But to take it there? I didn't understand that.
"I was really in shock for quite a while, and I was afraid," Joly said.
She was really in shock when law enforcement showed up to arrest her. As the Detroit news reports:
[A] police investigative report suggests a possible reason for the fire.
Two people who worked with Joly at St. Johns United Church of Christ, where the Jackson Pride Center was located, said he had been frustrated the controversy over gay rights had died down with the passage of the nondiscrimination law, according to the report.
The church officials, Barbara Shelton and Bobby James, when asked by police about a possible motive for the fire, said Joly was disappointed the Jackson Pride Parade and Festival, held five days before the blaze, hadn't received more attention or protests.
Isn't it great to live in a country so lacking in hate that deranged people have to fabricate "hate crimes"?

Allow me to guide you through actual logical truth....
1. the four total sums equals 504735. Taking 504735 and dividing it by 4 gets the average of 126183.75 so in essence, rounding up... the average population for Topeka at current is 126184.
2. The CJOnline article that you were referring to:
https://www.cjonline.com/news/20180524/census-bureau-topeka-population-falls-for-sixth-straight-year has "estimates" throughout the article. But not "actual" numbers.
Though estimates are important because it helps with projecting data.... it is not "actual".
3. Being that you are so gung ho on your data.... Topeka has grown!!! Did you get that crystal clear??!! Your 126587 total from the article is higher than my average.... by 403!
In summary, Topeka is doing just ding dang fine and you can get your pompous arrogant attitude and you and just re-adjust it!!!

Well - jerk - my totals are from the same place. But unlike you, I went to the census website itself while you merely put your faith in the liberal rag CJ and the 'estimated' totals.
